Unable to generate mobile verification sms . As I login after filling DOB and Pan number, it's open SMS app but the application is not generating mobile verification sms. Why?

The app is not functioning properly. Whenever I try to open it, it shows "debugging mode off," even though it's already disabled. Additionally, the app interface is not user-friendly, and it's running very slowly.

They don't send even monthly statement regularly. Extremely unprofessional. And no one knows anything at PNB branches. Service both online and at the branches is one of the worst of all banks.

Bad experience. Card doesn't work, customer care is non existent. It will always say : your position is 4 and your waiting time is 1 minute and after this the call will definitely get disconnected and you will never be able to get to talk to the customer care executive and get your issue resolved.

Worst app. Add on card can not be selected from this cripy app. So, add on card cannot be managed from this app. App developer are dumm or silent on this critical issue. They can not manage an app for smooth operation. It's a shame for a PSU bank.

Many many defects, it is not interactive at all, not able to register call back or send message or email through the app.the website lacks the app facilities under the same headings and titles.does not even provide facilty to generate credit card pin in the net banking website.Too many apps for the simple jobs.LACKS A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH.

Shockingly bad experience. All these bank employees and customer care are merely paper pusher unable to do or solve anything. You will face undue hardship if you chose this bank as they don't bother about any terms or conditions. Most of them can't even speak properly. The app is useless and so is their customer care and other bank officials. I will be closing my savings and credit account after this experience. Beware and stay away

I have been using credit cards with online apps for over 50 years. Yours is very difficult to get a comprehensive detailed listing so I can reconcile it with my own records. Their is contradictory information on different pages.

Unable to manage SI/recurring transaction. It gets stuck in please wait. It's been like this for weeks. I've reinstalled. Customer support says stop the SI with the vendor 🤓 On insisting they said send a screenshot to mail support. Of course being a financial app screenshot doesn't work 🤓

I've had a terrible experience with the PNB app. It's incredibly slow and crashes frequently. The user interface is outdated and difficult to navigate. Transaction updates are often delayed, and customer support through the app is virtually non-existent. It desperately needs major improvements to be useful. Very disappointed

Using the "PNB Genia" app has been quite complicated, especially with managing the card features. The benefits offered are minimal and not aligned with what I need. However, my younger sister finds the app very useful and enjoys many offers that suit her preferences. She is very happy with the experience. Overall, the app could be more user-friendly, but it works well for some.
