This would have been a much higher rating, but the recent changes that limit the number of items that show in "My Items" was a HORRIBLE change! I used that list exclusively to make my shopping list every time and now it is so very difficultand I always miss items. Also, there should be an option to delete items from that last that you may never plan to buy again.

Pick-up breaks every single time I try to use it. Once the shopper is done, it ONLY allows me to pick replacements that have already been chosen. If I try to click on this option (the only option on the screen) it prompts me to go back to the order screen because the shopping has been completed. However, it will not allow me to complete the pick-up order and say that I am at the store. This is the most frustrating experience out of all the pick-up/delivery apps available as it barely works.

The deliveries are fine, but the app picks a store for them to shop from and it's not the closest one. With gas prices rising, it's not right to make the drivers go more than twice the distance. I've searched the app to pick a location and all it gives is a few Publix retail options, not specific locations. The item search feature is ridiculous. It gives too much clutter with options that don't even contain the key words and are completely unrelated.

I would grade four stars but I constantly have issues with the search engine. It rarely locates the item. Otherwise... the service is wonderful for those that can't drive. The delivery people are friendly, helpful, polite, and on time! Overall the prices are jacked up across the board. Every item is roughly 10% higher, plus delivery fee, plus service fee (??), and of course the shopper's tip. In the end, it's my only option. So I suppose it's worth it. A frequent buyer program would be nice tho.

Only one item wasn't found. The app does give you the ability to chat with the shopper and to take an alternative if they say they can't find it. Everything arrived *close* to on time. It was over by about 20 minutes. No big deal. There is a $4-6 delivery fee, a handling fee of 5%, and tip. This could come to 20% the total bill. It's a lot. You will have a charge placed on your acct for MORE than the checkout price. The app is good. The costs are a bit much. I may use for emergencies only.

Great app, but the freedom of choosing quantities goes away. Like things come by the pound and there is no 1/2 pound option. Also, the prices are higher for convenience, I get it, but some prices have been set too high. Lastly, the automated response if something goes wrong can be aggravating. I like speaking to a customer service rep who can resolve my issue. I love Publix overall though.

I've had a good time using the app. I don't use it as often, but navigating through is smooth and very easy. Having the deals be almost the first thing you see makes it better. Being able to pick alternatives for items in case they aren't available is great, or you can just not have a second choice and have that item or nothing. The adding and editing feature is good for those who have second thoughts on items they have already picked, or for those who want to add more to the shopping list.

The app was easy to use when it directed to Instacart. If my list from the main Publix app would merge or at least be available once it switches over to Instacart, that would be better. I like that my shopper can text with me, but I don't like that texts stop once shopping is complete. I don't like substitutions. I stick to getting items that I would normally get, that are easy for someone else to pick, and that are on a sale. You know, as if I was sending a husband to the grocery store.

Awesome service! Was super easy and FAST... Only issue was that the person picking out my items was a little too fast... They didn't give me much time to approve or change the substitutions for the items out of stock, and they tend to pick the bigger items (which cost double) if your original (smaller) item is out of stock. There is a chat feature, which is cool. My shopper offered to go back in after checking out and and take pictures of what was available so I could get something different. Overall, this is a great service, I'll definitely be using it again.

I have used several grocery apps, and the best things about this one are that your cart updates automatically when you add/remove items after checkout, and that you get to approve substitutions in real time as the order is shopped. Also you can chat with your shopper about substitutions, which is awesome. The downsides are that the sub-categories don't go deepe enough, so sometimes the only way to find and item is to search. Overall, it's a really good app.

The majority of the time I do my shopping in store, but there are times that saving the time of shopping + driving to the store and back is a lifesaver. **update** Some shoppers are amazing! Some deliver very poor replacement items I can't use. Many shoppers in my area don't speak English so when they have issues finding items, they can't communicate effectively. Many of the shoppers also don't know how to use their app to see which replacements are preselected if an item is out of stock.

When you place an order it will remove items from your order before sending to the shopper without telling you. 9/10 times it's the items that were the whole reason I placed the order. I would not have placed without them. This has happened to me three times in a row. I contacted support and they gave me a 5$ gift. I'd rather they fix this so it warns you about the items and asks if you'd still like to place the order. The items don't even show up on the receipt.

The main reason for creating a grocery list on an app for the actual store you're going to is to be able to budget the amount of money you're planning on spending - cutting the items you don't necessarily need right away if the bill is too high or adding them if it's less than you've set aside for groceries. The fact that the app doesn't tell you how much anything other than sale items costs completely defeats the purpose and makes absolutely no sense.

The app itself has always been fairly good. However, they removed the option to filter results after searching for something. For example, after searching for a product, I previously had the option to only see the ones that are on sale, or be able sort the items' prices from lowest to highest. But, that seems to have disappeared as of a few weeks ago, and I really hope it comes back!

Some of the prices are a bit extreme, but also, I don't like how some of your items just disappear, and you end up having to re-add the items. This can cause you to buy something twice if you're not thorough when checking your list before checkout. Should be a 3 star, but the few times I have used, I've appreciated the free delivery, but that's almost over.

Let me start by saying that the SERVICE portion of this app is exemplary. It's convient, and exactly what you'd expect. The app that delivers this service has an almost usleless search feature, and clumsy navigation. For example, toilet paper wasn't searchable today because paper towels were on sale today. Every search of TP yeilded results for Brawny, Bounty etc. In the past, it has been this way for bottled water, cereal, etc. So 2 stars until the apps quality matches the service quality.

Everything is great , especially here in Key Largo. One thing though is that my account keeps getting shut down for suspected fraud. I know it's there as a safety measure but it is a hassle when I'm a Private Chef with multiple guests to feed at all times without my own car. Other than that I'm glad that this service is available and running well in the Florida Keys

As it stand it seems like the app is basically the instacart app, but restricted to publix stores and with their coat of paint on it. That's fine and a common practice, but the quality of the app reflects incredibly poorly on Publix as a brand. Every fee seems to be individually split between a fee for the "service itself" and a second fee "just for running the service." It's ironically making me want to just not use any app at all and just go to Walmart.

Update; even when I try the website connected to the app it enables notifications and then immediately turns them back off. I cannot get support to answer my email to assist. The app was great until some time last week when my text notifications will no longer stay enabled. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times and can't get it to stay enabled which means I am missing every update from my shoppers and deliveries. I can't seem to get it to work correctly now.

Horrible experience and overcharges with hidden fees. You don't get the same sale prices as in store, they charge 15-24% more in each item. I tried it for the first time and had to go into the store and wait for customer service to get my groceries, after waiting almost thirty minutes in my hot car before getting told I had to go in because nobody was available despite being on schedule. Wait time was supposed to have an ETA of 5 mins. I'd have saved time doing my own shopping. Got bad fruit
