A whole week of requesting an update, and I've reinstalled it 9 times so far. As soon as I get a chance, I'm dropping this bank. To many Mobil banking issues. F-

keeps asking for security text. I keep putting it in and it says that they cannot verify it. This app is not working.

app kept asking me to authentication, so login using my password instead of my finger print, was told to uninstall and reinstall, worst decision ever cause now i cant reinstall it, over all this app is buggy and broken

My goodness this app is horrible.. Doesn't update what you use, or what funds are available in your account fast. At times it takes 1-3 days to update. Huge headache to sign into your account (so many steps).

Marginal app. Very limited with no features or information. I think the B-Pop team needs to check out a few other banking apps so maybe they can catch up a little? Lol

I have to download a separate app to pay my card when I could perfectlt do it before in the same one? I would give it a 0 if I could. What incompetence.

This app was been horrible for a long time now. I had money taken out my account. Magically disappeared but nobody knows where. $800. Now it won't even open for me at all. SMH I wish I could give it less stars. I wish I could get my money back. 🙄

You guys need to update this app. It's always deleting my saved logging, removing my finger print or pass code. I have to keep entering everythjng over and over and asking my for my phone number all the time.

Terrible technology, the app is inconsistent. I have to constantly mail checks or drive a long distance and pay tolls to find a branch.

This app is not working since some time and though we report it they don't fix it. Very annoying not able to make deposits because after freezing it goes blank and drops.

worst banking institution EVER! online app doesn't allow you to sign in. their online banking website is even worst. I've called to update my phone and email and it took months. their are not enough brick and mortar locations. this bank is a JOKE no one seem to know what they are doing whether in person on the phone or online. this BANK HAS NOT EVOLVED with the time they are behind the ball in every way. they seem ancient and not in a good wise way but in OLD SLOW LACKADAISICAL way.

The sign in process gives me an error every time I try to log in and hasn't been fixed in months. The app was not bad at all before this issue, it's an unfortunate that the development team is not careful enough testing before they publish to production.

After the last update the app is a hit or miss loading. It will consistently load a white screen and I cannot see my account or pin to enter to login. I'm so over this app and the bank. Galaxy ZFold 2.

I've had this app for over a year, and i haven't successfully log into the app more than once. Now i look at my statements on the web browser, and im being charged an inactivity fees. Thanks for the convenience!

This App Always It gives me a problem every week or so my username and password it keeps disappearing after i saved it in the system. Even if i active the fingerprint sign in, I don't know why. The error message is(Attention required)

I've been banking with popular for a few years now and now there's less branches to visit so you have to commute just to make a deposit this is ridiculous. To top it off always having issues with the app, time to close this account for good. This bank and the app still sucks

I hate this app as much as I hate the bank itself.something is always wrong either the atm takes my card and shut-off or the app doesn't even let me log in. The worst part I dont get the option th freeze my card incase of an emergency.plus every time I have to check my account I have to reinstall because home page won't load.(2weeks later) please fix this APP always crashing having to reinstall

This app is broken. Yesterday it wasn't working at all. The screen stayed white and I turned off phone to see if that would solve the problem but nothing. I cleared cache and nothing. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it wants me to place a security code everytime. It apparently doesn't even recognize my phone number and says that I need to enter the code they send me in a text everytime now...fix the app , its annoying. I didn't place the quick access code for nothing. Bad request

Terrible can't open the app. It's been downloading updates since yesterday. I even uninstalled and reinstalled turned wifi on & off & and it's still uploading updates. It's so ridiculous. It might be time to change this bank. Even though I have been with them for many years. It's problematic if I can't get into my account while traveling . Very frustrating 😕
