New app. It is worser im not going to lie. Older app was more smoother and easier to use. I would have just updated the older app. Fix it!

New app less user friendly then the last. No mile range or travelled and the lock isn't a simple button on home screen but on a second screen.

Pure Air Go doesn't get connected to the App. The Updated version app is the problem. Old version used to connect smoothly.

Doesn’t connect to my Pure Air scooter. The old app worked fine on my Samsung S23 but since updating to the S25 it now doesn't even open and phone is reporting issues with the app and puts it into deep sleep due to the issues? Would be great if Pure would update and test this app on S24 and S25.

Won't connect to my Pure Air Pro LR . Run all updates, phone OS fully updated yet no connection. Perhaps somebody in charge of the app updates can help me! If they even read these reviews. Thought Pure were a reputable company, seems strange that they aren't replying to any critical reviews!! 🤔🤔🤔

Pure air pro 4 doesn't work with this. The previous app doesn't work on S24. I work for a realtor selling these and I make sure people are aware of this. Apparently, in the what's new section, this app supports commands to a car. Good god. Mclaren have now put their name to this.. Good product, terrible app and execution. Presumably, a new app to distance from the rightfully terrible reviews. Just put some other way to unlock cruise control on the scooter and put this dumpster fire to rest.

My pure air won't connect, I had no issues at all with the old app it worked a dream, but I don't know what they have done with this new app. I can search and find the scooter but when I try and connect via Bluetooth it just won't connect, 1 very unsatisfied customer :(

would give 0 star if possible. this dodgy company have decided to complete nuked the ability for the gen 1 and 2 scooters to connect to the new version of the app. so now anyone that bought a gen 1 or 2 now cant do anything with there phone, which includes locking it. youve deleted features I had already paid for when I bought my scooter, I want my money back

not compatible with 1st gen Pure Air, it appears when I search but doesn't connect. The old app worked, I don't see why compatibility was dropped. They must be capable of including this since the old app still works albeit it's now hidden in the play store so unless you already have it installed or have a backup of the APK file you're screwed. Dunno why they can't do what most manufacturers do and allow the connection while just disabling any features that aren't compatible with older models.

Description starts by stating this is to control your car, so not a great start. App does at least open, so we're doing better than the last iteration of the app ever did. That's the end of the good news though, once the scooter is discovered and selected in the Bluetooth screen the app just sits on a connecting screen until that just disappears without any reason or write messages.

the new UI update is terrible!!! I really miss the old, clean white and black design. It was perfectly laid out, and all the options were exactly where they were meant to be. The lock being on the main screen was very convenient and now I have to mess around In the settings just to find it. The new redesign also has a very budget feel. PLEASE change it back.

It works.....aaand that's the only positive thing about it and I am being generous here cause the design and functionality of this app is just abysmal. I mean in order to lock the scooter (pretty vital everyday function no?) I have to connect with the scooter AGAIN via BT (why can't it just remember my device???), then go to a menu, enter a menu within another menu and tap 'LOCK' and there you have it finally. I've seen teenagers make better apps than this seriously...

What you did is outrageous — disabling an app used by hundreds or thousands of customers without providing a replacement. The owners of Gen 1 and Gen 2, whom you abandoned, could’ve been buying new scooters soon. But instead, you crapped all over an entire base of loyal customers. Personally, I no longer trust you. I will never buy another scooter from you — I’m switching to a more reliable brand.

It'd be nice to be able to remember which scooter you used last and just auto connect when thr app is opened. When you do open the app and it doesn't connect, can you have everything greyed out but be able to see your last battery percentage/mileage/time used. Dark mode too. I'd love to see current wattage used so you can see if you are using too much power when on hills

i cant even connect the scooter. i have a kimoa PURE air⁴ and when i downloaded this app and pressed 'available devices' , it didnt say anything that started with (ZYD) the only thing i found was a connection called PURE. i pressed it and it didnt work
