Asking too many irrelevant permissions like locations, mic, etc. Asking for too much information, have to log in to use and so on. Why? Other apps don't need that. So I'm uninstalling this. Thanks devs

The CSM is so annoying, they contact me personally by whatsapp just to announce a promo that they have. Why don't you just do it in the app? Its been a couple month and I'm going to uninstall, such a waste actually, I paid some features here.

the simplest and yet the one I am looking for: Offline with Cloud Save = work with no internet, yet the save is in the Cloud so I can manage from anywhere. Love it being free with feature unlock by one-time payment (not subscription). Waiting for Win10 support, will be perfect then

Not good. Can't register with Email address. Losing phone number will be disaster for the businessmen whom use this app. Not useful CS Rep, who don't understand English convo at all. Uninstalling now. Considering another better app with email registration.

Kinda hard to search for specific transactions such as transaction history on specific product. The features are complete. But the search function needs to have more options.

I can't even reset my password I logged out of my account, and when I tried to login every pin I tried is wrong. I attempted to reset my pin, and it's always giving a system error --> "please try again later" I was hoping this Qasir app could be a good alternative to Kasir Pintar, Buku Warung and the likes. Ternyata sama aja. Gw di minta kontak mereka di live chat? Masuk aja ga bisa, pihak lu lah yang seharusnya kontak pengguna. Ga niat emang.

Please give an optional for the update time.. Cuz it's terrible when it suddenly has to update while we just had to use it for the transaction. Meanwhile we couldn't asked the customer to wait for us to update this. So please.. make it an optional for update later while we could have spare time.

Very useful application to track you business conditions, especially the transaction. The features is good but as always there are still rooms for improvement. Good Job 👍

The server of the apps goes down these 2 days. And it took couple hours to get it up again. I paid for pro version for a year and it will expired next month. And after this issue, I reconsider to terminate my subscription.

It's very helpful and easy to use. The basic features are enough for a small business needs. But if you want to go extra mile, the premium features are very great with reasonable price. Totally love it!

It was a really good app and simple to used. I subscribed for pro version and get the grab merchant integration but as well as you guys need to know, the grab option group feature was not available in this version. So be aware if your store really need those option.

keep developing your awesome app! you guys are awesome, i feel grateful to find this app. just a lil bit feedback here, try to move refresh to the main page or in the history of transaction page, so its gonna be easier to refresh the page and not re opening the settings page. and i ve found the bug, even when we ve refresh the page, the realtime result still wont appear for the latest transaction, i have to log out and log in again to see the latest information. hope you guys have a good day.

For now I give it a 4 stars, but potential to be 5 stars. Some inputs: 1. Configuration should be able in both apps (web and mobile), for now mobile apps has better option to configure.) 2. Might consider the web apps to be a back office apps with better configuration and customisation. 3. Before finalizing transaction, it is better to have confirmation and review screen (not immediate posting), also able to go back for editing. 4. Need to consider discount with buy 2 get 3 options. Great Apps!

great app! to think that this app's are mostly free and only cost you a little to upgrade!. Would be great if they can add a royalty system for customers UPDATE: been using this apps for over 5 months now. the inventory system need a fix please! When u have 2 outlets, stocks if often mixed, when u transfer between outlets, it doesnt automatically transferred( well, sometimes it does, partially). i have put a feedback in regard of this but havent seen any improvement.
