This is the most dependable money source for direct deposit, online shopping and etc. My work check is deposited to my pls card and I can load checks to it after cashing at in person locations.

1st off even though my current number is on here your system keeps recognizing my OLD number ONLY so I am unable to get notifications. When I call you csr..he was so disrespectful.

This is horrible. They do stuff to your car and don't let you know until after it happens. Customer service is no good. I never get why would you put your social security number on a prepaid card. Makes no sense

The app is very easy and straight forward to use and you can link it to Venmo also they got patriotic themes on cards which is pretty cool. 😎

A 1000 dollars was stolen out of my account after my phone was taken. They said they could find no error and wouldn't help me at all. I'll be changing my direct deposit to somewhere else asap that's for sure.

PLS check cashing stores in El Paso are exceptional with customer service and check cashing never had a problem. Now when it comes to there support that's a whole different Subject. I had my PLS card misuse because it was lost. I had 2 false transactions and by policy., within 10 days, they should put the money back on your account. Until further investigations, it is now approaching April and I have not seen my return yet. Support has only give me a run around. Worse support I've encountered

I have several PLS debit cards, all on the app and one of the features that initially attracted me to using the app was the ability to transfer funds between cards in a matter of seconds. This is a great feature....when it's WORKING. Far too often it is NOT working, giving an error message that the feature is temporarily not available. Try later. It's either a problem that's beyond their IT's capability to fix or just beyond their concern because when this occurs, it stays that way too long. Sad
