My planning center music stand app is acting impossibly! It downladed to my set list, 8 out of 12 mistaken instrument parts. And when I Un-installed it (twice) it refused to go away. I even had App Help line remote in and watch me uninstall it the 2nd time; and when we went to the App Store and clicked on the cloud symbol, it reappered on my screen-still featuring all those incorrect parts. I am fed up with Planning Center, and can't get anyone on the phone to fix this. What I need is Help.

This app was awesome and did everything we needed as a worship team, but now its not working at all. It wont allow some of our team to sign in, we cant look up our songs in the song list and our worship leader cant post songs or do anything on it. Im not sure what has changed but it has been horrible since. We have been using it for a little over 5 years and this is the first time we are going into Sunday service not having our music avalible to practice.

Hard to navigate within the App. Developers take you on a FRUITLESS journey. They're convinced their way is the right way. Intransigent malarkey! It's getting better, but every 6 months or so, something else comes up, and I dread getting the Support staff up to date so often! I dont have the time to play their games. If this next update fixed whatever was wrong, I'll update my Comments. Recent Update fixed navigation Still doesn't display 9-digit ZIP Codes (even in Landscape) Perhaps if they re

**Edit as of 6/15: 2 star to 5 star review. The reason is based on their support engaging so quick to the initial challenge and resolving an additional concern regarding the notification delivery through Andriod. Incredible tool and Support Team to back it up!** Truncated song replay is broken after April update. It's a shame because it was a great feature to review just a specific segment of a song. This helps practice to be more efficient. Please consider fixing if possible. Thank you.

I am getting the same message about logging out and back in. I signed myself out and uninstalled the app. I'm hoping this will fix it. If it doesn't and since I'm not the only one then it's a bug that needs to be fixed. Before this issue I really enjoyed the app and it's ability. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and now I'm not getting any error message. Hopefully it will continue to work.

In and of itself, this app is usable and does what it's supposed to do, while only requiring reasonable permissions. My only complaint is that "Planning Center Services" somehow comes out as a green icon populated by a generic 3-point bullet list entitled as "Services" on Android, making it nearly impossible to find visually post-installation. /sigh

I usually LOVE this app, but have been having trouble lately, and I'm not sure if it's just my new phone or a bug in the app. I have my entire family set as Saved Logins on my phone so that I can check their schedules as needed, however, when I try to used a Saved Login, it won't log in. It will just keep buffering until I back out of the app. Then, when I go back in, it puts me back into the last login that I was in and says there was an error logging out. Help!

This app is okay but it lacks critical functionality when it comes to being able to perform the tasks that you can do on the desktop. Things like adding a new person to my worship team can be done on the app, however to complete getting him set up through the permissions, I have to go home and go to my desktop or log into a computer at the church to do it. The lack of implementation of planning center designed features from this app makes it very disheartening and oftentimes frustrating.

This app is a necessity for a worship team member, and it's a real quality of life increase using it, however the problems with this app are many and persistent. It's klunkey and slow, and many options are hidden in mysterious ways. God may be able to work that way, but I don't wanna bask in mystery in an app! I have to reinstall this app every few months for it to continue working. Once it stops loading set lists for you, a quick reinstall will fix the issue.

My review is based on the recent update. I can no longer view the profile of anyone who isn't assigned to the same team as me. This is an inconvenient redesign and an unnecessary restriction as there may be times where a vocalist might need to contact a band member or any one else on a different team, or vice versa. This actually decreases the functionality of this app by prohibiting interaction between people assigned to different teams who work together.

Love this app, lets me schedule, add songs and much more without having to go to the website. I think the music stand app is also great. I wish there was an option or sperate app for android auto and apple carplay to control the media player while driving. I listen to the songs for the week in the car and prefer to do everything on the screen of the car than on my phone.

2 feature requests: 1. Make songs downloadable on Android 2. Add android cast ability. The media section of the order of service needs a massive UI redesign. It would be so nice it I could select the songs I want to practice and make a playlist from them. It is super difficult to be driving to rehearsal while attempting to play different songs from this app.. makes me wonder how many accidents have occurred while using PC. Update: request: make songs downloadable in Android.

It's a good group app for scheduling. However, I've had a lot of little anointing issues. There's no option to not send a push and email notification both when you get a schedule request. And if you don't respond to both you won't be scheduled. Also it asks me everytime I open it if I accept schedules I've already accepted. If you just go to "files" to view chord charts you may not get the correct files. It might have different keyed mp3s and even the wrong chord charts.

Stopped updating my schedule again. The main page for my schedule shows nothing even though I just received an email about a request to serve this coming weekend. The message showed up in the app for the request, but nothing in my schedule. When I open the menu it only shows one event from a month and a half ago. The purpose of this app is to schedule, but the schedule in it randomly stops updating making it almost worthless. I tried logging out and back in, but that didn't help at all.

Sometimes there are internet and connection issues, but over all, we have been using this app for about 4 years and are pleased with it. Great for keeping the entire team on track, knowing what songs we're doing and who is playing what instrument, who's on vocals and able to schedule more than just a couple weeks at a time. Loading songs is not always convenient.... Sometimes we have to type them in by hand.

I was having a problem getting the PDF files to open. Alan from Customer Support reached out to help. Turned out my antivirus app was blocking the files from downloading. I do wish the files were just viewable within the app and didn't have to take up storage space on my phone. Also navigation is not intuitive; I seem to go in circles a lot. But in all, the app is extremely useful and does its job, even on an older device.

Update (2/15/19) - This issue persist. This is the only app I have ever seen where you can kill the app but then connecting or disconnecting to bluetooth or wifi will cause it to randomly blare music. Update (9/6/18) - The developers STILL haven't fixed the issue of the media player spontaneously playing and it is still possible to have the media player playing even with the app apparently already killed. The media player is like a virus. Once you start it, there is no obvious way to kill it completely. And as long as it is lurking in the background, it will start playing randomly. The player violates virtually every single method of closing that a user might already be familiar with. Virtually every other podcast, music, video, and audio book app uses the same methods of controlling and closing media sessions. But the developers of this app have somehow avoided EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. of these familiar methods.

EDIT: Planning Center Support was helpful in finding the issue of the media player not functioning correctly after some digging. If you are not hearing the audio, reinstall the app. That fixed the problem for me. ______ Media player has not worked on either of my Android phones for almost an entire year. Everything else works fine, but I really miss being able to listen to the set, especially in my personal time of practice.

The general overview was helpful, I could click on what I needed to see instead of being dropped straight into the order of service tab and then still having to click on the tabs I do need to see. So, the same amount of navigating the app, but more scrolling since there is so much stuff at the top of the screen, the actual order of service doesn't start until halfway down. I'm personally not seeing the improvement and have turned off the auto update so I see the changes are before accepting it.

Recently, there's a bug where going back to many days in the past on a service causes the service not to load days anymore. The arrows don't do anything. It's great to be able to manage schedules and even get notifications for my own position in one app. Still needs some more features... Like adding positions and account management.
