Zero, this app took my money and it auto logs me into the app but absolutely unrecognizable on the TV app, absolutely trash, worst service I have ever tried to use...would love my refund!

Love Ff movies.. But hey, give us some self setup function.. Let us put the subtitles externally if u cant provide some of it.. And let us habe some options to set the screen..

I would like to unsubscribe but I can't. It's funny all other streaming services have an unsubscribe on there website but not you guys. They emailed me and said I have to go thru where I downloaded it, through my cable company, so what do I have to call them? I get no real advice. I had to cancel my debit card just because these freaks don't have an unsubscribe thing. I was so excited when I seen a POV horror streaming service but I am highly disappointed and I want this fuxking resolved !!!

Nice selection. Please offer the Picture in Picture feature (like Tubi) as well as Closed Captioning for the hearing impaired.

Love the new app! I had to update the app and then create a new password by "forgetting" my original and following the links through that but once back in it's so much more seamless.. found footage is my jam so I love this app. If you like found footage this is a great app!

I am really a found footage hrror henre lover, and i really glad n delightfu with this app.. But i really hope thai people should be allowed to play with external player.. Or please upgrade the player with screen size adjustment, anf english subtitles.. Pleaseeeee...

The app is terrible I set this up on my phone and I want to log in on my tv and I have no idea what the user name and password is. There is no option to manage your user info terrible

Has trouble playing without stopping every 15 seconds,no caption available for the hard of hearing,no download option which would be super great as I live in a remote town.

The movies r a hit and miss and not enough turn over to validate a subscription. Otherwise it'd b great. Movies r on for too long at a time and either repeat the movies or seen on YouTube. More originality.

I love the movies, but if I want to cancel i don't see how to do it. There is no settings key that allows you to make a password on the cellphone that i was able to login and use on the tv.

Very far away from getting movies and searching for classification choices of horror movies and you don't have a good selection of hard movies You don't have nothing new

I paid for the subscription and I can't login, it says my password is incorrect but then never sends me the reset email, I have not been able to successfully login in the app or online, I am a huge fan of Found footage but would not recommend this app because it doesn't work,you just get charged

Garbage. Bought a subscription then app wants me to subscribe again. Then I subscribed again and tells me I already have a subscription. I was really excited to watch as I'm a big time ffh fan. Zero support or ability to fix it either. Hope my card info didn't just get hijacked. My luck lately

Pointless. You cannot, contrary to the website, connect to Chromecast and so this can only be watched on your phone. You can't even watch it on your PC as you don't get logins with the app and so cannot access the webpage. Cancelled free trial after trying to watch a film and failing.

If found footage is your thing this app and streaming service is for you. Unlike the website this app has a resume feature which is great. If they can add a history of what I've watched and a basic ratings system for the movies that would be wonderful. The service itself is a steal at $40 for an entire year. How can you go wrong?

For the 1st time ever I wish ∅ stars were possible. I made an account for the "free trial", but NOT 1 TIME was able to use this app due to my password being "incorrect" – although I'd saved it upon creation, both on google & as a screenshot. Sent email requesting assistance for password reset, NO RESPONSE STILL!!!!! This app is 💯% a complete waste of time. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! JUST DO NOT🤬

It doesn't cast, but I realized I can download the app to my TV, so that makes things much easier! There are other small things I would change, but found footage horror is my favorite so I am glad this exists. I do wish more content would be added more often.

One month into using the app it would no longer authenticate using my Play store credentials. The Play store confirmed it wasn't an issue at their end and then POV confessed it was a bug. They started to investigate and gave me a 60 day free login that has now expired. They've failed to respond to numerous emails showing an outrageously bad customer service. Now I have a product that I've paid for but cannot use.

Having trouble with the sign in process. How can I sign in using google credentials on the app. Then on the web page it doesn't allow to sign in with google credentials. So I can only use the app. But there are no settings or even a log out button on the app. Happy to revisit my review of the app if someone helps me figure out how to use it.

I love FF movies, and this service has a great collection. However, there's a couple of things that irritate me about the app. Firstly, the screen doesn't rotate to landscape, so you can only watch movies in portrait mode and the video is small to watch like this. Secondly, there's no option to cast to TV.
