Not really happy with this app. My watch connects to my phone one minute and disconnects the next. It keeps saying connecting, not connected. When I check my bluetooth settings, it says unable to connect. I have reset both the watch and phone.

Just got the Polaroid PA80 the watch seems ok built for the price. -It says it has 24h heartrate monitoring but dont see that happening. -The screen turns off in like 8 seconds and cant be adjusted on phone or app. -has dozens watch faces but totally useless! I mean I like to see the time, date, day, then whatever info like step count or heart rate. It's a waste of data to download anything. But you get what you pay for I guess. Disappointed now that I have it. App can improve I'm sure

this farking thing keeps crashing , causing my phone to Lag and freeze often ... the setings on the period tracker refuses to change to my actual information. it frequently disconnects and takes forever to reconnect overall a horrible app 🙃

I didn't have any problems until recently when my app didn't want to update on my Android phone. I uninstalled and tried to re-install the app without success. I tried scanning the QR code and only says my account has been deleted. I tried installing it on other phones without a problem. I followed all the troubleshooting steps on my phone a number of times still no success. How do I rectify this?

Have th pa58 for two months and today is the day it does not want to connect at all. Was fine early this morning but has not been working the rest of the day. Have reset, switched it on and off, uninstalled, reinstalled, disconnected from Bluetooth and done all that can be done and still nothing. Not impressed right now

Since this app has been updated, my watch doesn't want to connect. Doesn't update time, etc. I've deleted and downloaded the app 3 times already (having to start from scratch every time) and it still doesn't work 😠 Can't use my watch now, it is useless!

Same as everyone on here, the watch suddenly displays the wrong time and date, and suddenly loses data like steps. No matter what I restart, reinstall or upgrade the app and watch just won't connect. So what now Polaroid? I'm just stuck with a wholly unusable watch and app? Does anyone know how one can get one's money back?

I recently purchases a polaroid pa80 smartwatch in hopes for a great experience when tracking my fitness progress. After following the installation process of the POLAROID ACTIVE APP to connect the watch to my phone the connection did not work. I have used the link provided by Polaroid in the app store review section and used the official google play app . Nothing works... The app just repeats the process of saying connecting... then not connected. The app does not work. Would not recommend

Poor. Compared to other basic apps it would work ok till the first update. Only half the fitness data pulles through to map. No matter in what way you track your activity. It is like developers deliberately update the app so it do not function properly ever again. Fitness apps is a no Brainer.....

Bought a Polaroid watch last week, and downloaded this app as suggested. Connect the watch to the app is easy, but the watch doesn't stay connected to the app. You will have to open the app every few minutes if you want it to stay connected. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it on the link provided to other users complaining about the same thing here, but it also doesn't work. I called poraloid, and emailed but was given some instructions to follow, but with no success.

Good potential. However, very poor and inaccurate recordings. After I wake up in the morning, have breakfast and travel to my office, do appropriately 2000 steps, it records more sleep when I sit at my desk and work. It is very upsetting that I can't keep accurate records of my sleep e.g. wake up at 5am then after recording additional sleep, it says that I woke up at 7am. I did not have this issue with my Samsung watch and Samsung app.

Despite all the bad reviews, I did not have any problems connecting to me CATS31. Connection is good. Once you figure out how to operate the watch and the app it works good. Watch instructions is lacking,. E.G. touch zone at the bottom of the phone, long press for functionality etc. Not many faces, but then, who cares. It's suppose to track your vitals and report to the app. Does what it says. No more.

Most awful experience with an app. Firstly, the app won't connect to my watch MOST OF THE TIME. Secondly, all of my activity records are gone after struggling to connect. I am really disappointed in this app. Great watch, if I uninstall the app and install it on my husband's phone, the watch connects immediately. Then randomly disconnect. It's definitely not the watch, it's the app that's a problem!

Then it decides to not count steps at all when it feels like it. Oh and the sleep track tool, I do not know how it tracks sleep. It's also not editable enough. It's a pity the watch is not compatible with the app I was using before, because this app is not helpful.

got disappointed shame with Polaroid I can't add watch on the app It says no device found while Polaroid fit doesn't support all my watch features. the way I love the brand makes me think of the other brands im not even familiar with. what the point of having a smart watch that won't even connect on your phone...

The app is not bad, neither is the watch. The app could however easily be much better. 1. The Sleep data could give percentages of the different stages of one's sleep. Like Deep Sleep, REM sleep, Light Sleep, Awake. 2. My Polaroid watch has the facility to measure altitude, but it does not show any altitude information in the GPS Exercise data like running and walking. I would love to see a graph of the Altitude of the route I ran/walked. Also to see the total up and the total down data.

Pretty watch. I bought it because of the very affordable price point, and I guess it's performing at that level too - low! It doesn't connect to any apps. I need to manually trigger the refresh for it to sync and upload data to the app. I wish it showed my running/walking routes. I wouldn't recommend it if you're chasing Vitality points. It'll leave you stranded.
