App is useless because there is no the biggest padel city place in options (I live in Oviedo, play at Pistas de Tenis y Padel del Parque del Oeste)

really easy app to navigate & find open matches. I'm visiting Birmingham from London for the weekend, and it's been so easy to find a local match. I hope all padel venues could be on this platform & make it so that its free for them to be part of it, and we as customers pay them as part of our admin fee.

they allow scams from clubs and bad players, support is inexistent, you can pay for a match win and your opponents can reject the results and avoid losing score, they can do it multiple times and nothing happens. Not recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I booked a court and tried to cancel a day in advance due to bad weather (there were warnings for a storm), and they refused. I ended up losing the entire booking amount, which was a considerable sum.

worst app I've ever encountered. UI is appalling. player level setting makes zero sense. just trying to set up a game with friends who are all fellow members at the same club is like platting snot. Will be lobbying our club to find a better partner for this. it's awful

DO NOT PAY. A lot of the additional features you pay for do not work. Check other reviews everyone's all suffering with the same issues and there's no support to help.

If a match is cancelled, why can't there be credit put onto your account rather than a refund? Would be a lot quicker and a lot less transactions from your bank!

Very poor so far. I joined as a 2.7 to play games and have fun, but there's no help from the owners to match up for games and using the app is a waste of time and money.

1. court availability visualisation is awful , why do I need to choose a start hour. I want to choose duration first and see what I can get.. 2. fees/taxes is exaggerated !!! 3. no google or apple pay support

I cannot seem to add Ideal as a payment method (language: Dutch, country: Netherlands, android version 14) - since I do not own a credit card this prevents me from joining reservations that others post on WhatsApp - effectively locking me out from playing Padel with others

the app could be more intuitive to use, would be better to see upcoming matches easily upon opening the app and also I'd like to be able to switch matches from private to public

It works well to book courts and to make payments. It's also very neat in how it can split the bill for each player. The search filter for available courts by feature doesn't work well, though. You still get all the courts in the results with a strike-through or you can only search per hour. It depends on which search window you're in.

Playtomic is fantastic most of the time but I have had problems making a booking. I have received a message saying, "Whoops. Out of bounds" . Playtomic's response was that the problem is with my phone.

The upcoming games workflow in the app is just bonkers. The left to right scrolling tiles of the upcoming games should really be a chronological list of your games with the date of the game and indicators showing that all the players are accounted for or more players needed.

I love the app, I use it a lot. My only complaint is that once you've reached 80+ games the algorithm doesn't really seem to do anything. No matter who you play, you will always get +0.03 when winning and that or 0.04 for loosing, which makes it impossible to change your ranking range and play different people. The other day I beat a couple of guys with significantly higher ranking and got +0.03! That's why a lot of people delete accounts and create new ones...

Great for finding games and partners to play padel or tennis with, but very frustrating to use. I book a court and didn't see it was set as private, and now if I want to make it public so people can join, I can't, unless I cancel the booking (and pay cancellation fees). Why can't I change a private match to a public match or vice versa if no-one joined yet????

When searching for matches, there should be a filter for friendly/competitive. Also, when booking courts for an open match, you don't show the court until the last step, which is time consuming. I want to see if I am booking indoors or outdoors. Finally, the scoring system is not very realistic. Someone with 1+ score is already intermediate but you describe it as a beginner.
