Im using a high end earbuds from oppo and yet no words heard by your app. Ive been using these buds for 5months now and it so excellent, but with your app i dont know why.

Basically a scam, I have installed it almost a month ago, I have had ZERO playtests sent to me but I have over 8 EMAILS requesting a survey of my gaming habits, this app is basically a scam where they gather your gaming details regularly and you get actual no playtests... Avoid like a plague and report it to your local scam authorities 👍

I love it, and it's become my favorite money making app. Plus you get to have fun while your earning. I recommend to all of my friends and family. It doesn't matter if your a gamer or not, they still have a paid task for you. As for me, I have always got paid the next day after completion.

Playtestcloud made their mistake right and paid me. They aren't always perfect but I'm happy to say that they did the right thing and that is how you know can tell a legit site. This is a good way to make a few dollars in your spare time and they pay in gift cards or PayPal Cash, and they let you choose. You won't get rich doing it but it's spare money here and there.

Recent updates have fixed past issues I've had. However, the app recording style frequently changes, and is inconsistent. Some are app tests with modded apps, others are the Playtest app with the game app downloaded. My biggest pet peeve is bring forced to watch ads with many playtests. (Devs should) Either pay more to compensate out time not playing the apps, or PTC should ask devs to disable ads in playtests. Please. For the love of Ray J. 😭

I've been with PlaytestCloud for a while now and it's been a fantastic experience. The team is extremely helpful, resolving any issues with game tests promptly. It's easy to get started – just watch for their emails, which often include surveys or profile updates. The pay is great too; I've earned $11, $14, $50, and $40 in just the last two months. Plus, they offer opportunities for kids to test games as well. 10/10 recommend this company for anyone who loves gaming and wants to earn money!

No matter what headset/microphone I use, the app seems to not recognize it or record audio. The headsets work with all other apps on my phone for calls, etc. This is the only app which J have problems.

The 'first come, first serve' rule is cool and makes everything feel fair. But here's the problem: every time I get a notification about a new game, I click on it right away. Everything goes fine until the 'How to' video comes up. The video just keeps loading and never plays. By the time it finishes (or doesn’t), the game says testing is already done. It’s really disappointing because I’m seconds away from playing, but the stuck 'How to' video ruins it. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

I've been using this for a few months now, and it's been getting progressively better. Originally I had issues similar to others that have been posted, such as having difficulty opening the playtest, knowing what steps to take to make sure I'm doing it correctly, getting the survey after a test, etc. However, anytime I have emailed them about the issue, they've gotten back to me quickly and resolved the problem. With this update, everything is working in app with no issues.

Not worth it. The only thing good is the list of games. Several seemed like they might be fun. Can't get the app to properly show play time so tester doesn't get the advertised pay. Played 8+ hours on one game and 4+ on another without being acknowledged in the app. Oh, and YES I did make sure to load the game from within the app. Can't afford to lose a day's pay to "test" a game that promised me a day's pay.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They don't know how to properly send you a playtest so when you finally get one(if they even send you one) it takes so long to open it that you end up being disqualified. The app doesn't work when you have a playtest request, the emails they send take about 30 secs to open, just for you to see that you've been disqualified for taking to long, and if you somehow get the playtest working, someone is just going to finish faster and disqualify you. DO NOT USE!!

Very poor. When I did a playtest for 30 minutes, I didn't realize that the recording stopped within one minute of the playtest. When I attempted to do it again, it stopped recording after 2 minutes. When I attempted to it a third time, it stopped recording within a minute. Granted, there was red box to indicate that I was being recorded, but it hard to notice right away when it disappears.

I was available for a playtest but when I tired to download the game, I got an error say "Sorry our gaming server is overwhelmed, please try again in a few minutes". I kept checking back and try to review the game but was unable to due to the error. One last time I checked, it says the spots were filled up and the playtest was completed??? I wasn't able to partake in the playtest and was at a disadvantage to try. I tried but am unsatisfied.

Update: I no longer waste time filling out the redundant and incessant surveys. EVERY TIME I get notice of a new playtest, I install immediately or completely ignore it. However, even when I do install immediately there are issues or updates to the game just installed and playtests are ALWAYS completed no matter how INSTANT the install. Waste of time and space for a while now. Maybe I am just unlucky... I'm not working right now, so I can't imagine who else is quick enough to make the cut.

I was 30 minutes into a recording when I had to pause due to loud background noises. Upon trying to resume, none of my progress was saved and I had to start over from the beginning. Very frustrating. This was during a type of test where it was a survey type format without actual gameplay. Update: Changed from 1 star to 3 stars because developer acknowledged the issue and paid me.

the app is extremely buggy. if you don't complete the entire test in one sitting, the app will forget you were part of a test and you will lose your recording and not get compensated for it. furthermore, it requires you to wear a headset, which causes a low volume to get recorder compared to the phone's speakerphone. i have reported these bugs in the past with no solution. the tests that use the recorder bundled in the .apk of the game don't have any of these issues

The previous version of the app was great and I always received payment after completing playtests though this version doesn't let me double check my audio levels before recording anymore I hope this is a bug as it's very useful to know how the developers will hear your feedback. Also miss the fee less direct payouts but that's a separate issue.
