Dude, ok, y'all need to fix a situation here. God forbid I hit my back button, out of habit, to close a player stat card I clicked on. That minimizes the app, instead of just going BACK to the previous page. When it does that, it just flushes my entire ticket I've been working on right down the toilet and I have to start all the way over. It is absolutely infuriating.

Since the new update, I have not been able to make any predictions. I continuously get the loading screen despite having my location on. With and without Wi-Fi, it continuously crashes for me. I have cleared out data and cache I am not able to access. When the app is running, it's very simple with a very user-friendly interface and would recommend it.

That's it, I'm out! I've had repeated problems with this app going back about 3-4 updates ago. The 3rd party they use for direct withdrawals is extremely glitchy and inconsistent; and the promo use system is just dumb. I mean why do you need to "opt-in" for a risk free bet? I've somehow had my opt-in unchecked, when that's the 1st thing I've done, before placing my bet. Their customer service is abysmal when it comes to resolving those issues. So I'm just going to another app.

Terrible experience. I downloaded the app, made an account, addedomey to my account and was then told "unable to verify your identity" and I'm blocked for betting or using the app. The worst part... I get the same "unable to verify identity" message when I try to get my money back off the app. If some at PrizePicks could reach out to me that would be great. The online chat was terrible and as soon as I got a real person the chat ended with a similar "unable to verify identity" message.

This app is great and if your savvy with sports you can actually win some money but the U.I on Android sucks if I go to todays board it will just keep loading constantly unless I go into the help menu and manually refresh the board through and I think the bettable balance should be shown on all menus instead I have to three lines at the top left to see my balance. Other than that and a few tiny problems I love this app and will continue to use it in the forseable future.

Payout are fast, but if you ever have any issues they won't help at all customer service is a Joke! The app submitted 2 entries with in a minute of each other and they wouldn't do anything cuz of there Rules it's a bunch of BS! They can easily fix the issue by providing a credit or a free entry but they won't. Thank you KAREN from Support! 🖕2/14/24 Contact via email and all they said was THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK! 💀

Don't trust this app. I attempted to make a $20 deposit to open my account. Got error messages three times while attempting to make this deposit so I gave up. My balance with Prizepicks was $0 but when I looked at my bank account they charged my $20 three times taking $60 out of my account. After error messages not even allowing me to save the card! It's still showing a zero balance with them too! I messaged support and they said check back if money's still gone in 5 days! Terrible awful!

Generally this app is fun and easy to use, but since the last update it is entirely unusable. If someone shares a slip with me, it will not calculate the payout and I cannot place the entry. The same glitch happens when I set up my own slips too! It's super annoying. I can't spend all day on this app, I want to place my entries and get on with my life.

Just tried signing up and was denied. No reason given. They won't give a reason. I put all my information in correctly. Terrible customer service. Edit: No, the factor was I chose to pay by credit card, then wanted to switch to PayPal and hit back. That's when I got denied. It is a terrible flaw in the system as I've read in other reviews it has happened to many others.

They offer protected plays for 10-20 dollars. I had this promo for $10, applied it, the bet lost, but never got the $10 back in promo. Started a chat through the app sot see why, only to be told sorry nothing they can do. when clearly it was a technical issue. as the steps to add the promo were followed. Super pissed they aren't willing to help rectify the issue.

Easy and fun app with generous offers. Only problem with app is if you are working on adding selections, but you accidentally push the back button (galaxy s21) too many times you will go to your home screen and when you reopen prizepicks your selections have been lost/not saved. So then you have to hunt down all your picks again. I'm confident this can and will be resolved soon.

Great betting app, but the UI is Trash. When you click on a player and it pulls up the prior stats, if you want to go back and you hit the back button on your phone (which goes back on every other app ever) instead on prize picks, it closes the app entirely and deletes your picks. It feels like such an easy fix. Make it so you can just use your phones back button and not have to hit cancel in the top corner when I just want to go back to the previous screen.

Awesome layout of the app but I really wish they would get rid of the whole 2 payment methods only rule. And the fact that I have to wait 60 days before I can remove those and add new payment methods is rediculous. Underdog allows me to use as many payment methods as I'd like. Also another thing I think is completely unfair is the fact that if I select a player and the game starts and theu decide not to play that person it docks my projected payout amout to the next level down. Thats rediculous

Use to work great. The past few days, it has been freezing. When trying to load projections, it spins and spins. When trying to deposit $ if it opens to deposit the screen, but every time you try to click to either enter $ or anything, nothing works. I tap on credit card or PayPal, and it's like there isn't a link.

Ever time there's a update it's something new (Android user) I really like the app it has great quality for beginners but it's just not working for me anymore. When I open app it just loads and loads I can't get past the loading screen. So basically I have to log in on website but by then some players get bumped or took off board. On the last update I was able to see for players at once Now it's one player at a time have to scroll down a lot. Hopefully gets fixed

The app is cool when it's actually working. For some reason it always gets stuck on "loading projections". At first I could just click help and then click refresh board and then it would work. Now the bottom of my screen is just black for some reason and I can't click anything. The only fix is to clear all app data and then re login. But even if I accidentally exit the app, I have to repeat the process because it gets stuck on loading projections again. I use a Xiaomi android. Please fix the app

App has been severely malfunctioning the past 2 days. Ever since the mess up with the James Harden 3.14 point play, my app is completely blank and I have to go on the web to access any stats or to see anything on the app. As mentioned, ever since the error, the app just isn't working at all and showing me a blank black screen. Idk if this is isolated or if others are experiencing the same issue. Have already tried to close the app, uninstall and re install it. Same issue. Please help or fix asap

New update loads very slowly. Constantly freezes if you switch from board to the others. Similar issues with other phones in house. All started after the update. Uninstalled and reinstalled same issue. I've had no issues with prizepicks until now. Limited picks, but I live in a state where we can't use draftkings and such. I usually only play prizepicks for sale/discount picks or if some props are lower than sleeper. I've used PayPal and have had no issues with sending or withdrawing.

Ever since the last update, this app has been completely useless to me. Nothing works. The app keeps freezing on the loading projections screen. I cleared the cash, and I even deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it keeps doing the same thing. I'm sure prizepicks won't say anything, but I'm sorry you're experiencing this. Like always, they never have an answer for you, just, "Sorry u are experiencing this."

In the beginning, wonderful, these last few months, it has sucked. I loved the full prizepicks experience, with the demons and goblins , being able to pick 5 or 6 props. Being able to still win something if I lost 1, 2, props. My state recently made a change to the prizepicks arena. It's trash!!!!! It is a control atmosphere. You can only pick up to 4 props, and you then put into groups where all your props have to win out. To me, that's not fun. Prizepicks, get rid of the arena, please...
