Everything was working fine but suddenly you said to update app and my linked Parbhu bank atm is gone. And now that services is not available. I need that service. I don't use any other e wallet. Just because I can't link my parbhu bank atm. And was using it just because of that. Now i think I won't use this also.

What's wrong with your app! I have transferred some money to your app for voting purposes and it asked me to update. But when I go for update it doesn't show anything and cannot open the application!!! Either make your app functional or give my money back man! This is outrageous!!!

What a ridiculous and incomplete app. Downloaded it to buy the A division tickets but its only affiliated to only few banks. Besides, the user interface is unfriendly and full of glitch. There is no need of this app, especially when Esewa and Khalti are doing ever so well. Either upgrade or Leave it to the big boys.

4 digit PIN gives access to wallet as well as linked accounts from any device/browser. Doesn't it sound less secure? At least need OTP for sign in from new device/browser. Also make bank transfer to linked account free. Otherwise good in other aspects.

I like the service of Prabhupay. Transferring money from one wallet to another had to be arranged without any charge and it would have been better to pay abroad with qr code. I think there should be an arrangement for online booking of train tickets from Janakpur to Jayanagar and from Jayanagar to Janakpur. I hope you will improve these things in the future.

Shhitttyy app... I submitted all the documents required and they did not activate my account. In advanced nations, the account activation can be done in minutes, and these Nepalese suckers take days to verify accounts, yet the results is shhiittt.. They don't know how to communicate. They can hardly write emails. And they are lazy suckers..

I loaded from the card and now I can't transfer to wallet, can't transfer to any other bank, can't make POS payments. This really sucks!!!!! Reached out to support from Facebook, No response at all. Update: After contacting on Viber, they resolved my issue. +3 stars.

i have filled kyc but still stucked but i don't understand without kyc approval i was able to load some amount of money but the cash stuck in there???Now i am unable to use the cash.... I don't like the app at all.. !👎️👎️👎️👎️

Really happy after quick response from app developers and resolving the issue at the earliest. - Edited after getting response. (I am not able to register from UAE. Please solve the issue. I can't give a star right now, but can definitely give after my issue is resolved.)

Very much disappointed 😏 whats the point of making the digital wallet dormat??? Never gonna reinstall the app again. I still remember I didn't signed up in the app myself, prabhu pay was something created after qpay and I believe the database of qpay was misused and used to create account of users in prabhu pay by themselves. Useless wallet 😏

I regret ever downloading PrabhuPay. This app has been a complete disaster from start to finish. Here are just a few reasons why you should avoid it at all costs: No Withdrawal to Bank Accounts: One of the most basic features of a payment app is to allow users to withdraw their money to their bank accounts. Shockingly, PrabhuPay doesn't offer this. Once your money is in the wallet, it's virtually stuck there.

Worst App. At least compare facilities provided by other digital wallet such as esewa, khalti and IME pay. We can't transfer fund to bank account without any charges. At least one bank account should be free. Further, making account dormant and calling each time to make active is not acceptable. So, please research service provided by other apps and update your accordingly.

never ever use this, your money will get stuck. use other mobile wallets but never this. loading money is no problem but bank transfer or payment is impossible. delete this asap

worst app never try this if you load your money it will dump always having sever problem please everyone don't try this it will work when you load money after all you are not allowed to withdraw money If the customer care is looking for that, I would like to tell that what type of app or software you use. If I try for 3/4 days than also it won't work. what type of engineer are there to solve the problem of server error. I would like to give you 0000000000 rating from my side... Thank you so much
