This app seems like it was rushed to market! Constantly crashing now. When it did "work" it was slow to respond and required tapping several times to enter information. The previous app just worked, that's all I wanted! Introducing this app in the name of "new features" is just poor customer service! Crashing issue seems to have been fixed. Thank you!

App is not always accurate with pending transactions(i.g money coming in/out) Also my old phone I had it where it was finger print accessible. Now it's only face recognition, which I don't want to use. I miss the finger scanning option for the app. I even went to the apps settings and still no option for finger scanning. The options were just pin or face.

The numbers on the pin pad are too far apart, making them difficult to reach on a large phone screen. In addition, there is no longer a total sum of all account balances, which makes it difficult for me to track exactly how much money I have in total. This was previously the most prominent number seen when logging in and now it's nonexistent. That is very discouraging. The last thing I want from an app is discouragement.

This is NOT OK! Colossal fail PSECU. Folks having issues: long press on the app icon and the tap 'app info'. Tap 'Force Stop', then clear the cache and the storage. After this, uninstall and then reinstall the app. You will then hopefully be able to log into your account and use your fingerprint again. This is what worked for me after wasting 45 minutes of my life. Folks with check deposit issues might try the procedure as well. I've been with PSECU since 2002 and have never been so frustrated.

It used to support logging in with fingerprint. Now they have replaced it with face authentication, however the UI still acts as if it's by fingerprint (fingerprint icon, etc). It doesn't actually seem to read my face for some reason most of the time and trying my fingerprint doesnt work. When I do login, I have no idea if it was my face working out of the blue or if it was my fingerprint. No UI changes to indicate it is reading my face (no camera viewfinder, just text).

Update: they fixed a lot of the initial issues and the app is very useful. Previous review: Meh...😐 Home screen needs more quick links like bill pay and check deposit. Text overruns lines above/below. Not seeing much by way of increased ability other than viewing account balances without logging in, which I won't do anyway. IMO just a redesign of the old app. Work out the text overruns and shortcuts and it will be a cleaner experience than old app.

It just doesn't work. I probably need to go in and manually delete all the files for this app. I'm on a pixel XL 2. This is not the first time that a forced upgrade has broken the app for me. UPDATE: nothing fixes this. it crashes on launch even after reinstall and manually cleaning the files i could find and reinstall.

Huge step back from the old app. I'm glad they weirdly made this a new app instead of an update to the old one, so that I can keep using the good version! Edit: old app stopped working a while ago. Pretty disappointed I've had to switch to this one, which has not gained new fearures like the dev response suggests, but does seem to get slower and slower every time I update it.

The deposit feature is all screwed up. After looking through reviews, I can see this has been an issue since November. You have customers from all over the state who have no local branches to deposit a check and an app that has left them basically stranded now for months. "We're trying to fix it" doesn't do anything for people when fixing it takes months. Revert back to the previous version until you get what is possibly the most important feature of the app fixed.

There always seems to be a delay and issues opening or login in. Recently an error message appears everything I open and or its freezing crashing or not up to date. On the flip side the services it could have working are very good. I love the transaction notifications, mobile deposits and transfer options of payments are very easy.

Terrible interface. Conveniently hides the account numbers of credit cards so you cant tell which is what. Doesnt have all the payees on the screen. Have to hit several buttons for what SHOULD be an automatic decimal for money. Did the developers actually USE this app at all? I'd like to go back to their old app, it was much better.

There is no external transfer service (e.g. Zelle), the app won't download my statements. It says it can't create the file in storage. Yet it has permission and I have no limitations on the storage. There is no troubleshooting info I can easily locate. I used the process to get my account number, and you can't copy it to the clipboard, and doesn't provide the routing number. It's just poorly featured, and limited in overall design.

Update: After several attempts to get through to a tech person someone has gotten the message and it appears an update has been made. I have gotten in twice on two different phones and was able to deposit a check without issues or long load times. This app is impossible to use because it doesn't load or times out while loading.

Been a member of PSECU for about 7-8 years. Great credit union. Never had any of the problems my friends who deal with banks have. And their customer service is actually great. That being said the Mobile App is good as well. It's easy to check my balance, deposit checks, and do what I need. And I don't need a lot. So it works and works well. Sometimes it does time out and I have to close and reopen the app. But that's dependent on cell service.

2018: Just got the new download and it glitches constantly. I'm very disappointed with PSECU I liked the prior app much better. Never ever gave me problems. recent update is so large that it doesn't open and i don't have the space. super disappointed... 2021: not happy. Can't save changes to account alerts and they're not accepting my PIN and not allowing me to try more than twice. I'm so done. Will use one of my other, more stable banking apps...2022 another update required, what a surprise 😒

This thing has completely fallen apart. The features sound great but they're not really there. Mobile deposit? Forget it. Bill pay? Might work might not... good luck. Won't rotate, weird lag time when you try to scroll. If you contact them they'll tell you to uninstall then reinstall. Don't waste your time. Then they'll send you a lovely form email acknowledging the "known issues" that they're working to resolve... some day.

I don't know how you guys made your app worse. The old version (that expired in Aug 2017) was the best; never had any issues with it. The new version has been utterly disappointing. Every time I open the app, it gives me an error beforethe pin page pops up. When the pin page finally pops up, it has me enter the PIN several times before it logs me in. Even though I have entered the PIN correctly, it errors out on me serval times. Please, for the love of all that's good, go back to the old version.

I liked the original app more, was easy to use and the back button worked on it, was excited for a new app but so far I'm not impressed! 5/27/20 It's GREG! thank you. I haven't been able to check my accounts for weeks. I can log in, see my balances, but when I click on any its says there's an error! I've talked to 2 different people at PSECU and they told me that I AM the only one with that problem. Full back, button where?

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app and PSECU. This app makes it fairly easy to bank on the run. I love The mobile deposits and the ability to manage my card limits and such right through the app. The only thing the app needs is the ability to manage multiple acts easily. While easier than the previous app, it still seems outdated to not see have the ability to see multiple without logging in and out. Other than that? I LOVE it.

Okay app, but would like to see history of checking instead of just current month.. sometimes I need to look back into my history of transactions on my phone when I'm out, and I can't do that anymore. Makes it inconvenient. It's a little slow still, but not as glitchy as it was before previous update. Just prefer the old app that had different icon and everything.
