The worst experience!!! Horrible dysfunctional app and their customer care service!! They are simply horrible!! Gone through hell while registering and login and it still is not working! My office made me open this horrible account here! Its been two months and I still cant login!

Just update the app and unable to login. When try to login its asking to update latest version though i already updated to the latest version. 😐😐 I want to review my rating as they gives us prompt feedback when i complaint through email. Carry on this kind of support. 🙂🙂

Piece of garbage! Tried to add bKash but whenever I'm write an alias it's not working saying, "Name field cannot be left blank!" So, if you're trying to install the app to add money to bKash, good luck with that! Such a waste of my time!

Full of bugs.... For an example, if i choose discount option then choose any of the option then i have to go back to home before checking other discount sections.

Easy and useful app but needs some improvement. One major security feature should be added to pause ATM card transaction. The UI should also be improved.

I've tried to log in my account and every time it shows this request can not be processed at this moment. I Don't know is this a server bug or what, but please try to fix this or tell me a quick fix ASAP. Your cooperation will be appreciated.

App is nice. But I have some suggestions. 1. Add account title at the top with profile picture on app home screen. It will look nicer. 2. Add NPSB fund transfer 3. Add self service features in app, like certificates and check book requisition. 4. Add functionality to open bank account from home using app.

Totally bad experience. It locked my account after trying some wrong password. Then I communicate with them thrice from thrusday to now. But my issue isn't solved. Every time they said to me that my account is unlocked but actually it isn't. Totally bad service I must say.

I just updated this app and now found that I can't transfer funds to any account. It stuck on otp and showing error like otp Id required. It seems to me that the programmer intentionally put this bug in the app. So no one can transfer money. Please fix this issue ASAP. I have an emergency to send money.

Really, this app is awesome. Some features that take tok much time like others bank AC add and there is no options to edit beneficiary AC. Noly remove option available. Overall good interface and design from othera Banks App.

Thank You so much pmoney developer. You listened to us and you fixed the issues I mentioned in my previous review. Now the date format in the statement is perfect, no chance of confusion for general users. Also I was able to add other bank as beneficiary for BEFTN transfer, which I couldn't initially. Hopefully pmoney will keep developing, and become the most popular banking app.

Can't change the password. Even there's lowercase, uppercase, special, numeric. Different note says different logic. Just worst service ever. . . [Update: password issue solved] . . New issue arrive : Total Due ammount showing wrong value for credit cards. Request to solve the issue.

One of the worst app I have ever seen. Their service is very bad.If anyone try to access any function like add card, add beneficiary, for service request it will autocratically logged out them. And It's not occurs one or two time,It'll occurs infinite time. It has occurred with me more than 200 times.Everybody should avoid this app till fix this issue.

Another bank transfer system is very slow. If the bank transfer system was faster, it would have been better. Clicking on the options mentioned in the app opens through a slide, which I found to be slow Then it is possible to work much faster

The worst customer service ever! I added a beneficiary nagad account (not mine), I verified tgat with OTP and everything. Now I can't do the transfer! When I try to do so from web portal or PMoney app, it is saying that 'to verify your nagad beneficiary, call 16167'. Well, I called twice and they are telling me to clear cache and cookies, unistalling and reinstalling PMmoney app! She asked me to call from the Nagad number where I called from my number that is added to my Premier acc! Nonsense CS

Thanks Premier Bank for developing such kind of apps for the internet banking. I loved many of the options of the app but i am missing some options in there, such as : Just Savings / Current Account is showing in the apps but the other kind of accounts aren’t added (DPS, MIS, DBS OR LIKE OTHER ACCOUNTS). Hope we will get this matter updated very soon. Thanks again.👍👍👍

This is the worst banking app I have ever seen. You can't select an option without going back to the main app window. The UI is not user friendly. This app is not lightweight and difficult to use. Please see other banking app and their functionality and then improve your app. Without proper UI and easier navigation this can't be a bangking app. Please look into this.

Overall a good app with some bugs and missing features. Having these features would improve this app like - Rocket/Upay MFS, cheque book management, More utility bill payment options (BPDB, Jalalabad Gas, etc), Online Bank Statement and most importantantly a good looking UI.
