Disappointing app experience, but the website saves the day! The Pocket Option app has some bugs and doesn't work properly, so I've switched to the website for verification, deposits, and withdrawals. While the website works fine, the deposit process takes a bit too long. Hope the app issues get resolved soon! I'm giving 3 stars.

My experience on Pocket Option is going on good till now but suddenly I don't know what is happening they have blocked my ID and I have been waiting for a reply for 6 days till now no reply has come. Sir, please tell me what should I do. I have been waiting for a reply for a long time but the support team is not replying. Sir, this platform is very good. I had heard a lot about it. So I created an ID here, but for without any reason my ID got blocked. Sir I requested you please help me

The app it's alright but the most difficult part is adding funds it may be only on my area but they don't offer a debit or credit card option, the available options are only crypto currency which makes it a hassle.

Horrible app.I won't advice anyone to use this app. When making deposits via a debit card everything is smooth given they're taking your money. When it is time to make withdrawals they start bringing unnecessary issues like an official card statement with your card number and the name of the card holder. You should have asked for all the above before receiving money via my debit card!

Though i really do enjoy this platform and often make superb gains in the paper trading ; I feel like the same moves made on live accounts just seem to literally go against me when the same trade on paper would not ja e ..idk..just feels like it. a lot. Paper trading, I've turned $10 into $6k,7k, 10k even but in real account i can't turn $50 into a few hundred. it's crazy.. but good app anyway, just that I've never withdrew cause it just craps on me everytime...ugh.

This app is a scam. I have reached out. I made a deposit and never got credit. I even sent them a screen shot of the deposit. They replied this issue is resolved and never gave credit. I didn't ever trade anything because my money never posted. Don't let their laughable response fool you. There is no one to actually talk to them, they just close the issue without resolving it. I Emailed them and they responded go to the help section that doesn't work. It said issue resolved.

best trading platform in my experience, but sometimes app create an issue if there were bugs or something any other kindly maintain it please, also deposit and withdrawal take too much time please need to work on it

I don't know which one is the real pocket option app it's have like 3 or 4 with the same app and I can't log in to any of them so frustrating.

This app UI needs a good retouch, the app crashes, the chart are difficult to scale the list of UI problems are endless.

Everything would be great, but there is a bug when uploading or taking a picture of the ID document the button doesn't respond, nothing happens (app doesn't even ask for storage or camera premition).

Im a user of the app, but the app have been changing the amount of money you put for the trade for the full valance. Even if you put put a shorter amount that the actual valance juts be carefull, i even contact support and they didn't do anything about it. Juts be carefull. TRY TO RECORD YOUR SELF WHILE TRADING BECAUSE IF YOU DONT HAVE FORM TO PROVE WHAT HAPPENED THEY WONT HELP YOU.

Very annoying.....the app is too buggy They won't ask you for verification and stuff when you want to deposit everything goes smoothly.The moment you decide to withdraw you must very your account and that's where the problem of uploading ID and stuff comes in.........no matter how clear the picture is the machine won't still be able to read it Am a student I risk my allowance for this and now I have to suffer for my decision.(in conclusion pocket option is a scam)

I just want to let others know that this is actually legit. My only problem at the moment is the "web page not available" screen whenever I open the app. If possible, please resolve this issue and thank you so much for the work you've done already. This seriously gave me hope again.

Could be improved by not making the actual chart smaller with each additional indicator. A desktop app would also be a welcome addition. The current web platform for desktop is not user friendly, especially with limited shortcuts to move back and forth as well as zooming in and out. Overall, besides the strain on the eyes, thumbs up.

Love using the website. The app is a totally different matter. Constant glitches. I've put in a trade, and it took 30 seconds to register. or place a long or short and it not register at all. Timing is everything, and the app Constantly shows why you should trade on a computer. Been using the app off and on for 3 yrs. Had to finally say something
