For blockbuster movies PVR passport isn't applicable for a week (it was changed on 8th July but the terms and conditions were not updated) . You guys should have should have inserted that term right on the passport .... just like you guys inserted INOX bookings into PVR app .

Simply they ask us to send mail but no revert after sending mail... Just bluffing us so that they care about us.. case id is 02874096 just sent one server msg we are looking into your concern but not actually i have shared everything along with screenshot and mobile number but no revert...i have already written many times shared case id also cant you refer your mails

Can't book tickets, the payment gateway ends abruptly, sometimes doesn't reach the payment gateway at all. Deleting the app. Bad experience and the staff in person didn't provide any solution either

PVR is doing scam for some movies. There are not allowing for latest Deadpool movie, not eligible for this movie for booking. There are not even mention in their terms and conditions. But in FAQs they have mentioned that first day shows in weekdays. As per them this blockbuster nonsense thing is applicable from 8th July, but till now they have not mentioned in there website or in app. They simply want the money from the people who buys passport. Don't buy this and get pissed off and scammed.

Worst and slow UX. Taking too much time to load a page. I have been spending almost 30 min on app and still not able to book tickets. Are the developers intentionally doing it to redirect users to bookmyshow.. If i press unknowingly on any button, then have to wait atleast 30 seconds to complete loading. Then only we can go back to previous page.

The worst app I have ever used. It is slow, glitchy and nothing works. I got scammed with that passport feature. Passport has automatically disappeared 3 days before due date. Sometimes doesn't even allow you to book movies, just keeps giving the error something went wrong. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this app and the pain that comes with it just to use it.

Useless app, doens't show seats. When clicked on show timings, it gets hang... disappointing from PVR , even Inox app doesn't work. Website has same issue , they should stop these websites and apps , clearly its out of their capabilities, even smaller companies have better app.. should feel ashamed

After purchasing the passport passport I m unable to book the ticket using the voucher during the week times. What is the use of passport . It is simply waste of money . I m getting below message while booking the tickets. Your Passport Voucher is currently not valid for booking a ticket for this movie. Please choose a different movie and attempt the booking again.

If anyone come accross this review. Refrain yourself from buying the passport. It's waste of your money and nothing else. 1st, you cannot use passport in the first week of movie release. 2nd, every small festivals are blackout days. So eventually you will lose 3-4 days in there as well. No doubt why PVR is broke now. Better mention these two things in the terms and conditions.

service I received related to the "345 offer" plan provided by PVR Cinemas. I had purchased this plan, which allows customers to watch four movies within 30 days. However, I encountered significant issues that have prevented me from utilizing this offer. On August 14, 2024, I attempted to book tickets through both the PVR website and mobile app. neither the website nor the app was operational, rendering it this all PVR plan that customer not able use 345 offer on 14/8/2024 very poor service.

Worst app Ever..i recently bought a 349 monthly pass but whenever I try to book it's showing change the theater, change the movie even when you are raising a query on call which comes always busy...and when you whatsapp your query... constantly saying namaste and we will appoint a assistant for you but they never do.. Very frustrating app

It's very shity app, neither the passport works nor this app work, it's simple fraud done on the name of passport, tried calling customer care and guess what they just show that they have Customer support, but I'm reality there is nothing and no customer support, this company is just frauding the money on the name of passport and various other scheme, i will register the complaint against them, if they don't refund me.

One of the most worst app experience, where is the payment section to add and remove my cards, once I add my Amazon account to use Amazon pay balance for ticket purchasing, I have 2 Amazon accounts the unrequired Amazon account is added to my amazon pay balance section now want to remove that, but there is no option to remove🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️.... Please design the app properly and release into the market team, Any ecommerce and ticketing apps have seperate "PAYMENTS" section but you don't 👎

Worst experience. They are not able to refund my money it's almost 1 month. zero rating. Due to autopay they changed twice for single Passport and not even I got passport and my money back.they msg me- "we will refund you around 8 days and if you not got refund then contact me " it almost 1 money they are not replying me back . And pvr contact number is always busy. I have done with pvr application. I recommend u don't use this application. Worst experience 😞.

I’ve encountered issues multiple times while trying to book a ticket using my PVR Passport. Despite it being a Monday, I received an error message saying the cinema can't be booked try other dates or other movi. This is frustrating as Monday to Thursday bookings are supposed to be allowed. By the time they respond, the day will have passed, and I won’t be able to utilize my booking.

It seems to encounter new issues frequently—sometimes the server is down, other times payment is taken without a booking confirmation, and on occasion, I've been charged twice for a single ticket. Additionally, the customer service hours are quite limited. With all due respect, I would advise caution when considering using this service." Worst experience!" Rest assured, I won't be recommending this to my friends.

They made me really very upset because of their pvr passport. Before buying it, I read all about there FAQs and everything, nowhere there was a mention of they not letting you watch some specific movie if they want to. I bought the passport weeks before just so that I can watch Deadpool 3 using it. It was not allowed using passport to book that movie. I contacted their customer service through, call, whatsapp and mail, but no success. This is a single event that made me loose all trust on pvr.

Worst marketing gimmick... I have been a pvr passport user for a long time. However whenever there's a new movie release with a decent amount of hype. App will crash and it won't even let you book any of those tickets. This is happening April each and every month worst experience ever. Don't fall for this.

Worst experience, I bought their passport offer. Whenever I book tickets, there's some error money deducted and still I wasn't able to book the ticket. I waited soo long outside. No help from there counter or there customer service. Just an advice, if you can't afford good app developers, just don't make offers like this which most of time doesn't work.

The PVR app is a frustrating experience. It doesn’t open properly, booking tickets is sometime impossible, and it crashes frequently. Overall, a very bad app. Very bad experience. Please, resolve the technical issue of the app and website. Note: Still no improvement have been made so far. The app still loading and slow. Cannot be able to book any tickets. Also, no customer support. Worst app.
