giving this a 5*, although i didn't purchased it here. as soon as I played it on the phone, i went to the nearest store and bought the PS5 version. this game is amazing, but it doesn't work on touch. ofc, you can connect a controller to your phone, and make it playable, in which case, the Google Play version is the cheapest of all platforms. overall, good game, good port, but get a controller or buy it on a different platform.

I had so many memories from the original game back in early 90s, but haven't been playing any of the other games. I was so stunned at the quality of the game when I played at a friend's on their switch. The dialogues were all in Farsi too, which made it feel very authentic. It all looks wonderful on the phone too, though so far I haven't been able to switch the dialogues from English. I wonder if this has changed on the mobile version. Either way, the gameplay is stunning and challenging!! 😂

One of the best Metroidvanias of all time on my phone for 10 bucks? I couldn't click "buy" fast enough. But then they added a ton of mobile specific quality of life features. They really did a great job on this port. Do yourself a favor and use a controller: the combat system really rewards mastery with parries and combos, and pressing a physical button is always going to be more precise than using touchscreen controls.

The game is so cool. I like the fact that the graphics doesn't look too very different from PS5 version and I really like the style, the plot is ok for a game so far and the controls feels so fluid. Edit: What do you mean "Your device isn't compatible with this version"? the game worked fine on my phone. Why isn't compatible anymore? it doesn't make any sense. Most of people can t afford the most performant phone so why would you just make it so they can t download the game (legally) anymore?

Without a doubt this is a great game that's available in a phone. the graphics, story and game mechanics are top notch. the control is pretty smooth too (both touch and controller). Thanks to the developer for making this available on the phone. I am hoping more console games will be released on the phone in the future...

Dear Ubisoft Support, I’m experiencing a recurring issue with Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown on Android. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with the latest Android version. After connecting a Bluetooth gamepad (controller) to play the game, everything works fine. However, once I disconnect the controller, two of the main touch buttons – attack and jump – disappear from the screen and no longer work. The rest of the touch UI remains visible. I’ve tried the following steps: Cleared cache a

The problem is this is that's it's on mobile. The touch controls are horrid. Walking through loading zones resets the position of your control stick, so half the time you go through a loading zone you accidentally turn around and go back through it. I also accidentally found a softlock while playing through the sacred archives time power to get clairvoyance. The glitch made me not able to move aside from sword slashes, but I couldn't walk off ledges so I couldn't save and reset.

mobile controls are very clunky. sometimes you gotta mash attack a couple times for it to register, running will stay on even though you stopped it. parry is iffy. this is meant to play on the go. i dont want to carry a control with me. the pc version was excellent. the game is great, just the mobile controls are clunky

It was really good. The experience of playing with the Prince of Persia again was great. The fights were very well done, and the game's moves and tutorials came at the right time. I'm personally a fan of the Prince of Persia series and have enjoyed the games for years. But The Lost Crown was a different and enjoyable experience for me—especially the graphics, which were excellent. It ran very smoothly and without any lag or bugs on my Samsung A55 phone.

love the full screen. love the gameplay. I don't give full 5 stars because right up until the fight with Uvishka the game is kinda laggy but after that fight the game crashed and was unplayable. I'm a big fan of Prince of Persia since the sands of time on PS2. I haven't had the chance to get this one on console yet. But all in all it's a very good game with great graphics and beautiful artwork.

edit I have to say there's one problem and idk who else has it but part way through the game it started stuttering and lagging, getting impossible to continue..... pretty sick. I mean it had good rating on PC but it translates well to mobile. very polished and many options. combat is visceral too and feels swift and like your in control. mobile sadly does have a problem with some platformers of having the screen occlude enemy's about to attack but that's not the games fault. overall amazing

Excellently redesigned for mobile. Was worried since it was ubisoft, this suprised me. Great standard for what should be expected from mobile ports, especially in regards to customisability of controls. To many games give no options to move the buttons to suit. If I couldn't do that, this game would've been unplayable for me. Altered the touch controls and it works great.

Best port I've seen in a while. the customization for in game and systen features should be the standard. the story is your typical Prince of Persia action hero script but the art, details and immersion is amazing and reminds me of playing action adventure games like Legend of Zelda for the first time. The combat is very fast paced and souls like depending on your difficulty and can be rewarding. As a mobile game this is well worth the 10$ for the full version beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Seriously impressive port, but some bug issues especially with UI. I've had boss healthbars stay on the screen for multiple levels, elements of my UI (namely health and potions) fully disappear, and my controller started vibrating nonstop after a fight. Overall, better than solid - hopefully everything will be fixed in a patch soon.

I owned the game on the switch. Played it all the way through and the dlc. Same on the PS5. It's fun to have this game that I love so much. And I've spent so many hours playing in my pocket whenever I want. It runs on par with the console versions. and has a lot of accessibility options since playing on a phone screen. Is not the best? highly recommend this game worth every penny.

I have only played the beginning story of the game but so far the graphics are really good, touch screen controls are decent but the parry button should be on the right side of the screen. there are some moments of brief lag during gameplay but I'm using a sub 400.00 phone. I wish they would have listed the game as not being free to play because they are asking 15.00 for the full version of the game.i believe this price is fair for the quality you get.

There are a few framerate issues, but an overall fantastic port for a damn near perfect game. Can't speak for touchscreen as a Backbone user, but controls are perfect in that regard. I plan on buying a 2nd time when I can just to have on phone. Show some support for this one, show ubisoft that the devs made something special here and that it deserves a sequel.

Not so bad, loved the game and been itching to replay it, good timing on this mobile port! Touch controls, there's no avoiding the awkwardness without a controller, but I didn't think it was so bad from the free trial, parry very generous for the recommended difficulty for mobile. Audio could use some work, particularly the soundtrack (soundtrack is amazing, it needs to be done justice!). Looking forward to any patches to come!

impressive! It supports game controllers! + really smooth animation and gameplay, responsive controls, the 2D scrolling + 3D look is refreshing. I've played other games with that kind of 3D side-scrolling thing going, this one really nailed the controls. For me, it's the first one where that type of gameplay really works well. It's as smooth as "dead cells" ahem, you know what I mean...but much more beautiful to look at!

The issue I encounter is the occassional disappearance of health bar, athra gauge and arrow count and that the game freezes when selecting a random challenge by Artaban. Overall the game is impressive, love how the graphics and characters are detailed and how it's adapted to external controllers. I am someone who hardly finds a good game that is worth completing, but this game is an exception. I enjoyed the game from start to end.
