I installed this app to help me with my plants. So far I am not happy with it and do plan to Uninstaller. It's not what's advertised, at least it didn't happen for me.

Does a good job identifying but most of the features offered are not available unless you pay, weekly. This cost is crazy high. 7 bucks a week? Lmao. Uninstalling

App's "plant diagnosis" is bogus. It says "Your plant is not healthy. It might be over watering, underwatering, or missing nutrients. You should fix that." I know the plant is sick. What do i need to do to fix it? Do not buy for plant diagnosis. The plant identifier seems to work properly tho.

Didn't recognise a very simple plant. I only have 1 chance, after that it took me to the subscription page. No thank you.

having issues with a couple plants so I did the paid version to figure out what they need. every single plant I checked (including the healthy ones) said they were all unhealthy and had the same diagnosis of needing fertilizer and the ground being bad. whether it was an indoo or oudoor plant l.

Amazing app, very easy to use but I am uninstalling due to the pro service being subscription based. I'm not paying £37 a year for this, though I would happily purchase the app for £10-£20 for unlimited access.

Dosnt work, tried on 3 different plants dosnt give the specific help they need as shown in the advert.. the advert showed that the app would even suggest which nutrien the plant was missing... in reality it dosnt do that.. Dosnt even specify if its had to much or two little water, as shown in the advert... Didnt identify the plant correctly... I wouldnt pay for this.. or waste time with it... the information given is nothing common sense could not give you..

I just installed this app today so I can't give a well informed review. So far I'm not impressed with the diagnosis part of this application. From the advertising I was under the impression this app would tell me exactly what I needed to do to correct a condition. Instead all I've gotten is "it maybe this or it may be that" and I have to do research to explain what the this or that condition may be and the possible treatments. Why do I need to pay a fee to look up and guess for myself?

Phenomenal app....! I would definitely pay money to use it, but my Google account has money stuck on it and I cannot use it because I can't remember my password. I've tried to change the password I don't want to it where I work at because I use my work email and it's just a big kerfuffle. But I love this app. It has given me a lot of information for free thus far.

I love the simplicity of this app, BUT! It would be nice to first TRY IT OUT to see what you can do with it before wanting to spend money to buy it. There's not enough options open to the free app to warrant a purchase so soon after installing it. A short TRIAL period would work here.

False advertising, they lie!!! Does not have any of the features shown in the video ads. Gives no use advice. Every scan is along the lines of "This looks like fungus. Use something that treats fungus." Or same for insects. Even though basic ID of figus or insect damage is trivial, it's the specifics and remedies that need help. And I did the "ask an expert" feature of "how do I prune xxx plant" and the response was "that is outside my expertise. Ask a garden center." Total fraud.

I was hopeful that this app would work better than the others, but still searching. It identified the plants correctly less than 50% of the time. You get about 10 trys before being required to purchase the pro version which at $40 per year is pricey for an app that doesn't do what it was created for.

Only 3 stars because the app did not properly identify most entries, all of which are common garden plants. Also, a problem is everything identified was said to be dangerous to eat, which is not true. The great thing about the app is the light meter....anyway, not keeping it because I cannot trust it's accuracy.

This App is advertised as your money back. That's a lie. I initiated and paid for an annual subscription, and in less than 20 minutes I realized I subscribed for the wrong App, and requested a refund. They said no refund until the subscription period had passed, meaning no refund, they would just cancel the subscription after 12 month. I am taking this complaint to the Attorney General of the State of Texas to get my money of $43 returned.

Signed up for the free 3 day trial, was charged after 2 days. Barely got to try it, so maybe it works better than the 50% accuracy rate it had with the plants I did use it for, but who would pay $10 a week for an app they barely got to try out? It's so overpriced for what it is, and they know that, so they trick people into paying for it by giving a 3 day free trial, but charging you on day 2.

I tried the 3 day trial. Not impressed. Trying to cancel but can't figure out how the hell to do that. I haven't received an email from Plantify, so I'm wondering if they have a cryptic email address so IDK it's from them and can't cancel.

They want to charge for this service!More than 75% of the plants I scanned came up completely wrong. I scanned ones that I already knew that I had the tags from the garden centers where I purchased them. Wrong. There's not much for species variety just very generic. For example if you would like to get an idea about hostas, you have one result of a generic plantain lily for every hosta you scan. The hostas were about the only thing the app got right. Just expected more accuracy for a paid app.

Overall the identifoer is very good, but I wouldn't say the full version is really worth it... It just gives very basic and general treatments from the diagnosis, not all of them are even close to bein accurate from what the plant may really have. Sometimes it says stuff like could be overwatering or could be too dry... Or could be bugs when it has none... I thought it would give more accurate steps as to what to do to treat plants... Not worth the purchase. Good identifier.

The identify feature is super helpful to confirm what kind of plants I'm dealing with. I also really like the section with information about each plant. The diagnose feature isn't fine-tuned but it's good enough. For example, if a plant lacks water, it reports it as 2-3 separate generic problems. The reason why I'm writing this review is that the reminder to water plants doesn't tell me which plant needs to be watered!! Please fix this and I'll be happy to update to 4 stars.

Honestly for the 3 whole plants and 5 whole minutes I used it, it was one of the better plant identifiers out there! But you can only add/identify 3 plants and can't diagnose anything with our paying $7 a week or $40 for the year. That's too steep for me to try when I can't even basically TRY the free version. So I have no idea if it will be better or not or worth it or not.
