Exceptional app. No issues. I would like to request a feature with cropping and printing. Allow me to change the background color in the settings if I shrink the image to within the canvas size before printing. Otherwise I have to do more work outside the app to achieve this. Right now the background is default white

I got this after seeing a family member using hers. It looked so easy. I have spent the last week trying to get this worthless thing to connect to my Samsung S20+ I have the latest android 7 version. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, unpaired, repaired, reset, restarted and went to the unhelpful support pages and still can't get this thing to connect to my phone. I have sent an email to Polaroid support 2 days ago and still haven't received any response. Waste of time and money.

Still no collage feature so I use other apps. Image preview doesn't accurately represent the size of the print (ie: I had borders on the preview but they got cropped off). Otherwise does what it needs since you need the app to print photos in the first place lol...

The most recent update made it difficult to rotate images without everything getting cropped. and now the border option is difficult to navigate. please fix this. the previous version was better, more concise, and when you rotated an image it would not crop the entire photo.

lovely little printer. I'm making a collage of my phone photos so they don't get lost in the cloud. it's quick and easy to use. if printing from your gallery, double check your photos, there might be some slight cropping like the tops of people's heads. I've not yet worked out how to get the whole photo in.

It destroys the quality of the photos. When a picture is selected on the app, looks great, but when printed, is like compressing a RAW to be a low quality GIF, specially when the photo was taken with HDR on. Also it really struggles to find the printer, probably more an issue with the hardware rather than the software but still, quite problematic. Ideallly, we should be able to use the printer without the app.

Quickie: November '24 Update = Safe! Alerted to firmware update when I turned on the printer. It felt dicey bc the app kept saying it can't find the printer, all the while with firmware-transferring note visible. But I persisted, ultimately opting to print despite the claimed error. Worked like a charm. So I add this note for folks checking to see if there's a problem with the update. Nope, so carry on my sistah / bruh 😊

cool little gadget to have for gifts. but the paper jams, it tells me cartridges are empty when they're not and it pushes out doubles wasting an extra print when printing one photo. it definitely could use some work for the price and how expensive the cartridges are. But over all it's nice to have for little prints. the colors are a little off but decent quality

Printer firmware update does not complete. I just bought the Hi Print Printer, but have not been able to use it yet. Printer connects to my iPad Pro via Bluetooth. It says firmware update is needed. I start the firmware update. It indicates transferring firmware for several minutes, then back to update firmware, then it cannot find the printer. I have yet to be able to use the printer. Tried with iOS and Android. Neither worked. Same issue.

Made me do a firmware update as soon as I got it and connected it. Not it doesn't work. It won't connect with any of my devices, android or apple. Disappointing as I can't return it. Update: I have been in contact with Polaroid. So far they haven't been able to help me. Troubleshooting didn't work, they can't issue a refund as I didn't buy it directly from them, Gamestop can't issue a refund as I don't have the receipt. Still waiting to hear if Polaroid will exchange the broken printer.

Worked fine when first installed, and for couple of weeks. Now will not connect to Bluetooth, even though shows as paired with my android phone. Have tried everything. Customer service is zip. It's not the printer because added to my Galaxy tablet and it's working, but need it on my phone, and suspect it'll stop on the tablet too down the road. Huge disappointment. Huge fail.

Update: customer support told me to keep an "eye" for an update in the next month or so. Such a waste of time and money. Don't bother buying they clearly don't care about their product enough to have regular updates especially for $120. Worked for like a week and now the app doesn't connect to my goggle pixel. Apparently the app isn't up to date and doesn't support the latest update to Android. Like come on this thing costs over 100 dollars. Fix it. It's unseable. Don't buy not worth it.

A decent app but definitely needs some improvements. For instance, the photos always seem to print with more brightness than the original even has, and I've found myself just randomly guessing on a brightness adjustment for pics hoping they come out relatively good. I also have a hard time being able to tell exactly how the pic fits into the paper as there doesn't seem to be an accurate template.

Neat little printer, I've been using it for 2 - 3 years. But the app is little laggy, and I'm having to constantly close the app to make a new print. When I'm making a new print, it will automatically say 'print is done' when it is still processing through the 4 stages before being complete. I had 1 paper left in the cartridge, but the app says I'm out of paper. So that seems a little wasteful, and the paper is not cheap neither.

i just bought the printer and everything was working perfectly, the pictures are looking great. The only problem I found is that the last two cartridges I've used have only printed out 9 of the 10 Polaroids it has. it keeps saying there isn't anymore pictures in the cartridge and that it needs to be replaced after just printing 9. the packaging should say "18 pictures" not "20".

This used to work, but now it doesn't. I've had this printer for a few years. It used to work great, but now it keeps getting paper jams. Every time I try to print, halfway through it, jams and stops printing. I wasted nearly a dozen papers trying to get it to work. It also keeps turning itself off, won't stay paired, and doesn't seem to hold a charge. I'm really bummed about this cause not only did I buy 3 2 packs of the photo cartridges, but I only used it a few times when I first got it.

I bought the Everything Box for the 2x3 Hi Print. it has not worked at all since I got it. the printer powers on, the app opens and detects the printer. says it needs a firmware update before I can print, but the printer battery isn't charged enough. it has charged until the indicator light turned green. still not charged enough. charged for over 8 hours. still not enough. charged for a full day, 24 hours. still not charged enough. this is infuriating. I have emailed support, no answer.
