Turned out to be a real lifesaver.. Simple and modest UI is very interactive and lucid to use.. I was suffering from acute neckpain few days back and consulted an orthopedic surgeon from Mumbai in just 15 minutes and he prescribed me some medicines which gave me instant relief.. Great job by the developer team 👏, med tech app that India needs!

Extremely disappointed with the experience. Initially, the team confirmed that I could apply for reimbursement under my mediclaim policy. I went through the entire process, submitted all documents, and followed their instructions — only to have my claim rejected later without proper justification. This kind of miscommunication and false assurance is unacceptable, especially when it involves health and finances. Not a reliable experience at all.

Hi plum, I am changing my review because the below issue I have mentioned that has been resolved by your team Thanks 👍 This app has bugs in the Android app when we click on Cost of ailments it is just loading and doesn't show anything. This is not an issue with single smartphones it shows the same error in all Android phones. Iphone users have no issue with this.

keep Back button as mobile back button itself. you kept back button at the top of your app. each time have to scroll up to toggle between different windows. instead if we click mobile back button it's coming out of the app. please fix this bug.

unable to add Address while booking a health checkup. I have filled all the fields for address, yet there is no button for confirming the address. I tried various ways, thebutton didn't show up Edit: They fixed it immediately and now it works fine. Good support from dev and team.

On 7/21 - I'm reposting my review about the crashing of the App. It is working fine now I'm able to access it and able to check further features. And I want to thank its support team, they checked the review and take action on it. Also, thanks to Keshav who called me up to update about the same. On 7/18 - Hi Team, After taking the latest update on the regarding the AI feature update, the app keeps on crashing. I won't be able to open it and get into it. Do chk the same and plz fix the issue.
