I did 10 days straight every day one hour and the practice was always almost the same. I tried to change my settings but it barely made a difference. I can find way more variety of practises on youtube. Nice voice. Nice music. Good recordings but unfortunately not for the ones who like some variety and get easily bored.

It's a great app and is very easy to use! I throughly enjoy the ability to change the length, difficulty and extra focus areas to each workout. Just short of 5 stars as I feel that some of the exercises are challenging for a beginner and could instead also demonstrate an easier alternative.

I'm sure it's great for people who already do yoga or have a decent amount of flexibility already. Not good for absolute beginners. I was not physically capable of doing their introductory poses and there isn't any options for modifications. Glad there's a free trial so I could find out it's 100% not for me before spending money on it

DownYoga is the best exercise app that ever existed.I have 4 of these out of 7 different variety of exercise apps they offer. single subscription works for all,how about that!!!! last time when I got pregnant I had to switch from my then Yoga app (asana rebel)to you tube coz they didn't have pre-natal yoga feature, and subscription fees went to waste. Anyhow, this app is just beyond amazing, with so much meaningful customization that is possible to suit your everyday needs and mood :)

I would like if I could just select certain exercises not to do during pregnancy. For example I've pubic symphis pain and the programme for pubic symphis still exacerbates this problem. I'd like to have the option to exclude the exercises I know that hurt me. Otherwise, such a great app and great value. Thank you!

Love it! Have become hooked. Really appreciate having a prenatal yoga app at this time a few months before birthing. Clear instruction, great options for different stages of pregnancy and levels of exercise and different types of exercises. I see the restorative and upper body options being useful after my c-section too. The pelvic floor option is a fantastic idea. One suggestion is advertising this app as a pre AND post natal app as it certainly seems applicable to both sides of having a baby.

I have tried many different yoga apps and this one by far surpasses all my expectations. I love how much you can customize is ans especially that you can choose the voice that you would like to lead you in your practice. I can't wait to give birth to be able to try all the other ones in hope that they are all this good! highly recommend it to anyone who is pregnant and wants to have a consistent practice. thank you to the makers of this app!

I love this app so much! It seems to follow all the guidance on safe pregnancy yoga. I love that I can pick how long I want the practice to be each day and it feels really varied. It's nice to be able to select practices that will help with certain issues too, although I wish it was possible to pick more than one issue at the time. I feel like I do more yoga than normal because I can squeeze in 15 minutes on days where I feel really tired or busy.

I went through the free 30 day trial before purchasing. I love this app. I'm currently 21 weeks along. I love the default music, I have no intention of changing it. It changes every day so it's not the same music all the time. Same thing with the practice. Even if you leave it on the same "booster" for a few days, the poses change up pretty well. There are options for beginners to change up the style a bit. The one thing I wish they would update is the angle of the camera.

I love this app and it helped me to stay fit during my pregnancy. As in other down dog apps the best is that you never get exactly same set of excercises from from session to another - that makes it much more interesting and increases motivation! Moreover since November there are sometimes mounthly challenges to win 3 months of all down dog apps for free for your friends! I really appreciate that.

I've been using this app for about two months now and I can't stop loving it!! The level of customization is unreal - every practice I can do something different according to my changing preferences. I started doing it 15 minutes a day, now I'm at 20 minutes a day and I'm planning on increasing my practice by 5 minutes every 2-3 weeks.

Brilliantly customisable, wonderfully relaxing voices, great music (or none), beautiful visuals, as good or better than being in a class - particularly when pregnant in a pandemic. Beginner, and intermediate levels, with restorative of full practice. There are boosts available such as pelvic floor exercises, back strength, all sorts of extra stretches and birth prep. I couldn't want more in a prenatal yoga workout.

The best app for mamas. I am grateful this app kept me healthy and flexible during my pregnancy journey. I didn't add alot of weight. My family and friends were surprised how healthy and glowing I looked. My bundle of joy even came early and healthy. After I gave birth there was no much weight to shred. The good thing about this app is you can choose your preferences, from speed, to music etc; and the instructions are so precise and easy to understand. Thank you.

Incredable This app is so easy to use, you can select certain areas, so for me personally my lower back is weak. I select to enhance this and it really has helped so much. This app is easy to follow, I have not really done yoga before but found it easy to do and it suggests ways to make things easier if needed. Then as you become more confident you can change the difficulty. Please get this app! It is amazing!

Been using the regular app for a few years now but i decided to try this one as I plan to become pregnant and i have reflux issues. Somehow this one works better for me and the Voice Fiona is my favorite one now. It explains things in a way I understand and improve. Some comments during the practice are very touching and i cannot recommend this enough.

Amazing app and quality workouts. I have tried quite a few of the more expensive yoga subscriptions / apps and most were not as sleek as Downdog. It is simple, uncluttered and straight forward. Love it! I also can't wait to see the post-natal content! Hopefully it'll be released soon! As a bonus, the company seem lovely too as they have told people who can't afford a subscription to contact them in order to make the app available which is such a lovely thing to do.

Love all of the Down D apps. I do wish the prenatal had the same options, functionality and flexibility as the main app which I've used for years. Such as the down vote function, the secondary boost and overall, classes that were mixed up a bit. I find it quite repetitive. I miss using the main app but this will absolutely do until baby arrives. Lost without either app!

Docked a star because the postpartum "trimester" is not featured and though it connects to Google fit, calories burned are not provided. Otherwise I love the app. There are a variety of exercises to choose from and a range of difficulty levels. The video and audio are very helpful. The music is too loud, but you are able to turn it off.

I enjoy this app, but the music selections are too energetic and have high BPMs for the "Ambient" selection. There is no ability to exclude certain poses, so you have to interrupt your flow to skip the pose. For pregnant women, we should definitely have the ability to exclude certain poses because we are prone to certain limitations. Otherwise, this app does make it easy to get regular exercise and stretches in.
