This problem started on December 2024 when I tried to use the app. I have this app since mid 2024. For your information, I use Samsung Flip 5. Other apps, top and bottom of the screen, worked well. But went I use this app, the top screen doesn't do anything when I try to press buttons like "Logout" or "Paynow". I don't think it's the phone problem because it's only the banking app that has the problem. Only bottom part of the app is "workable".

I can't get past the digital token set up. The OTP isn't getting through to my email, so I tried changing emails and waited a few days, but it still didn't work. I checked all the inboxes and refreshed my email, but still no OTP. So now I'm stuck there without being able to take a look at my bank details.

cannot view card valid through dates and cvv number. when doing online payment, such details are required. bank is so backward thinking in requiring customer to refer to physical card for these details. its just an added hassle.

All along I use biometric to login but recently the app keep prompt me to key in password. I always use this method but after updated then got this issue arise, very weird. Yes i already set the preferences but it keep reset to enter password and off the biometric login option by itself. There is a glitch or bug from your application, pls investigate. your fingerprint login got error.

This is the worst app I ever come across and using. why? as this app is out of mind and beyond control whenever I login each time? I was asked repeatedly to set up the digital token without ending. this is very ridiculous, absurd, unacceptable sickening and get in on my nerve. the developer of this app is totally not up to standard to launched the app without proper research till perfection. before open to public may I suggest it's better to drop and quit the job. I feel very frustrating

App does not allow finger print log in although settings are enabled. There was no guidelines on how to resolve this issue. This makes the app not useful.

Local transfers auto log you out when you press 'X' at the "success" screen, even when you don't click the logout button. Super inconvenient. Need to login after every. single. transaction. Somehow this does not happen for paynow transfers. Please fix this. Update 22/01/25. I have cleared cache, unsintalled, reinstall and done the same with the DBS app as well. It occurs on both apps. Please fix this

It is incredibly frustrating! App kept saying need to setup digital token but clicking on the button nothing happens! I uninstalled, restart phone, install again alao nothing happens. My android was updated before i reinstall. Now i have to go to the bank just to change my address because to change address i have to set up digital token which does not work!

I have been using this app for 6 years without any problems. As of recently, I am unable to receive OTPs via SMS in a short period of time. It will be sent minutes later or even hours later. I have restarted my phone multiple times and reinserted my SIM card, and the last resort is to uninstall and reinstall the app, but it is in vain. My phone's android software is up to date. I can't call their hotline as it also requires OTP for verification. I am very displeased with the problem I'm facing.

I have recently been instructed by the app to uninstall and reinstall and since cannot get the OTP via SMS to set up digital token. I have resetted and updated OS as instructed but nothing works.

We are living in present. But the functions and interface are so...past. Also, I'm using POSB, but the app content is DBS. Transanctions are not upto date and complete. So if someone used my card, no way of knowing where my money go and transaction happened!

Quite versatile with fast connection. When checking monthly accts expense details, sadly have to scroll all the way to the right. Suggest placing current month on left, so immediate access. If need details of earlier months, then just scroll to the right...

All, navigation etc, were excellent. Responses through digibot were very fast and swift. The outcome for fee waiver requests was made known almost instantly. Just one thing for fee waiver request etc it should be included in "more services" for ease of locating such services.

What the heck? I requested to close my digi portfolio you take eons to get it done, and the value keeps decreasing during this period. Unreliable as always. I've just downloaded another bank's app, and will be preparing to create an account for a mass funds transfer. If you noticed that, don't be mistaken I'm being scammed. It's just a result of your unreliability.

Leaving a review in hopes that its a faster way to reach the devs. There is a bug in the current app when you go into the app switcher. The app itself should blank out all details and not show the amounts in the preview screen. Please look at the Authy app in the app switcher and how they blank out the preview screen. This should be done for privacy purposes.

Great app from its inception years ago - speedy, efficient, intuitive processing, could be my usage of mostly basic transactions though, but then i have been using other bank apps, one of a local bank, the other of a foreign one, and both have yet to come close to digibank's crisp human-machine interface. Great one POSB, keep getting better 👍🏻⭐...many thanks.

It's super slow. Upon start-up, it will lag for a while. Then after pressing on Login, there is no indication if you've pressed it and it takes quite a while to bring you to the login page. The same applies when the transaction merchant asks you to authenticate the transaction. It takes up to a minute to send the authentication to the app for you to approve. Many times, it would have expired. Once you receive the authentication and press on authenticate, you won't know if you'd pressed on it :(

It's still bloody turning off my fingerprint setting!!! Why isn't it fixed? I set up my account to log in using fingerprint. That use to work, but for the last month or so, every time I go to login, I need to sign in instead of using my fingerprint. And every time I check, that setting has been turned off. I'm the only one who uses my phone, so Idk how else my setting can change except for a glitch in the app. For the love of Pete, fix that!

UI is mostly stable and serves its purpose but especially in the main page, it like to "jump"/'snap" when you are scrolling the page which make it very annoying and causes mis-click due to the snapping effects moving the screen while u were trying to click. Should definitely remove that snapping effects as it doesn't really serve any purpose.
