Everything I tried to do it freezes! But I am changing my rating to 3 stars because of the excellent customer service. They got back to me quickly for my refund. They took responsibility for the bugs in the app. They are working to make me a better for Android it originally designed for the iPhone. It's a great need. I will try it again at a later date to see if it works better on Android.

I used to love this app and didn't mind paying for it at all - but as others have said, i've been having issues the last two months that make it practically unusable. My actual instagram posts havent been showing up for some time - only the pics i plan to post. Plus I usually have to open the app multiple times to even get to the home screen... except for the couple last days - now it just freezes on that first screen; I can't use the app at all! I'm extremely bummed.

Horrible. I have been trying for a year to sync my android app to the desktop version. I have also paid for a annual subscription, of which I have NEVER been able to use because my subscription shows up as Basic, but the app is showing that my account is LITTLE which is the FREE version and my desktop just now started to show the plan (after a year!) You are supposed to be able to use Canva now through Plann - that doesn't even work. Not renewing my subscription and I'm trying to get a refund!!

I'm rating this app a 2, and here's why: Customer service. I paid for the subscription to get the features that I needed for my business. The features worked great at first. Multiple errors started to occur which was frustrating in itself, but then customer service was not responsive. I communicated to them that I would really like to continue using the app, but would have to cancel because of the issues. No response.

I take a screenshot EVERYTIME I exit because I know when I add new photos it will be rearranged because it deletes a ton of the photos! And NO I don't have too many photos within the app I Double Checked. I have to uninstall and reinstall it EVERYTIME I add new photos so that my entire plann reappears! (which defeats the whole purpose)! Get's EXTREMELY frustrating and I should just move on BUT I have invested so much time and energy into the planns and captions!

The most annoying app. Even after I upgraded to pro I kept getting ads to upgrade to premium. So I upgraded to premium just to auto post, and then it tells me I have to relogin, through Facebook instead of instagram, and while I'm doing that it erases the whole caption I was writing and trying to schedule a post for. This was too much, so I went to downgrade back to pro. Except to downgrade you have to delete the app and resign up all over again! F that, I'll switch to planoly.

I downloaded this app to help with scheduling my Instagram content. It looks great, but doesn't work. I payed for a year subscription and now I am hoping for a refund. I haven't been able to save hashtags for weeks, the app crashes, and right now it has the "drag and drop"tutorial stuck up on the page and you cannot click anything. I use a Pixel 2. I would not reccomend this app at all to andriod users.

It has a lot of great features, but it is missing some that would be really valuable. The editing tools are limited. I'd love to be able to control the hue of each color so I can make them consistent on my feed. You can only drag and drop your pictures, you can't swap them like in preview. Every time you exit the app, it doesn't take you to where you left off, you have to start over. It would be great if you could make a carousel out of a picture you've already uploaded. Logging in for the first time was a pain, and I almost gave up. I will continue using it, but it needs a good round of UX testing and a major update to earn 5 stars.

I loved this app. But in the last 1-2 months, it has been awful. All of my scheduled posts for my clients deleted after the update, constantly asking me to login, and today, I keep getting a screen asking me to purchase a plan (I'm already logged in!). I just want it to work the way it did because it was a great app! Update. Still not working. Now, no clients show. I shook the device and got an error message that user not found. My billing shows that I'm paid unlimited yet says I need to upgrade

It's a decent app, but others are better. It's definitely better to use a separate app to edit your photos because editing them in app will severely degrade the quality. What i love about this app is the ability to look at yours and others analytical info. This is probably the only feature that really stands out for me. Everything else it has others are doing better. It would be great if it automatically copied the account name that you're pulling photos from, to give proper credit.

I love the concept of this app, it's layout, and design but it's functionality could use some work. With a bit more work on the development of this app it could easily be a five star app. There are quite a few functions that are extremely glitchy on my android (for example, when I click on a photo it hardly loads). Thank you for this app, I hope you continue to improve it!

Tl;dr is that it doesn't work. Don't waste your time. Upon set up, I accidentally linked the wrong Pinterest account. It shouldn't have been an issue to change, but I couldn't ever fix it. But that's fine because eventually it only offered to let me post to Instagram anyway. When I tried to schedule a post that didn't work either. I'd get the notification that it was time to post, but when I went into the app it had deleted the post. So I had to go remake the post in Instagram anyway.

So far seems to be a good app for planning and scheduling posts. I like the strategy planning templates if youre new to Instagram. My biggest inconveniences are to do with the filters/enhancing option. 1-the filters are too dramatic, especially if you post product photos. it would be great if they were subtly enhancing/brightening and that's all. 2-cant go back to change ANYTHING on a photo you enhanced, including text. 3-doesnt tell you what filter you used even if you click on the edited photo

This app is slow and unreliable. It'so slow that I "upload" a photo and do something else while it's working. If I am lucky it uploads, but most of the time I have to close out the app (and sometimes it shuts down on itself). I only use this to plan my Instagram layouts, but it is so unreliable I would never trust it to actually post for me. And support is non-existent. They just send an auto reply with no solution ever reached. Update: Even with people "helping" they can't fix it.

I've had nothing but issues since I downloaded the app. It's very glitchy. Every time I open the app, it doesn't load correctly, I have a blank white page, or my pictures freeze and I can't move them around, etc. I continue using it because it's helpful when it works but it's also frustrating on the daily. The idea of it and the desktop app is great, but there are a lot of bugs. I've talked to support many times and they try to help but the app is what it is, and they pass my issues along.

If the app is not crashing, than posts are disappearing or "ghosting" around my other scheduled posts. When the app works, it's fantastic in its function. I have yet to find a more useful app when it comes to reposting and ideating out my feed, however, the app is rarely usable and the clunky UI is jarring and does no favors for user experience. I want to be able to use Plann for my Instagram needs as I love the hashtags and other features, however, the glaring unreliability is a huge issue.

They've improved the functionality for the Samsung version SO MUCH! It used to be SO buggy but all of those issues have been resolved. The only complaints I have are that I do notice some image compression that affects quality when uploading. The other is I can't use my bluetooth physical keyboard to write image captions! How weird! The keyboard works when I'm typing out hashtags so I have no idea what that is about. Auto-posting would be nice as well.
