Use to be great but now takes for ever to react. Takes way to long to keep things updated. Click on it and theres nothing then i get notice a notice sayimg you only have 4 hours to respond. The best part is i get graded like a little child on taking to long when its your program that was blank when i checked.

Home depots pro referral was the best thing that happened to our company early on.. we were struggling nail down all this work we were bidding on and home Depot accepted us and sent more leads than I knew what to do with!! All they ask is that you buy the materials from them 🖇️ which is only fair paid $170 for a lead before and they never called back .. not HD Pro 30 in 1 day All quality leads too. 🫡

If You Are A Handyman Do Not Try To Sign Up!!! This service requires a contractors license, even if you are Handyman! They require an increase in insurance and even show who you can use... THEN after you waste the extra money, they state you can't be a Handyman on their service without actually being a Class B Contractor! The state, country and city don't require it! 25 years in the business and I've never been required to be a contractor to be a Handyman. Completely defeats the purpose!

Thank you to home depot and Behr, KILZ and Glidden sales reps who have shown through this service and their over the top helpful attitude that they do care about their customers and contractors - as the middle man between the two, they have stepped up to the plate and provided this free service, which in turn has gained my loyalty, as well as many homeowner's. That being said, I also experienced some of the app glitches other's speak of below, but it has gotten better over time. My biggest problems have been 1) locked out of the app or a customer's profile therefore making it impossible to call them --- I partially blame myself for not Writing DOWN their #'s --- I have begun to try to make it a habit; saves me embarrassment from customers thinking I didn't call back at certain times. 2) a large majority of leads who I have responded to immediately, and some who I have even given estimates to, do not follow up with me. Not HD's fault at all. But can't more people have the common courtesy to just acknowledge that they have rec'd my estimate??! Its OK if your going with someone else to do the job, but a simple "thank you but we're going another direction" call, text or email would be appreciated more than they know...I hate all the time, gas and re-arranging of my nights and weekends I have done over the years to complete estimates that are never acknowledged.

It's been great. Not only does Homedepot have great supplies, they have Great people who own homes, whom may need an extra hand, or someone to take a lead on their projects. Community oriented and very resourcefully convenient! Thank You.

I have had trouble with this App since June of 2020. The notifications does not work. I do not get notification that a customer has requested a job. The delays in speaking to customers in a timely fashion cost the contractor and the customer. This app is the dregs of referrals.

Home Depot does not care about the contractor. I had a customer leave a bad review that I have never met or even spoke to. I deleted the lead after several attempts to reach customer. Customer left bad review on all 3 pros saying nobody tried to reach them. Guess what we can't reach a customer if they won't answer the phone. Home depot doesnt care and let the bad review stay. All while requiring pros to keep a minimum rating in order to stay on the platform. Again there policies are a joke.

Great app. Great way to get leads. I have a Goggle 4a. App is doing weird things. Old leads are not being erased automatically. I have leads from 4 months ago that have expired and are still there. New leads come in but screen is not showing all the functions to accept leads. Any suggestions??

Horrible this new version up no hapy at all , I can not put the address of my clients just hit and drive , i can not see any calendar options , and i can not keep one costume message in my system just to hit quick respond message , I do know if im the only one but last version was working for really great , im not satisfy at all any more with this new version .

Bring back quick text/contact option. Now I have to type text every time I want to get in touch with potential client. It use to be easier. we had text messages already stored and ready to be used on a single click.

When I go to enable notifications, the system says the app does not send notifications and therefore I cannot enable them.

A bit of a joke. I'm constantly having to go into the app to add a pause during times I'm busy and half the time home Depot still sends me work requests, which takes my pro account points. Just let contractors set a pause that remains "paused" until they're ready to reactivate. If it wasn't so obfuscated I would just cancel my pro referral altogether it's been nothing but a pain

Have tried everything. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, 2 trips to Verizon, full phone reset and called HD help desk to no avail.All Permissions turned off for this app and can't get push notifications to my new S23 Samsung phone for new lead. No way to slide toggle button to turn on notifications. It's grayed out

Push notifications are blocked and i can't chenge it in settings. I am not being notified of new jobs.

Tons of bad leads And fake leads. I'm using this to get more business but customers either don't message back or they don't answer their phone or they hang up on you before getting details and pricing.

I have a good experience with this app to find new customers until last week when a "supposed potential customer" contact us directly, but He came to be a scam. We were able to detected on time and avoided.

What a great app! We are available to receive a lot of referrals to keep us busy and create a bigger circle of customers. The app it is easy to used, and has a lot of great tools. Thanks Home Depot for creating such a great app. It just needs to fixed and issue that I have been experiencing even with my Pro-Xtra app. It keeps crashing and forcing it self to close. I installed it, but it keeps happening.

The app was working great but then stopped updating our points. I called the help desk and was told to delete and reinstall the app. Now we're completely locked out. We've tried to just reset the password but receive an error message and no one seems to know what to do other than send an email to reset the password every time we call the help desk.

This app used to work great, but for some reason, it's acting weird. 1. When customers request a job and post product numbers, the link for the product number doesn't work and freeze the app. 2. When setting up appointments with the address link for the map, freeze the app. I have updated the app, and I even wipe off my phone assuming it's other apps, yet it's still freeze . Something doesn't work well, and it's annoying. Please fix it. Sure you can contact me.

App used to work great. Now it's slow, and trying to respond to customer emails is impossible. I get to type in 3 words before it freezes every single time. I have to go into my Samsung notes, write my reply, and them copy and paste it into my email response to my potential customer. That's the only way it works. I have a Samsung 21 Ultra. Yes the Message tab doesn't work.
