Great for killing time while reviewing or even learning from short, concise cases. Rare diseases crop up every now and then, which keeps you on your toes.

Great app for learning medical diagnosis! they five you a scenario, you decide what you want to order (labs/tests) and your final diagnosis amd treatment. Not as many options for these choices but i like the limited choices. The explanations are phenomenal and educational. wish the comments section were better made so more discussion can be had

The cases are very relevant. However, it would be better if references can be accessed via link or at least to be able to "copy" the links so it will be easier to checkout the links mentioned in each case, as well as in the comments section. Thanks

Hi guys, what happened to the majority of the cases?! There were nearly more than a 100 cases by itself in Medicine, now all i see is 73! Is there some problem in my phone? Or have the cases been retracted? Please help. Edit: Thanks for the swift reply. All the more power to your team! Hope you keep coming with more cases:).

I used to love this but it seems like all the cases are gone, what happened? It would have been a welcomed development if you had come up with new and improved cases to sell rather than remove old cases to re-upload and ask for payment. Now I don't think I will benefit by paying for cases I have already seen and solved. Just unfortunate

This app was the best medical app I've ever use with more than 300 cases. But now u deleted most of them and there's only less than 50 cases left! For what? Just for money! Please RETURN our lovely app for FREE. U can make another paid app without ruin this one. We don't need updates. We just want those cases back.

I've used this app for years, through medical school to residency. It's great. They keep adding more cases, and tend to be on point with the up to date info. This app is not really for non medical people though.

I have just completed 3 cases. I really like this so far. It's a great way to sharpen my knowledge in a fun way. the explanations after the case are very similar to resources like UpToDate. Cant wait to keep playing!

I love this app. Perfect for studying as a medical clerk. I like trying to solve cases first, and then imagining an actual patient. After which I read my textbook to have a more in depth understanding of the disease. The practical approach helps with retention.

I really like this app but I wish it had some kind of "beginner" mode for people like me who are interested in learning but have no or very little medical knowledge. A suggestion would be to have a medical dictionary/web search cheat box type thing that is available everywhere on the app & the option to click on any word/disease & illness name/medicine etc, and it pops up the definition so you dont have to leave the app to search for the meaning of everything. 5 stars if this gets added :) lol

Hahaha, I am definitely not a doctor or med student so this game is absurdly difficult for me. Even when I google what the tests mean, I make terrible decisions. If you're not an aspiring or practicing doctor, I'd highly recommend playing this game to help you further appreciate how hard it is to be a doctor. 😂 I performed chemo and radiotherapy on a dude that only needed surgery to remove a lump (and I didn't even perform the surgery 😂😂😂). This game is weirdly fun.

As a medical student, this is a very good up for studying various cases, especially in terms of choosing the right diagnostic modalities, ancillary tests, and subsequent management. My only complaint is that it lacks some disease entities such as tonsillopharyngitis, pelvic organ prolapse etc. I hope more cases are added in the future.

This app is amazing! It's a nerve trigger, a perfect companion for someone who needs to sharpen his/her critical thinking skills everyday. But there are other issues that I encounter such as overlapping of dx tests which aren't necessary in narrowing the dx, but still I appreciate the app. High five.

I think it's a phenomenal tool that overall gives an opportunity to use varied tm's. I can see where certain treatments In progression with varied rating scores may cause frustrations as any subjective experience does. Good overall learning experience, and thank you.

Hi guys, I absolutely love your app, but I recently checked it after quite some time and found that quite a few cases had been removed (I really wanted the one on Henoch-Schönlein purpura). I hope y'all are going to post them back up soon. Otherwise, this is a really wonderful app, kudos to the team.👍👍

Wonderful Amazing app.. Just what med students need. Hats off...I have been searching for this type of an app for a long time. All the other apps are either useless or needs payment. But this app is neither. Looking forward for more scenarios and similar apps.. Thank you Medical Joyworks.. Also the cases are good and complicated.. please keep this up and don't abandon this app.. Its the only proper one of its kind..

Quite a refreshment, whenever I am travelling or waiting, I open this app, instead of the time waste I used to do with games. This app is great for these situations particularly due to its format which is quite appropriate, simple, and also does not need Internet. And also the cases are absolutely informative and well written which is the most impressive feature. I highly recommend this for everyone with an interest in clinical sciences.

It's a wonderful app, and the cases are discussed very thoroughly. I have a few problems though: first off, it's better to start off by choosing a diagnosis before doing workups. The app most of the time orients you to a diagnosis by proposing several exams. Also, international standards should be implemented on the chiice of exams and management. Most of the time the policies used for workup and management are not WHO: simply the choice of probably the hospital of the editing specialist. Finally, most of the cases are kind of rare: a few common pathologies will be very interesting too. Other than that, great app. I love it!!!

Possible real life cases to practice and improve with. Edit: New version is worse than early version. I can't change the language of the cases, and I can't analyze subspecialties. Used to be free from payment, but I guess there had to be pay per view content. I just didn't count that the free ones would be that few.

I find the app very useful. However the star rating and analysis doesn't make sense. Even if I have chosen correctly for most of the options it get one star. Most importantly, the analysis list doesn't align correctly with the explanation. Also I have replayed cases and the correct analysis selections are completely different than the first round.
