This service and app is a complete waste. They removed all the restaurants that they paired with so now the only option is being able to order food for pick up. Last month I ordered food via the app at BWI airport, but when I got to the restaurant, they had no idea what Priority Pass or Grab were and wouldn't fulfill the order. The app still charged me. I followed up for a refund multiple times and never received a response. I eventually had to dispute the charge as fraudulent.

The app itself works well but the benefits of Priority Pass have continually dropped off since I started in 2017. Locations at airports I frequent are no longer available. Haven't seen any new benefits. No communication from the program about changes. I'm giving 2 stars since the app works great for the very few places I get to use this now. International travellers may see better benefits.

Used to be a lot more functional. It used to show the lounges at the respective terminals. Now you are forced to tap each and every terminal at all airports only to get worthless airport take out advertisements. This feature should be eliminated or you should be allowed to filter this option out. I can guarantee you that your users are trying to get into lounges instead of ordering food that's going to get cold at take outs when you can simply walk to the restaurant instead .

Updated review on 3/17, recent update now adds an option for Airport Takeout, that is not related to priority pass, or any benefits from priority pass. Worthless advertisment. When viewing a new airport, priority pass showed options at every terminal and connector, after viewing the options, most only had this BS Airport Takeout. App does what it's supposed to do, nothing fancy but it works.

This benefit is unless. i received this benefit from being a venture X card holder and i traveled to about 10 different airports in the united states only to find out that all of them except 2 did not have lounges. The two airports that said they had a restaurant that was in the priority pass network got me excited, but then when i arrived at these airports i was very disappointed to find out the restaurants in the network have closed. This benefit offered no value to me. 1 Star

What happened to the digital card? I used to be able to open the app and view my digital membership card but now it is gone. It doesn't even show the membership number anymore. Perhaps this was a mistake in a recent update? I appreciate being able to find lounges at airports, but it is frustrating to have to click on every terminal to find one. The new take-out/fast food order ahead options seems worthless to me.

Unstable app. Works when i first install it (twice), but after I add things to favorites after that when I get pack into the app, I can't go beyond seeing the terminals - they're greyed out and when I select one, the app times out and closes. I am glad I printed all the lounges out for the airport. I contacted tech support and they were responsive, but only told me to reinstall..

Useful but long delays when starting. Not sure what the delay is, perhaps it's downloading database updates, but the screen just freezes and there's no indication that an update is in progress. Ended up in installing and reinstalling when I was in an airport since I thought it was hung. Finally went to the website to get the electronic version of my ID card before the app finally finished loading.

Search functionality doesn't work, requires you to have location always on. If you try and restrict the location sharing, the app refuses to work. Either share your location 24/7 with this spyware app or it's unusable. "Location services are necessary for accurate results" means that they're collecting your location data to sell it. Why do they need my location when I'm not traveling?!

Borderline worthless. It wants location permission but it doesn't use your location for anything. Basic functionality like showing you the location of the nearest lounge to your location is totally absent. The only thing it's good for is having a digital version of your card so you don't have to carry it with you. So stupid. In many airports there aren't even any lounges anymore, just "retail offerings" ie, ads. An ad for a gaming shop is not really a perk. It's a shame I have to point that out.

Ok, I've upgraded my review to 3 stars after figuring out the issue. On the app the "digital creation date" appears clearly however the expiration date is cropped out. Maybe the aspect ratio is off somewhere within the app or artwork? Either way, if this gets fixed then I think it would go a long way. Even though my card is current, without seeing the expiration date it can be misleading. Thank you

...the app is terrible and energy wasting. It requires location access all the time. Why? So it can send you notifications. Why? It's paid advertising. I have notifications off and just want to use the app, but it requires access all the time even for a simple search. I'm not a privacy fanatic, this is an obvious one though. Also, it burns battery life running 24/7. Update: your reply is disingenuous, you can read specifics in my initial review, you can easily fix but choose to exploit...

The app is okay for functionality, but limited lounges available to access lessens the value. In my experience, many domestic airports either don't have a lounge at all, or it's in the international terminal and not accessible during layovers. It's disappointing to not have a comfortable space to work, especially on longer layovers. I'd get rid of all the useless store offers just to have more lounges available. Will likely just get rid of the membership in the coming months.

The app is fine, I would like it if you could "favorite" an airport as opposed to needing to favorite a specific terminal within that airport. I don't always land/use the same terminal. That said the value of the pass is pretty lacking these days, particularly on domestic. Good examples - LAX. Big airport, big city. Just 1 lounge, and no restaurant according to the app. Yes 1. In the international terminal too, so no go for domestic flights. SFO isn't much better. Retail offers are useless.

Worthless: unavailable in most airports and terminals, overly busy where available. I have been a priority pass customer for 5 years, and have not been able to get in a lounge for at least 2 years. Do not fall for it when choosing credit cards, as this is essentially a fake benefit. Otherwise the app does provide indoor maps for eight airports around the world. Woohoo!

This app kept telling me my card had expired and I couldn't get into a lounge, even though I had an updated credit card with new expiration date.. I went to the website to verify they had my updated info, so there was nothing for me to change. I finally guessed to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and then it was OK. That's pretty lame. I've also experienced frustrating problems getting into lounges in airports when the app could have notified me but did not. Really awful.

Update: 2yrs later & not much better. Why? Like most new useful apps, this grew wildly, forgot their roots, succumbed to bloatware, resulting in a 325MB app w/ poor workflow. Airplane mode: 45 secs to load. Landing page is a login page; you can skip but appears every use. A login prompt appears at the bottom of most pages--REALLY want your login. Indoor airport maps are useless: MUST have Internet & location services, else no map. Can't plan mid-flight or in Int'l airports w/ complex WiFi setup.

Glitch app which rarely works when you need it to. Error messages are rife. Customer service is very helpful with a phone call but ultimately I bring the card. The lounge service itself is borderline useless as well with few if any functioning options at most airports, rampant overcrowding and delays in entry. This isn't a premium experience.

Frustrating. When I needed to use the app it failed completely. First it asked for my password. I had it saved and now it's no longer logged. Stellar.. then it said my new card was expired. Not true. I had my card to get into the lounge (staff was great). Tried logging into app while in lounge and it froze. Restarted a few times with same result. Useless does not begin to cover my current thoughts. Glad I brought the hard plastic to thicken my wallet.

App is very problematic and hasn't been fixed in the 1+ year I've been using it. Options are limited so they fill space by listing every possible terminal with "airport takeout," forcing users to click through each one to hunt for possible lounge access, feels like malicious UX design. Text directions for location aren't terrible, but every phone has a GPS in it, why not include links for mapping apps???
