App crashed, just used once, ordered, then frequently crashes while opening the app, Report sent while App stopped working. After April update, it crashes in my walton device also

Gonna be honest with you, this seems like Evaly 2.0 all the 5 star reviews here are definitely fake cause the app is horrible. Ordered food with the 30% offer and it wasn't even initiated for 1 hour even though call center called to confirm. So glad I chose Cash On Delivery or else my money would've been gone as well like all the other reviewers are saying. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE.

I orderd food from a restaurant, the called and said the item is not available, so I said bring another but they called and said they don't have rider nearby thays why they have to cancel the orders on two similar occasions.

The worst app I have ever seen. No one should order from this app. They take orders, provide wrong information and deliver food 2-3 hours later. They make excuses like they have shortage in delivery man and make you suffer a lot. Totally wasted my money.

Very unprofessional. They cancelled my order and did not even refund my money on bkash! They're customer service looks into the matter but never did anything to actually return my money. Don't use this app.

Overall It's a great app with a lot of features & assets though online shopping is quite risky in this time. But Qcoom!! has manage to secure every delivery. I think It's an excellent app for online shopping.

3rd class service. I ordered food from here, and they just showed waiting for confirmation for the last 2 hours. Called them and their phone was not reachable. Called the delivery man and he told me that was not his order. It Just spoiled my time. Should be rated minus 0.

Worst food delivery app ever.I used foodpanda and pathao before.But this app is so bad as those.I ordered from a restaurant and they called me that the food is not available. After that,I ordered again from another restaurant and paid the bill.But they also told me that the restaurant is closed.How funny!!What about my taka which I paid???

It doesn't work without location permission. Shows exit and update options, but just installed from playstore, so how can i update it again!?.Want to say something about Qcoom, it is another big cheat ecommerce after E-Orange. Earlier in 2021, they did not deliver many products of their own accord despite having enough time, but they ran many campaigns. Those refundlists are also giving selectively, those who give them some % (10-12%) get their order id on the list! It's a nonsense e-commerce.
