I'm a fitness trainer and aerobic instructor and I am interested in how effective fitness apps can be. Having done only one workout so far I found it basic enough for beginners to follow and build on but the exercises seemed unbalanced and random.

Love the app and they seem to care about users by offering daily tips through resourceful articles and updates of reminders to workout. Not many developers would offer such services without seeing some sort of payment from users. Another thing I love about the app is that is comes with the perfect exercises with great demonstration, (thorough video instructions).

Good app. I like a lot of the lifts and excercises shown. They are of sound quality. However, I'm only giving this a 4/5 because it doesnt show what part of each muscle is being used, it just shows the whole muscle. For example if it were to show a certain excersise works the upper pectoral muscle more I would give a 5/5.

I like this app however, lately there are video advertisements that interrupt my music streaming while working. I then have to restart music on the music app. certainly an inconvenience since it happens frequently . I'll probably have to uninstall it and look for another app for this reason otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars

In August 2019 I submitted such issues to app owners. None is fixed still: 1. When I turn off screen, it should not stop excercise or add an option to configure this 2. Need an ability to skip rest and configure rest duration 3. How plank can have reps? It should have duration 4. need an ability to view workout excercises during an active workout(temporary go back to view what's next) without loosing my progress in the workout 5. ability to turn off ticking sound App has good health suggestions

I have been on a quest to find the best app for workout and this app is the 9-10th app i have installed in a single day and this one is perfect. It just put the others out. Simple easy to use interface, no get premium screen on every click and moreover like other apps that download the whole video and fill up space right up, the guy and this app developer is genius to put videos in a gif format like this, no space issues now. Love this app β€

I have a huge goal: I need to lose 32 kilos. But Iβm not a fan a gyms, and do not have so much time to spend it for the road and training for itself. So comparing different apps, like this one and the Sworkout, I believe, that the 30-days challenge of the last one app will definitely help me to achieve my aim. Wish me the very good luck, bros!

One of the best workout apps iv seen out there. This app allows for you to make personal notes to a variety of exercises. I would only recommend that with people that are both new and old to working out that there would be alittle more in depth exercise programs for people that want to bulk, cut, or shred. That being said this app is real hard to beat. Two thumbs up guys you rock!

Very good app with detailed workout explained in writing and with audio...Also very helpful tips in notifications. Would love more sections in the app with say different circuit workouts/WODs involving the exercises already in the app like "Push workouts", "pull workouts" ,"legs and abs day" or other such strategies so I don't have to think too much ..Just follow the workouts and do them.

This app gives you a visual demonstration of all the exercises it lists. This is VERY helpful for a beginner especially. I've downloaded several of these types of apps to help me get back into shape, and this one has the best examples of how to do the exercise properly, hands down. Highly recommend, and thanks to the devs!

Worst app. The app has only one day of exercise, which is repeated every day for the whole plan. It is disappointing to pay Β£24 for this type of app. I tried to request a refund after a couple of hours from the purchase. But they replied after 3 days saying they don't refund as it doesn't meet their policy. Anyway, I lost my money, but this feedback is to advise you before you fall in the trap like me and lose your money.

Nice app, better than most. The free basic plan uses the same exercises throughout but the app allows you to create your own plan too. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars, mainly because there are no exercises or mentions for Hamstring (although there is the Deadlift but its in the "Back" section). Also, I wish there was a way to re-arrange the order of the exercises when creating your own plan without having to delete previously added exercises and basically start over. Add those and its a 5 star App!

Great easy to use ap. Exactly what I hoped for. I wanted an ap to customize a daily/weekly routine. In just a few clicks I could customize a week of daily routines using lists of great exercises by targeted muscle groups. I am going to upgrade for some curated routines. Best feature are 3 second videos for each excercise. Just one click in the routine list. Its GUI, great videos/ demo makes trying a new excercise easy and accessible. Suggestion: please plug into myfitnesspal!!! Thank you!!!

So far the app seems to be pretty good, i used the free version for my chest/tri workout tonight and there were some helpful videos/descriptions on a few different workouts. The ads are annoying but that's pretty generic for any free app, I'll probably end up getting the premium version. Also the video quality of the workouts aren't the greatest but all in all this is a helpful fitness app that i believe i will enjoy.

The English are grammar are a little off but the creator is sure passionate about health and fitness. Workouts are ones I've found to be effective and they're shown effectively. Might be nice to have some mention of common injuries and methods to avoid them. It's also worth mentioning, while the exercises displayed aren't wrong, some exercises aren't shown to be as effectively as possible such as the lack of emphasis on the arc in the back while benching. That said, as a free app it does well.

There is a lot that can be improved in this app. 1.The clock ticking sound can't be disabled. This stops Spotify in the middle of training which is annoying 2. The rest time between sets cannot be changed. 3. You cannot skip one set or rest between sets. This could be helpful when I have to open other apps between sets(which pauses the training) then I have to wait for the rest time to finish and continue. 4. Wish there was an option to sync training with Samsung health or google fit.

Since I installed this app, full-screen ads pop up CONSTANTLY. I can't go for ten minutes without the browser launching a random website, pop-ups blocking navigation keys on-screen, or filling the screen entirely. If you can live with that, go ahead and give it a try. Developers, take note of how NOT to implement ads in your apps.

The app needs voice guidance during exercise. It is difficult to keep up when there is no verbal commands nor any rest periods setup for the workout. The plans also do not autosave which is incredibly aggrevating. I start a workout plan and then I need to figure out which one I left off at. The workouts so far are great but the app has alot to be desired from ease of use, customability and tracking. The videos are high quality, tutorials are great its just functionality needing improved.

Edit. My lifetime subscription was restored it seems. And customer service responded promptly. So I paid for the lifetime subscription about two years ago. And out of the blue I don't have the subscrition. Outside of that I have been using the app since. The workouts can get redundant but you can create your own workout plan. I would recommend the ability to add your own exercises and to copy and paste when creating a routine. Some exercises I wanted to out in my own plan weren't present.
