They charge me for the chosen packages however it is impossible to log in or even recover the password. Rip off!

Typical for polsat/ipla. Completely useless rip off bunch of amateurs. Errors and errors, when no errors ***adds then instead of transmission error number xxx Don't waste money on it.

Difficult to login. Basically no chance. Guys do something with protocols same on you website. I put correct login&password no chance anyway. Very disappointed

Cannot find a worse user experience. I cannot access channels I am paying for and nobody bothers to answer my requests to restore them. Garbage

Absolutely the worst streaming service. Most anticipated match of the month and app is unavailable. What I've paid for? For watching error code? Scam.

I would give zero stars if i could. Constantly have error 403 and i am not able to use it. Customer service dont respond. I raised ticket week ago and still waiting. Very poor

Fatal experience. The application stopped to work all of the sudden. I was unable to watch highly popular football games (Champions League) on mobile and TV. The support didn't answered. Very disappointing.

Absolutely rubbish. I purchased Polonia and their system still shows I can't watch their programs. Sent messages on several occasions to technical support and noone bothered to contact me back. Extremely disappointed. Never had such a problems with IPLA!

The app advertised as "watch for free" before installation, but once it's installed, there are no free viewing options available. As a result, the app is essentially useless.
