I keep getting push notifications saying sorry we missed you, but no call was attempted on my end. The app has all permissions allowed, and my phone works fine for anyone else trying to call. I have missed 2 to 4 calls every day for the last week. Money in the garbage. Will not renew my zillow subscription because of this. Thousands of dollars wasted because the app is 💩.

Very poor upgrade to the app. I was happy with a phone call for a connection, but now we have to open up the app to click and connect and it doesn't even connect to bluetooth. Also integration to my CRM is very poor and usually does not work properly.

Easy to use, allows people to connect instantly in their Boomtown like system, with such applications as voicemail, instant messenger and predictive analysis. Very insightful program. This system is actually improving, as time goes by I'm sure they will be able to differentiate the renters versus the actual potential buyers and place them with the correct agents who can actually assist them. Of course, I would love to hear more of the sellers who are looking for Real Estate assistance.

App is useless. Not only does it override the Zillow website without even giving you the option to stay in browser. It doesn't even show you the property you're trying to see. Even worse, it harasses you to use its in-app phone/message service which neither do anything that your standard phone already does 1,000 times better.

Terrible!! Can't pick up calls. If a lead sends a text about a property, and they are referring to it, I have no idea what they are referring to. I shouldn't have to change my whole phone system to compete with iPhone users. This app looks and acts like it came out in the 90s . It should be much more integrated than it is.

I like the functionality of this app however it's response time could be better. Zillow / Trulia leads comes through on another system prior to a coming through on this app. In fact, I never have the lead texted to me prior to speaking prior to speaking to the potential client. It comes through after I hang up the phone and wait for it Mobile development tries to tell me it's my phone but this is happened on multiple devices.

When I first signed up, you guys called me every other day and sent a text. When we finally contacted, the guy said he had some spot for me set up. But when he was trying to set me up all of a sudden, all the spots were full. And now I dont hear from you guys. Nothing, no calls or text. Very upset.

Tried to add my new listing and it takes forever for Zillow to upload the photos instead of showing a Google Street View photo.

I'm not impressed. The sales rep said that you had to have a 50 percent rate of answering calls. Every call that came through, I responded. I paid $1,000 dollars for leads. They said the customers would be screened. I had a guy and a lady on two separate occasions contact me wanting to see a home. Both said they had a representation and a signed contract with the realtor. The man called me twice due to poor connection. All of those were considered lead. waste of money and time.

Unable to connect to leads as they come through the app. When pressing the green "answer" button, it doesn't connect, nor do it disconnect either. It will look like I'm on a zillow call till I physically turn my phone off and back on. This has been the case for months. The several several reviews below have shared the same experience. Please leave a review and send an email to the developer. Money is being flushed down the toilet. Agents deserve better!

This new update is HORRIBLE! I can't see my leads organized by status anymore. I can't text through the app. It keeps directing me to open my messaging apps. I can't even read the messages I already had in the app to recall conversations. The calling through the app, when a new connection comes through, drops the call even with perfect signal. I lost 3 calls yesterday. I'd prefer the old version over this. Please go back to last version!

This app has a lot of bugs that need to be addressed. Whenever I receive a call and then later have a text message it splits apart the contact. I then have multiple spots for the same contact in my inbox. This makes it difficult to track when I am following up with clients. There are also several other things that could be improved but current that is the most annoying feature.

The app is not user friendly. I have to use desktop to do half of the stuff I should be able to do on the app. Even though I turn the notifications on right away I have to open the app and Inbox to see if I received any texts or emails. . App does not allow to attach any documents and videos. We have to call and text trough app and it does not integrate our personal phone numbers - clients are confused. I had technical problems and 3 days later I still didn't get any help.

The App seems incompatable with the firmware on my android phones. Calls ring, but can't be answered, no matter what I do. The "answer the phone" screen doesn't even appear when the phone rings. The Zillow tech department said they are uninterested in fixing the problem. Some Android phones with some carriers do OK, but 2 of mine with T Mobile can't use their "enhanced calling" feature.

Very buggy on Android. Shows notifications on homescreen icon but no notifications when I open app. Notification on the icon does not go away. I am not notified when someone messages me so unless I check the app multiple times I miss messages. Response is everything! If I do get a notification, it is about a contact looking at a property but that's it. All notifications are turned on but as mentioned, I don't get "new message" notifications.

This app was great until recently. I have no idea what happened. But I do know I pay Zillow every month and it should work better. I called tech support and reinstalled it. They said it was a connectivity issue. It still gives me the error message with a tipped cup every time, every day no matter where I am at or on wifi! I have lost calls. It's not me...it's the app! Please fix this app ASAP!

The app used to be great but has been miserable lately. They recently changed it so that client phone calls come through the app instead of as a normal call. This means they can come in when you are already on the phone, or you can be on a call on the app and your phone starts ringing. Additionally, I received a lead call while downtown and it was breaking up like I was somewhere rural. I lost the call and the lead. Poorly executed, too many tech issues for a tech company.

Just way too many bugs with this app, I cannot update the status of any lead that comes in because it will not save the status change. The phone rings through the app instead of ringing your phone normally so the app will ring while I'm on the phone with customers, the app will drop connection pretty often, also when a call comes in I can't always pick up immediately and I cannot stop the ringer from going off without either picking up or ending the call

95% of the time I miss connections through the app because when it rings there's just a black screen. There's no way to answer if I open the app, and can't answer through my phone because it doesn't register the call. I checked for updates yesterday after more missed connections and there was one (again!). After updating, making sure my phone was up to date, and clearing my cache, it still hasn't been working. I'm pretty fed up.
