The user is not able to return to app when the nfc is closed. You need to force close the app and reopen it. The user is delogged frequently and on the login he need to enter an otp from work email. Well, this means we need to carry the work laptops on shopping.

Never in my life have I had the displeasure to use such a broken app, at least not from a big company. Timmy in his basement can make an app that is more useable than this trash. Payments didn't work until I restarted the app 2-3 times. I had to hold up the queue at the supermarket every time I wanted to pay for something. I am talking in the past tense because now it just doesn't work period. I can't access the sign in page at all no matter what I do. Awful.

It's unusable. It makes you run in a vicious circle trying to login. It doesn't matter you introduce correctly the username, the verification code and you know your password it keeps insisting you are not logged in and you just repeat the steps again and again. What a waste of time! One of the worst apps I ever used.

Paying with this app has 50/50 chances of working. You launch it, tap to pay, confirm with biometrics, and if the app feels like it, you might actually be able to pay with it. Otherwise it will default to google wallet and whatever your default card is there. Not the one you want of course, because this app doesn't support adding a card to google wallet. All of this is when you manage to launch the app in the first place, because there are times you won't even be able to do that.

Cannot reset security code. It crashes and there's no way to make it work. What a waste. Chrome integration sucks, really slow on every aspect and for the moment it's useless...

Absolutely awful app. Logs you out whenever it feels like it and asks for verification code confirmations. Once every few months you have to set up a new password because honestly who remembers this as you barely need to use it, only once a fortnight when you need to check your wallet. As if someone's going to hack this pathetic app. It already looks like it's been made by some Year-1 Computer Science drop-offs anyway.

1. The app is not working as intended. You can pay with it, even tho the payscreen is opened (I always pay with the default payment method). 2. You can't add the card to Google wallet. 3. Sadly there is no way of sending them a message, you can't find a mail address to send your problems to. 4. After every payment you get an automated mail with the current sold, and the best part is you can't turn off. There is no option in the app/on the web. You are spammed.

Absolutely broken app. It logs me out randomly, I cannot see my balance, the buttons dont do anything and if I try to log out, it crashes. Even the "Personal details" website is broken. I would want to edit and give 0 stars because now it asks you for tracking to pay!!!!!!! Please just add Google Pay so we could give up this garbage app.

The app works just fine, but I wish the "pay now" button be usable without internet or app username/password, just my fingerprint or phone credentials like Google wallet does. When I am in a store and people are waiting, I want to be as fast as google wallet to use this card, not to wait useless loading screen because of the poor internet connections in the metal box that the supermarket is located.

Awful support, I needed over a month just to obtain a document from them. And this only after I needed to remind them about the issue weekly. Weak security. Disappointed about the user interaction and the functionality.

App is so slow, every step takes so much time. Open the app then wait to communicate with the server to get amount on the account. Pres the button to pay wait again press for biometrics wait again for the messenge that now you can pay with the app. One star deducted since you can't add it to Google pay wallet.

Customer service is garbage. When I try to send an error report on the "contact us" field, it always says: " something wrong happened,try again later". I got billed twice and can't get my money back because of your app.

I've been unable to log in for more than 2 weeks. It keeps giving me the same error message and telling me to contact them via email. I've tried emailing them about my problem 4 separate times and every time the email fails to be sent to them.

It was nice while it lasted. App is no longer usable. I am unable to set up the digital wallet for almost 2 months. Tired waiting, uninstalling, clear cache, clear storage, uninstall and install again.. it would at first just fail to open completely, now at least I can see my balance but can't do anything else.

Password not working, and its not because I don't know it, its because the app has a bug, everytime I change to a new password and I try to log in I get the same message, wrong password. At the register card screen, I can't register my card, it tells me that my CNP and Card Register Number are incorrect. All in all just a useless app that takes your credentials and doesn't give anything usefull in return. I would give it 0 stars if I could !

Slow and poorly designed, there is only one useful function as almost all links lead outside of the app and on to the site, opening a browser. I am talking about checking your balance so that you could let the cashier at the store know him much to charge on the card. This was obstructed today by question screen pop-up preventing me from using the one thing this app is good for causing frustration followed by anger asking me how do I like the app so far. Well, not at all, but can't just remove it

The app simply stops functioning, i needed to reset the security code, haven't been able to do so since it keeps getting stuck on a loading screen, now it wont even show my card cause it keeps showing the loading screen, already tried reinstalling the app , did not work , it is full of lags and bugs.

The worst and most unreliable app ever. Keeps loging me out and then stays in a continuous loop asking for credentials over and over again, will not load half of the time making the payment and the option to view cards and sums practically imposible. Incredibly bad -10 starts, the worst!!!!!!!

The app notified me there was an update to it but when I pressed on the Update app button nothing happened. I tried it multiple times, same result- it was as if the button was not working. It logs you out sometimes. I tried logging in and my credentials were not accepted. An hour after that I was able to enter the app without even having to log in. How is it 2024 and they can't develop an app in a proper manner?!?

It is great while it works!!! It logs you out randomly, doesn't allow you to make contactless payments every once in a while...and pluswhe you have a bug the preffered reccomendation is to uninstall and reinstall it...says alot about the coding of this app Plus that it seems to remember only when you useit that it needs an update. ESPECIALLY when you're on the cash register and you want to pay! Why aren't there periodical updates on which the app can notify you, prior your visit to a supermarket
