It does its job for the most part but has some bugs and no way to report them Edit: I'm 100% sure you guys would get more helpful feedback if you added an option to report bugs through the app. Literally no one is gonna notice a bug and wait to call during business hours; it's your job to make it convenient, not our job to remember to call you on your time to help fix your app. Also like, screenshots.

I have tried so many times over the last year or so to get this app to work. Called and verified many tes if my phone number on file is even correct. I make every attempt to wait for a text message to verify my device and never receive the text message. This is so annoying I almost stop using Publix pharmacies altogether. Nobody you talk to knows how to fix this issue from the store level all the way up to corporate. Get this fixed. I would give this no stars if I could.

This app has so many problems: it's slow, it constantly has you re sign in, it crashes, etc etc. The one thing I've noticed is that when people leave a comment here about the problems they're having there's always a response about contacting customer service. It would be so much better if instead you would actually fix the app instead of telling each and every customer to contact you. My guess would be for everyone comment theirs 20 to 30 people that aren't leaving a comment that are having problems. Publix is such a great store, to include their pharmacy. However, stop putting the problem back on the consumer and just fix the app.

The app is alright for requesting refills, although adding a note to "in progress" prescriptions about when they're expected to be filled by would be nice. Kroger had that. Also, the payment feature is a joke. I can't even get it to load the screen, and the 1 time it did load the payment screen, the app froze up and failed when processing payment, which is really uncool. Shame too, because I'm disabled and would LOVE the ability to pay by app so that I could utilize the curbside pickup option

Update: Horrible! It takes forever to start, even longer to display the prescriptions (if it makes it that far without returning a network error,) displays multiple instances of the same prescription, and the 'Pay Now' feature fails to work 98% of the time. Once you submit a refill request, you can't view the status, all you see is a message that states "this prescription is currently unavailable for refill" and if for any reason the pharmacy is unable to fill it, it doesn't notify you.

I have uninstalled the app for now, because it has been completely unusable for the past few weeks. It won't let me log in at all, but I can log in just fine from a browser (either on my phone or on my computer). Please fix this app. 12/23 I STILL can't log in. It tells me "login incorrect," despite the exact same email address and password working just fine on the website.

The directions are not precise enough, they are quite confusing. I spent way too much time setting up this account. There should be step by step instructions as: (1)First step and etc. The code flashes up and it's gone. It took me an hour and a half to get completely set up. Quite frustrating. I can follow clear directions. I hope using this account is far easier than setting it up .

Good app but it gives me no notifications when my prescriptions are ready for pickup. Not on my phone or to email. Every notification setting on the app is checked, and my Galaxy S7 is set to allow notifications from this app. Have to open the app to check status, which isn't bad, but when you set it for notifications and you don't get them, it's frustrating.

Don't know what you people are doing to improve the app, but after not using it for months, and since downloading it on my new phone just now, it's dramatically changed into a downward spiral. Closes when you tap the payment options button. There's no fingerprint option. It seems to be missing features where it once was or needs to be.

Was good until it wasn't. Loved the app bc I could pay ahead and pick up fast. It just randomly stopped allowing me to log in. I reset my PW several times and still couldn't log in. I uninstalled the app and came here to get more info and see that I can go online. But what's the point of the app if I have to go online every time. I would think whatever bug would be worked out if you see this is happening repeatedly. I really hope this can be fixed as this made life easier.

The good: app is intuitive and I've never had any issues with refills/orders through the app. Notifications are accurate and my order always goes through. The bad: SUPER buggy. Particularly logging in. In fact, just starting today, tapping login does nothing other than refresh the page. I can't login anymore.

This app is horrible. It takes over a minute to load the home page. It takes even longer to get fom one option to the next. Trying to get a refill? Expect to spend about 5+ minutes. Paying through the app? It takes over 6 minutes. It's infuriating. I can't believe that Publix thinks this app is an acceptable alternative to the texts they used to send. This app would be so convenient if it worked properly. Publix, please release an app that "makes shopping a pleasure."

Slow, clunky, and buggy. It consistently shorts the number of prescriptions you attempt to prepay. I selected all 4, but it only charged me for 3. This happens ALL THE TIME. It's also incredibly slow! It takes 3-4 minutes just to pull up the prescriptions for only TWO PEOPLE. If it weren't for the fact that you can prepay before you head to the store, I wouldn't even use it anymore. It needs a serious overhaul.

So disappointed with the app. I refilled for two family members and when I went back and looked, they didn't show as being in progress. Looked at the web site and it didn't show any rxs in progress. Have been having problems paying through the app as well. I currently think this is a junk app. Please fix!! SLOW Editing to say it's even slower than when I first reviewed.

Great when it works. That's not saying a great deal, since I get excited if it functions correctly twice in a row. I've currently been attempting to refill one medication, which I guess I'll just go without all night at work tomorrow, for seven hours. This is due to an inability to log in, with this being the only app to ever give me even the slightest issue with biometric log-in on this phone. Makes it totally useless. Again.

I used to love this app. It hasn't worked in at least 2 months (since the last "fix"?). In the process of uninstalling and re-installing to see if that works. Please quit fixing what isn't broken! It used to ne easy to use and straightforward. Now it takes you through the signing then closes after telling me it didn't have any cards listed to pay (it had 2 before you fixed it). Then I get notice that this app continues to close and won't let me update the card or pay.

Hasn't worked for months. I used to be able to see my prescriptions and switch between myself and my husband quickly and easily on my phone, which was great. Now, it won't let me login at all. Every time I click anything in the app it opens my browser and asks me to login. When I login nothing happens. The app doesn't open back up. I go back to the app, click literally anything, and it takes me back yet again to the sign in screen. This was great when it worked. Now it's just wasted space.

About 1 week ago, this app worked great. It was precise & to the point. Today, some of my refills are mixed up & the list of my prescriptions have grown with names I don't recognize. My suggestion is put it back as it was (wish). Tried to go back into app, to get more info, but it just spins. I was part of the group from Winn Dixie & although I do prefer Publix, Winn Dixie's app worked much better. Thank you!

The app works well for ordering and seeing your prescriptions. The only problem is that seeing your statements only work and tablets not phones. On the tablet the app let's you give the permission for storage however the phone does not give you a option to give it storage even when you go to the settings. This makes it impossible to see your statements on the phone unless you use the website.

Update: A quick response from the developer appears to have fixed my problem. Thank you very much! I used to receive a text notification when my prescription was ready. Very convenient. But that stopped working for me some time ago, and numerous attempts to obtain a new verification number from within the app have always failed. Disappointed.
