Newly purchased Atom and Old Firmware with No updates received for the new Features and upgraded Firmware in Sydney Australia on 16-4-2024. Where's the updates POTENSIC! Drone will be returned if these new upgraded features are not available for my Atom drone.

V 5.8.0: Cant upgrade the firmware, cant download and watch the videos or pictures. Limited functionality with Xiaomi Redmi 8 and 8A. But it works ok with Motorola E13.

Good, but has a few glitches. The original version of the app had the possibility to review flight logs. Now the latest update means the logs are uploaded to a cloud service that the pilot cannot see, and when trying to send to another device, cannot be read either. The only information within the App for flight logs is the date, and even that has started disappearing. There is no follow up information where to find the logs or details.

Its the only app you can use for the atom. No other choices. I would give it 5 stars but the warning pop up kept interferreing with my view causing me to crash twice. Im so angry that the damn app would keep showing the strong wind pop up. Why cant it be turned off? It does .ore harm than good!! $320 dollar drone trashed.

Couldn't use the drone with the LG V60 ThinQ I bought specifically for the larger screen because the app requires an internet connection because the app requires you to login which requires an intenet connection. Reallly bad customer experience. Now I'm not sure what I'm going to do with that phone since I'd have to get and pay for another SIM card hence another cell phone service month after month. 3 months and I'd spend as much as I did on the drone whether I use the drone or not!

Great app from a growing company it has plenty of features and continued support to the consumer in firmware and applications to which keeps up with the bigger companies out there. Potensic listen to the user and tries to fulfil our needs to help refine the experience of using their hardware and software. It great to see and hope they will continue 👍 Forward only

Outstanding product. Had problems with updating the software but managed to update it using an app from Marketplace. not downloading the app from the direct website (using QR code)... Really good alternative for DJi.. I have Potensic Atom..

This is by far the best drone I've flown. And I've flown a lot of them most of them lost to terrible controllers and toy parameters but this App connects to the best drone I've ever flown easy connection long distance stable flight long battery it has it all in this great app to run a great drone

Almost perfect app just need 2 things panorama and the waypoint limit 500m should be 2km at least otherwise 500m is just useless. And offline mode I went to the mountain and no signal and it requires me to log in wth so I went home and didn't even access the app.

The app works, and that's all you really need. Comes with an online manual that's useful and I find the connection and safety protocols useful and yet a bit annoying. Otherwise the connection and speed are great.

Best drone I've owned yet. I am disappointed that the app does not have FLIGHT HISTORY any more. One of the cooler features. Also after the update I'm finding it hard to fly in low lighted areas because of the ambient light sensor. I once could fly it at night capturing firework show. Not anymore.

The app is very professional,The dreamer 4K drone really does a great job with photos and videos. There are a few bugs still in the app and they are working on it after talking with support. Like waypoint mode It's not working an Android or iOS with this last update. I was insured that they are working on it. If you set a waypoints it will always track to the same spot and keep going You will not go to your waypoint it will go right past it and keep going if you don't stop the drone. Love the 4k

Great App, but got a message on my phone that this app was using so much background data and processing while not in use that it was reducing my battery life by 3 hours.... Idk what this app is doing in the background that requires that much battery life from my phone, but needless to say, I was creeped out. Quickly deleted the app and only use it on an older phone now. The app says it collects no data, but I'm skeptical. Other than that, the app functions great. Never had an issue.

Please add the ability to more easily change speed during flight to remove need to have to go into Settings menu, such as by adding an icon button to the app screen (like you did for camera zoom level) or use the existing speed icon at the top of the app screen. Allow it or a new one to be tapped to change the speed. Even better would be repurposing a button on the remote controller to change speed. Better still would be adding a speed button to the remote controller.
