It's actually magic that this works. It's just Java Edition on Mobile and you don't have to do anything to play, no sign-up, no paying, just get on and play. Everything is quite customisable as well making things a lot easier. I know it kinda depends on your phone, but it runs very well, at times it can be laggy but most of the time it's fine. Definitely recommend.

It's okay I guess, that's if you wanna use it mostly with just touch screen. You can customise the controls overlay and stuff, but for some reason the joystick deadline will NOT change for some reason. I change it in the settings and then leave it, go back into the game, nothing different. I got back, it's for some reason back on 100%?? I'm using an S21 Ultra paired with a Sony PlayStation 5 Dualsense. Hopefully that helps.

I love how easy this is to set up and how straightforward this is! All the other java edition launchers for android required downloading lots of files and a very complicated setup, this is so easy, and works amazing! 10/10! The only thing I'm asking is: where are all the files exactly stored, like the worlds and game files and .jar files and all that stuff, because it seems when you delete a profile, it doesn't delete all the game's files, and I want to find out how to delete them. Thanks!

An absolutely amazing app. It just feels so good to play a PC game on my phone wherever I want. Fantastic work. Edit: I come back almost a year later and OH MY GOD has this app improved. It used to be extremely laggy and buggy (granted I'm on a 4-year-pld phone), and incapable of even launching 1.17 and 1.18. Now, I was able to play 1.19 and it ran at fullspeed the entire time, without any glitches. Incredible work, you guys are gods among humanity.

I'll say this: this app is pretty cool, it's simple you can play Java on your phone. I only have one gripe. The controller supports doesn't work. Regular mobile minecraft has build in controller support, so does projav, however with the latest Android updates. The game crashes when you use a controller(haven't tried it was a mod since it's built in) aside from that: 1.17-1.8.1 don't run the best. And your phone heats only after a good 20-25 minutes of playing. That's seems to be it.

This is a really good emulator! It runs pretty well suprisingly! The thing that made this a 3 star is that i cant turn with touch screen, it just doesnt work. Edit: i got a new mouse and i tried it with this, and i still cant turn, pls fix, its unplayable because i cant turn Edit 2: Ok, i can now turn with the touchscreen but not the mouse, i can still play fine but please fix the bug, its really hard to play like this

SOOO.... The Launcher works perfectly but there is two problems that really need to be fixed ok. The first needs to be the controls for the game. There a bit buggy so if there was anyway that you guys could update the controls to make it more like Bedrock poker edition would really be awsome. The other thing is the fact that its really hard to load up the newer versions so fixing that would help tons to I've been sticking to 1.8 cause I like the pvp style. But beside that the layout needs change

One night several months ago, I had a dream of playing on my favorite Java server on my phone. I was sad when I awoke; surely it was impossible. Much later, I was browsing Reddit and saw an image of a link to alt installations for Java Edition, and a line about phones caught my attention. When I returned, disappointed, someone told me about this app, and my dream was reality. I'm only rating 4/5 because there's an X-ray glitch through water on Fabulous Graphics and it's been crashing lately. :(

I love it but for the last few months, the only way I can open pojav is by going to app settings, and I'm sure this isn't an issue with my phone considering I have a Google pixel 6, but every single time there's a jungle, for the duration a single chunk of jungle is loaded and I'm facing it, the game goes from 50-90fps (which is amazing for a phone) to 2-10fps, also sometimes resulting in a crash of not only the app but my system UI sometimes too, if I dare to take more than a few steps in it.

Phenomenal. Everything works absolutely perfectly. I can run modded installations with mods on my phone until it freezes due to my low RAM. Any issue I've had so far is all hardware related. The only thing I'd like to see improved is options for the buttons in controls. Great launcher, never though I would be able to run modded Java Edition instances on my phone.

Great, I play Alpha and Beta and both run very smoothly. Only complaints are that mobs and minecarts aren't affected by lighting, the door sounds might be incorrect, and Indev versions are too glitchy to play, though that could be a problem with my phone. Also, a joystick control option would be nice. But this app is incredibly amazing so thank you for bringing this version to mobile.

Honestly, it's super easy to use and pretty powerful, I only have 2 gripes. One is that the buttons will automatically try to distance themselves from each other, even when you want them to touch, so there's like, a space between them, and that can be hard to use. Two is that on android, it's not seen as a game, so you can't use a game booster while it's running, which has a lot of useful tools that only work when running a game.

Well it works. Had to figure out what to do to get it to work. Pressing play didn't work out of the box. Had to change releases to get it to download. Once in game, it would be nice to have a button for the pause menu to change graphics setting or quit to the main menu. Def. better than the mobile version. This is the full Java version, meaning you can install mods and assests.

Great app! The most recent update has been great with the mods and the capabilities being so much easier than they used to be. But I'm having this weird thing where I have a usb type c to the other USB. I forget which one it is and then I plug my mouse into it. So basically I have my mouse plugged into my phone but for some reason the left and right click don't work properly and they only work on somethings. It used to work fine. I don't know why it's stopped working

Great so far, even on my old Galaxy S7 Edge it runs pretty well. It obviously won't run as well as Bedrock, but good if you have a strong device or prefer Java and don't care much about render distance. Something else that's important to know is that you need to use the "Back" button to pause in-game, there is no pause button on screen.

Really great app! It ran better than I expected it too, I will say the controls are kinda jankey, if there was a joystick, and the camera moved faster it would be better. Also controller, and mouse/keyboard would be really good. Also when I type an amount of characters into the keyboard it removes most of my message. If those things were added/fixed it would definitely get a 5 star from me assuming there aren't more issues that come up.

This app is amazing. It literally allows you to play Minecraft Java, a PC exclusive, on your Android device. It's great for non-PC owners. It works well, but isn't perfect. On newer versions of Minecraft, 1.17 and above, the game crashes FREQUENTLY. Even if you change the renderer, you're still likely to experience crashes, but not as often. I also encountered a glitch where all of the textures turned into purple and black tiles, but it fixed itself. Besides versions 1.17+, it works well.
