Very bad experience. This app is very worst app. No solution provide by customer support. I mailed my problem and contact customer support executive. I unable to login in my account because I forgot the password. Attempt many time clicking forgot password and regenerating password but unable to login.

This app works really well except few important features are missing like opening and closing fd(fixed deposit) which is probably one of the major need-of-hour during this pandemic. One more thing is that there is some kind of bug like when you open it, it sometimes shows zero balance and no FD but as soon as you close the app and re-open it, it shows everything back to normal. But this small bug is enough to give you a major heart attack, and this happens only once in a blue-moon.

Very bad apps this app is not working many times and urgent transition then app fail and phone recharge options is very bad and not recharge phone . I have used this app a long time this service is very bad and I will complaint many time for email no complant solve and no response email I suggest to all do not used prathama up gramin bank online banking this app service is very poor so pls do not download this I suggest for used other Bank acount very bad

Facing a lot of bug very disappointing Sometimes the app opens sometimes it doesn't sometimes it stops working on its own I feel like the app is working on its own will and not on mine I am not able to pay in my loan from home it is only and only showing in transaction has failed due to invalid account number

After user creation I couldn't login, not a single transaction I could done with this app. This app have some technical or server issues like it not login and always log out simultaneously...... Without completing the task of transciation and so on!! Please fix the bugs of this bank application so it work smoothly!
