By far, this is the worst airline customer service. My account was locked and I cant access it and it has taken me over a year now to resolve it, for unrealistic demands. They just dont care about satisfaction, not to mention basic rules of business. Now I lost my miles because of this irresponsible careless customer service. Consider this when you book with them.

out of all the airline apps I currently have, this app the most glitches, most problems and is far from smooth. sometimes I'm signed out, can't access profile, problems booking. they need to sit with AA and ask them how to get it right. and trust me, I'm not a fan of AA but I must give them credit for their app.

The app is extremely slow (never mind that the Qatar Aiways website isn't much faster either) and I keep getting random error messages and have to repeat things a few times before they work isn't the best either. Overall the app seems to pull information from a very slow behind the scenes database and feels like it's about to crash.

Poor system, there is no reason to log out of the user every 30 minutes from the website, especially when doing live chat support I have to wait a long time again to complete my request I did that 3 times now, and also live chat is not available on the mobile app, I don't know why, you need to hire better engineers to make your system better when working under pressure.

I must say that QATAR AIRWAYS SHOULD WORK ON THEIR APP MORE OFTEN. It's like we can't manage our booking through their app. Two weeks back I got my itinerary changed but I am not able to accept the change or request a refund through their own designated app till now, how weird is that !? Also it takes ages for them to load the seat map to select your seat. A premium airlines company should take care of these things if they have to be the best in what they do. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ASAP

You'd think the app would work inside Hamad airport in Doha since, you know, I'm IN Qatar and using the airport wifi no less. However I'm getting error after error and have to attempt everything at least 3 times to have a chance of getting somewhere in the app. Not even anything fancy, just updating app settings and checking my flight status. Further the website is not very mobile friendly so I'm just switching back and forth I'm vain hoping that one ends up doing what I want it to.

The app is extremely poor because certain services become restricted after using just one leg of the ticket, such as seat selection or changing the booking. When booking, the change fee or refund amount in case of cancellation is not disclosed. The live chat service is also very poor — no one will respond, as this seems to be a deliberate practice by Qatar Airways.

This app is useless. useless, full of glitches, discount codes that are a complete waste of time. what is the point of the app if you cannot receive real time flight updates? after 3 app updates, why can I not complete a booking? sack the company involved with the App management and find another.

Horrible app. Some fields are said as optional but forces you to input it. Sometimes all information is correctly entered and then throws some random error. Whoever maintains this app surely has low quality when it comes to user experience and proper testing. If you can't fix the bugs, don't put an app out there and ruin the customer experience!

Unable to complete a booking, got as far as the emergency contact page,most fields it refuses me to access and pressing continue does nothing Tried every which way Also keeps dropping my promo code when going back Had to use the website and via a PC, only to find another major problem using Firefox won't go beyond flight summary to payment/seat selection. Had to use Edge. Took me over 3 hours to make a booking. Also don't need the Ryanair style extras that you have to click through!!

The app is alright, but it's super slow. I tried booking a flight a bunch of times, and it took forever to load. When I tried using promo codes, nothing would load. I tried adding a family member, but I couldn't even submit the documents. I just ended up using the website.

Very slow app. Takes forever to load, logs you out all the time, and for some reason insists on an OTP every time you want to do anything. Good airline, horrible app. Also won't let you paste your password to log in, which completely undermines the security of a password manager. They don't have any idea of digital security and it's very frustrating

Poor user experience with how quickly the app logs you out and requires a text code for 2FA. Being used by travellers there needs to be an option for an email code as a lot of people aren't using roaming so won't receive the text messages. I'm able to access the app through the flight wifi but not able to get a otp through text so I'm unable to log in and check the status of my next leg.

Customer service is terrible! 😡 Requesting transit accommodation and getting confirmation is almost impossible, you'll have to call them many times on weekly basis, and each time you call they seem to solve your issue, but later to find out the issue persists. Doing it yourself online is also a nightmare, if the site doesn't return an error message, good luck to you entering your DOB. as you'll have to go back one year each click and you can't choose the year as the drop down menu is grayed.

Great airline, I've been a loyal customer for years but this app is one of the most HORRIBLE APPS I've ever used. It's so so slow and unresponsive. It always logs me out and I've lost years of my life to pass the 2FA. I have to repeat each process at least twice - checking in, changing seats, it's so frustrating horrible horrible experience. You need to fix this - bin the fancy animations and invest in something simple that actually works.

Disappointed. Whenever I opened the app it instructed me to sign in and that it will automatically retrieve my airplane tickets and other data from my profile. But each time I entered my credentials, I was supposed to receive a code in my email and/or cell phone number, but there was a message saying "something went wrong, try again later". I had this app for almost a month but it never worked so I had to uninstall it.

App has worse function than their site. Need to add a wheelchair for your spouse? NO! Need to set a meal preference for a child? NO! Oh, it will have all the options there to do it but won't save any changes. And the app won't even let you add your bookings, so no luck thinking it might be more useful. Best of luck to all flying.

App doesn't work reliably. Will display upcoming travel on moment, then you can't find it minutes later. Can go in and add booking reference # to "add" upcoming travel (which you already may have added, repeatedly), will show added, but then doesn't display anywhere in the app. Very frustrating, and unreliable for active travelers. Very disappointing, given the outstanding reputation of Qatar Airways, and the excellent service of your flight and cabin crews.

This is horrible. I can't login. There's an error almost everytime it tries to send me the OTP. The one or two times I did actually login, it froze at the pop-up that asked to send notifications. I have been trying this for months. I have flown a few flights on Qatar already and I have credit for none of them because I can't get any of their tech to work (even the website has issues). I even tried customer service who told me the best answer was to not use the app at all. It was quite helpful

Desktop platform encourages you to use App, the App is unstable, pop-up window- connection error which is daily, and the App is up to date, and i use the same Internet connection for desktop. Unable to find the reward calendar on the app, desktop version, the calendar is also unstable. I love Qatar Airways, but the app needs serious redevelopment. It is not as user-friendly as QA thinks, and the negative reviews speak volumes. I just hope the powers above are listening to customers.
