Horrible! do not use this app I uploaded a $50, $100, and $200 after collecting all the data from the brand new Visa gift card the app declined all three 1 after another giving no reasons. This morning I went to Walmart to buy a laptop now all three cards are no longer working. Seriously? Yes, all three cards still have credit but is not authorized for purchase. So I called customer service and they the card are no longer usable I'm so freaking piss!

hands down best card selling app. period.... It was easy to set up everything went smoothly had to get verified it said ... And I forgot to fix my review but it was taking longer because it was my first time using the site and they had to verify which took up the 24 hours and actually it was faster than expected is about 6 hours later and the money hit my account just like it should have in the amount that it should have all went well it was great

FALSE ADVERTISING! I do not recommend! Download this app for the one store I have a gift card from. It is mentioned in/on app description and in app images. But when i go to redeem my goft card on the app it won't let me. So i contacted the developers by email asking for help. I get an email back staying "We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to accept that prepaid card program at this time." Then why do you have it listed as available to customers?!! Ugh! I hate fibbers.

At first it had a glitch in it.. I contacted customer support and they fixed it within a day. After that when I went to sell my card, before I could get the app closed down my money was already in my account. Great app!

Awesome! I sold my gift cards with no problem at all the cash was in account in no time at all. You can also trade out gift cards for gift cards you love the most it's all up to you and what you want. Prepaid2cash is getting a 10 star rating from me I love the app it's my favorite thanks for all the help!!!

Reliably unreliable. Prepaid2Cash consistently failed to process my prepaid cards, despite multiple attempts, multiple months of leniency and turning my other cheek. I switched to a competitor (Square- superior reliability and lower fees). Prepaid2Cash's only consistency is rejecting cards and sending generic emails. However, a copy-and-pasted email does not pay my bills; what I need are consistent success rates. Avoid Prepaid2Cash unless you're a masochist who doesn't need the money anyway.

BEWARE OF USING THIS APP. Now 2 times in 1 day they have charged the gift card balances on both of my gift cards leaving the available balances at $0 after giving an error message "Internal Server Error, please try again". But you CAN'T try again because they already charged the card for all the money that was on it, leaving them completely worthless because you trusted this scam of an app. Don't throw away your money like I did. Find any other app or website you can to avoid getting robbed.

Cannot cash in visa gift cards. Keeps giving an error message for the past 5 days. The app is a joke. Don't use it Update 6-20-24 3rd day in a row it told me to wait 24 hours for 3 visa gift cards. I think this app is done for. They just can't get it together and customer service is a joke. They don't care. Just the same response over and over that they are experiencing high decline rates or just keeps telling you to try again tomorrow. How about try and fix it already?

The best app available for your unwanted gift cards! The 1st time isn't instant bc of verification. I was verified by in less than 4 hrs. I've since traded 5 gift cards & all we're instantly deposited to my linked bank card. I never had to wait the 15 min like it states. I've tried all of the other places to trade your gift cards and this one beats them all by far!! The process is so simple & fast. No waiting or mailing in stuff or waiting for your money. Try it & you won't be disappointed!

Doesn't work! Downloaded installed, created username and password, then did not receive a verification code to my SMS. I have paid metro service, so it's not that my phone plan can't receive verification codes. Bummer because this is the only app I could find that does this. The kiosks that used to be in the grocery stores have all been removed. Any other similar options?

I've used this app for around a year and converted several vanilla gift cards. It's worked perfectly, but as of 2 months ago its quit. Saying it can't verify my information or the balance is wrong when it's not. It was a 5 star app, worked as advertised but now I can't convert ANYTHING and I've emailed you guys a few times and I've gotten nothing back. :/ please let me know something. Maybe an older version would still work since it quit right around the time of update?

App crashes instantly, no reply from customer service. I downloaded the app and barely made it as far as able to enter a personal pin number. However it then instantly crashes and says that the account is not available, then the app reboots. I have never been able to use the app yet because of this. I went to the website to contact customer service which promises to respond within 48 hours and this never happened. I just now sent a second request, but sort of doubt I will hear from them.

Absolutely horrible ! I tried several different gift cards (4xWalmart with different balances) and for each one it kept saying that my balance was too low or too high. FRUSTRATING & COMPLETELY WASTE OF MY TIME (Well over 90 minutes) ! Too many other issues with this app to mention which is sad because their customer service was wonderful. Also they don't take Target.

It says "over 75 brands" but there are less than 30. Some of the most popular stores aren't even on the app. Target? How do you not have Target? When you try to scan you end up having to type everything manually. Defends the need for scanning. The Vanilla Card is one they show right away, but the app doesn't accept it. If you're successful with this app, please let me know how.

They're currently not accepting any gift cards, as advertised, only prepaid visa cards. Downloaded and created an account for nothing. Props for the app design though, very stylish and simple. The sign up option of going through Facebook is broken though. I'll click allow when it goes to Facebook but then when it goes back to the app screen, it just dims out and nothing is happening, ended up signing up with email instead.

I've used this app twice now to get cash from a prepaid visa, and both times I've gotta say I'm very impressed. It didn't take 15 minutes for the instant transaction, it was there instantly. The only downside I can see really is the fee.. But, it's understandable, yall have to make money somehow.. It's just a bit high in my opinion. But every thing else is great. Great app for a weird service to find.

This app works great 98% of the time. The times that it doesn't are card design issues or connection issues. Both of which Prepaid2cash can't control. There's aren't many others out there willing to provide the same service. So it's nice to see the one that does offer this service, does it so well. Also some times their initial direct deposit time estimates are wrong. They over estimate how long it might take *that's a good thing*

Worked as described, exceeded my expectations. I had never heard of this app, or any like it. I found it too good to be true, as it the app didn't have too many downloads. But I tried it out. In under 5 minutes I had an account created, a transaction complete, and money in my checking account. The fees may be a bit steep, I ended up paying about a 16% fee. I'm not sure if the fees increase with the transaction value, but I was okay losing $8 on a $50 giftcard. I will be using this app again!

This app needs some work, but the idea of it is needed and in demand today because of virtual and online banking. The app has some bugs and a few security issues. It just needs a fine tune-up and it can be set up to be more easily navigated than it is, but otherwise, it's the only version of its kind so it should be utilized more, but needs some fine-tuning in web design, cybersecurity, etc.
