This App is very ugly... When I entering my password it suddenly returns to the Home of my cellphone, it always crashes when I login.... I hope the owner can solve it and fix it... Because it's annoying when you log in suddenly just back.π‘π‘π‘ Please update your App and solve the same issue of your users. πππ

since the new digital app upgraded it so hard to use the app. I need to put my credentials so many times because it keeps going back. Theres so many attempt before a successful log in.Please fix your system because it so frustrating.

My internet signal is fast and I can still access all my other apps but when I open the PNB app, it says I am not connected to the internet so I clicked on Retry but I tried this several times, closed the app, cleared casge, checked my internet connection and checked the other apps(they still open through wifi) but this app doesn't. It says I'm still not connected for the nth time. My app is updated no updates anymore. What the hell I have an important transaction I can't access my account!

I cannot login my account in this app. Screen is stuck on mobile digital key prompt after entry of password. Always prompting message "Please wait while we get information about your transaction" and buttons will not respond anymore. I already emailed the problem but it's been a week now still no response. Poor app.

Update: April 2024. After the recent update, the Digital Key stopped working. All im getting is this "PLEASE WAIT WHILE WE GET INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR TRANSACTION". I am using Samsung S24Ultra. Update: June 2024. Digital Key is not woking. I can't press it. The most stable version was 9.2.2.

The last time I made an update on the app, I end up having problem accessing my account. It took me several days to resolve it. Very frustrating. After reading all the negative feedback on the latest update, I'm afraid the same problem will happen again. Is there a way I can avoid this update for now and continue to get access to my account until the bugs are fix? I don't want to experience the same problem as before.

So far the latest update for this app has been worst and it made the app more inconvenient to use than before! Every time I have to format my phone I literally have to call their stupid customer service (which is a landline number) & answer security questions just to deregister the same damn device! I know that a login can only be used in one device but why the hell would we have to call your stupid CS all the time just to deregister a device when you can just automatically deregister it?! π€¬

Problem with finger print identification. App does not have a feature that allows one to block a card. This is useful when you receive notifications of unauthorized transactions or when you lost your card. You'd have to call customer service which takes a long time.

This app is the worst. It keeps on routing me to the homescreen to the point that it will locked you out for multiple attempts. This app is a waste of time, money and effort nothing but a piece of trash. Thank you...

I didn't know why i received so much update lately. So i did update the app as suggested. But the problem now is that i cannog log in. There is no option for me to log in. So i have to reset uninstall and install the app, hoping it will work. But after that, i can not log in it said i have to unregister my device first before i can log to this device. Which confused me because it is still the same phone that was registered to them. I already emailed the cx service and waiting for the response.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and anger regarding the continuous login issues I have been experiencing with the PNB Digital App. Despite changing my password almost 10 times, I am still unable to log in successfully. Every time I attempt to access the app, I am met with the infuriating message: "We are unable to process your request, please try again later." This ongoing problem has caused me immense inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of my time.

It keeps crashing. It is pretty much useless to use this app. It should be convenient for users to transact with this app but it is not helping in any way. Please fix the app! Tried sending an email to the customer care but as to no avail there isn't a reply regarding this matter.

It's been DAYS now. I still can't get past this step where I have to input my password to get a digital key, before I can access any services on the app. First time it didn't work it said to wait as they were still getting information BUT there's a 30sec timer where the digital key will expire if I didn't approve the "digital key" which it did NOT give me because it just told me to wait the whole time. Second time, it just flat out goes "Unable to process, try again later." LIKE? FIX THIS!

There are way too many bugs. Sometimes, it doesn't recognize your fingerprint, but when you try logging in using your password, it says oops! Or something like that. I can't log in. I can't access my account. Always says try again later. Me no likey at all. It also takes forever to send OTP. Sometimes, it doesn't send an OTP at all. I tried 20x. Still no OTP. The digital Key feature also doesn't work. You'll try multiple times until they suspend your account.

Before when I downloaded this app it is so smooth but as time goes by it always says under system updates. I need to know how much balance. I need to open and to monitor all the transactions that has been happening into my account. I hope you will take time to fixed issues we've been experiencing. We loved the fact that we can see our accounts online. Please do hear us. Thank you!

Always crashes from the moment I am entering my password. No, its not your security features because it always crashes while I'm entering my password. Unless it is meant to crash so we canoot access our own accounts. π Update your app it is really annoying because it always crashes. π‘ If there is a rating lower than 1 star I would give it, your App is totally garbage. Been trying to access it since this morning! A bank that doesn't have a proper app developer!

The app keeps crashing and not letting me log in even though I put the correct password. This app should have a proper maintenance where the system is stable for users and have minimal technical issues. Hopefully this feedback will be reviewed thoroughly. (Update) After a maintenance that has been conducted on the app, I have not been able to transfer money to any accounts as it just kept saying to wait while the app gets information of my transaction until the timer runs out.

I don't like this updated PNB Digital App. I can't log in my account. I liked the previous version of this app is way better which is very easy to navigate. It keeps crashing though I have a strong internet connection and input correct credentials. I hope you can fix the bugs and glitches. I thought that after 2 years of uninstalling the app, it will improve along with its update. But too disappointing, it didn't improve.

The app doesn't open at all. It's just the PNB logo. I've read the reviews and it sounds like PNB recently upgraded. The upgrade was a fail for some users including myself. I've contacted customer service and still waiting for a reply. I have transactions to take care of and now I'm unable to do that. This is infuriating. I'm traveling in the U.S. and I can't just walk into a PNB branch for assistance . Please get this app issue resolved. It's very frustrating for the end users. Thank you.

Doesn't work. After sign up, registration, one time PIN and activation, the app either gives you a 'We'll be back' message or an 'Oops we were unable to process your request' for your credentials after you do miraculously get to the login screen. It's pretty weird that it asks for your password first, rejects you THEN asks for your username. There's definitely something wrong with this app. It is is badly designed nonsense by people who do not appear to know what they are doing.
