Bulls**t way for you guys to make money. (Referring to one of your ads I accidentally clicked on) 1: you guys cant charge us $10/month for something we DIDN'T PAY FOR. 2: charging people who DIDN'T SUBSCRIBE FOR CLICKING ON THE AD BY ACCIDENT is actually illegal. You have to have consent from someone for you to charge them. This is a scam. And DO NOT SAY IT ISN'T, BECAUSE SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE THIS PROBLEM, and you do NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP THEM, ME or ANYONE ELSE. I HATE YOU GUYS.

Very heartbreaking to see the old styles be gone for good. But I know it might be time for a change. I'm not really sure if you had to create an account. But I was really little when I had this app last. So I'm going to finish my account.

Terrible! It took so long to figure out how my child even subscribed and it auto-generated a username which blows my mind. Then subscribed. After 3x of contacting and trying to cancel it finally did.

What a scummy company this is. Tried to call to see who or what they are and they never answer or accept calls. Been billing my sprint bill 9.99 per month for over a year, but their app says neither my phone number or email is a registered account

Scam scam scam. Being charged 9.99 a month. Child plays on phone all the time in kids mode, not one problem. Until now. This app charged and is continuing to charge without permission or any type of security or permission checks.

My autistic child used to love this app. There was an update that erased his saved videos and altered the interface drastically and now he's unable to navigate the app.

Same problem! Getting charged and was told there was a free trial but was charged the same day! Now fighting to get a refund- dont sign up and dont give any card information you will be. Charged and have to fight to get a refund. Awful business practice!

Their website is terrible, only offer Apple TV casting, and when trying to sign up via the site with an offer I had it wouldn't go through. I attempted it 5 times, hope I don't have all those charges.

😡 it's a great app. my daughter loves it. but.... I paid to unlock all the videos and games. now that I switched phones and had to reinstall the app, I cannot access the ones I paid for.

When I downloaded it, It just showed a pattern for the PlayKids app. I tried opening it one more time but it showed the same screen. So I deleted it. Please fix it.

Horrible! My daughter was playing another game and an clicked on the add for this and automatically charged my sprint account and subscribed us for a monthly fee of 9.99. We did not have the app and she didnt not have an account, I received a text by sprint since the purchase was made and then received a text from the company giving me an email to sign in with because we never inputted one. THIS IS A SCAM TARGETING CHILDREN AND IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

DON'T BOTHER DOWNLOADING!!Highly upset literally only was able to login to try it came back to it and it won't even load!! .. and from what I saw there wasn't much to it and not very interesting! Wanted to try something different for my child .. this wasn't worth it!

I see people complaining about the price, but this app feels not much like a game, and more like a streaming video service for kids, except that the content is hand-picked (exceptionally well), and also includes some games/books/activities. Videos can also be downloaded for offline viewing. My 4-year-old loves it. I just wish download mode had a configurable cap on storage use (least recently viewed auto-deleted to make room), or that in streaming mode parents could hand-pick what to download.

Kids love app but app but is not movable to the external sd card (Samsung phone). There are many activities and videos that can be downloaded but it can quickly exceed a GB and more. Takes up way too much space of internal storage. It's their only app that can't be transferred to external storage.

Terrible. An ad for this popped up on another game and automatically signed me up for this service, no confirmation that you will be charged or anything. There is no easy way to cancel and get a refund, instead you have to contact their support and HOPE that someone gets back to you soon. I would never willingly purchase this service

I wanted to try this app since T-Mobile did a free trial for a few months for their T-Mobile Tuesday deal. I downloaded the app on my phone and tablet. It won't let me create a profile for the kids. It will be hard to share one profile. I emailed support, but that was days ago, and I still haven't heard anything back. So I'll probably delete the app. I tried to log in on the website, but it says my information is incorrect.

I've seen some pretty clever ways of tricking someone into a subscription, but allowing you to do it by accident in an ad without even downloading the app is a new one. I can't believe this is even allowed. Don't get tricked by this app, don't download it, and don't accidentally click on an ad for it because you will just be wasting your money.

I love your game so much i played it a few years back and i remember when you could make your own colors!! I would love of you would bring that back but you have a choice to make custom colours so it can be fun for everyone and i want to ask a question why do you pay attention to the people that say ur game is bad thats not true and please bring back custom colours! ☺💖

Do not recommend. Was not able to use the account on my daughter's tablet after creating it on my phone for free with tmobile so I canceled 2 months before the free tmobile subscription ended and hot charge this month. I messaged the support AND called the support to get a refund yesterday and still haven't heard on a reply.

SCAMMLIARS. LIAR'S THIEVES..They trick you to get this, steal your $$ and you can't unsubscribe. How is this possible? Who's allowing this ? & when it says our customer service is here to help. More lies. a bunch of misdirection & pages that are no longer available. 7/31/24 the App response to my review was sending a link. It gave me the same B.S. I click to cancel & it asks you to confirm cancellation... There is NOT a confirm cancellation button. There is only a keep subscription button.
