This app is probably the worst food app I've ever seen. It is confusing and very poorly designed! Unless you order items exactly as they are offered on the menu (no customization at all) you will likely have a problem, and even then you will likely have problems! It's so bad, in fact, that I've never been able to place an order with it! I wish QDOBA would start over from scratch with this app because I order food from there at least 1x/week. I'd definittely do it more if the app worked well!

Used to work great. I could order easily from the app (except I can no longer order a veggie burrito without the fajita veggies, please change that back). Recently however, the app runs SO slow to the point that it won't load at all. If it does load and I click on any option from the home page I have to close the app to go back to the home page. No longer functions well enough to use. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same.

Old app worked great but the one one doesn't work at all. Locks up too much and takes several minutes for a screen to load. Plus when I scanned the code at the restaurant it didn't give me my discount. Did you even test the app and new system before you rolled it out? The best part is the feedback section of the app doesn't load. Way to go Qdoba.

App used to work well enough, but now it won't let me log in. That's if you can get past the splash page when you open the app. I had to uninstall and clear the apps storage just to get to the log in page, and then it doesn't work. Guess I'll go elsewhere if I can't use my rewards. That's not even to mention that my rewards points seem to disappear if I don't use them fast enough. That's BS. Pretty quick way to lose a bunch of business from a frequent customer.

New app has issues! If you select a later pickup time, you can't see the time or date selection on the screen. You have to keep tapping in the dark area to find the date and time selection to change it. Also if you are redeeming a coupon or points/perks and the total price is $0.00, you still need to enter a credit card in order to process the order.

I really don't care about the functionality as much. They used to have occasional coupons I'd get in the mail like buy one get one. Those have disappeared. The offers in app are awful. It's one thing that in-store prices have gone up, but if you want your app or "deals" to bring me back, well they aren't. Don't get me wrong, I looove Qdoba, but they are too expensive for me to consider them regularly. I haven't been their in months mostly for that reason. This app does NOTHING to help that.

Smooth interface and worked with local store seemlessly. Options are very constrictive compared to ordering in the store. Consider the subway app that lets you specify, light/normal/heavy per ingredient. I was ordering for 6 people so the app was still very convenient. But if it's just me, I'll skip the app and order in store to get better customization.

App is broken! After the transition to the new app, my account was totally reset. I lost all points (2-3000), rewards, and status tier. I never received the several bonus $2 chips and queso deals promised. I emailed and was told someone would be in touch and no response. Super lame and super frustrating! If I have to start over, it might as well be with Chipotle.

UI is confusing. Adding items with options may or may not show you how to add that item, but it will still throw an error: "Add a protein" error, but no proteins are listed. You have to click on the unmarked button to get to a hidden menu. Submenues say "add to order", but they don't add to the order; you have to click the top level menu with the same button name. It's just a poor design and execution overall. LOL, my girlfriend calls it "The Devils App."

Great for points and rewards. Not so great for orders. Kids nacho doesn't allow any of the toppings beyond queso, protein, and beans even though my daughter has always been able to get it in the restaurant. Also dosen't allow to get light or extra of anything, except meat, or half & half of anything like beans, rice, or meat. There's a special instructions line but you only get 15 characters. Lastly, almost half the time I try to order I get an error saying that my restaurant is offline.

New mobile app and rewards program are poor. The app interface is boring and slow. Information takes forever to load and the design is in-general very boring. The old UX at least had character to it. Taking away the champ perk of $2 chips and queso was a really poor decision. It was a major incentive to visit Qdoba and purchase more menu items. We understand it costs Qdoba money, increasing the price to $3+ would have been a better decision to balance this out. I am sad to say that I will no longer be frequenting Qdoba. This was a turn in the wrong direction.

I love qdoba but this app sucks. It's always crashing and laggy. If i accidentally click on a weong entree it doesn't let me back up or go to the menu, I have to completely close the app and start over again. It takes forever to load any section of the menu. The app also crashes almost everytime i hit submit order and there's a 50/50 chance of whether it actually submitted my order or not.

Since the beginning of this year, the app has really been buggy. Unable to place orders, issues with adding items and being sent back to the locations page, etc. Used to be an avid Qdoba customer. Now, it's a once a month ordeal if that. I only order when I have an hour to waste.

I've had to reset my password multiple times. When I go on the website itself it will let me log in to my account but when trying to use the exact same password on the app it keeps saying I have the wrong password although it's literally the same one I've used on the website. I've even tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it and still have an issues. Very annoying

The app is just fine. The service model at the store SUCKS! I thought that the point of ordering ahead on the app was so you could jump the line. When I arrived, there were about a dozen customers in line, each stepping up and placing their order. Each of them received their order and left before I saw anyone even start on mine. Chipotle has the method down to a science. Qdoba is a step above. Why don't they get it?

Rewards could be better. No place to put for extra toppings of a single topping. Birthday reward is one item instead of being able to choose from a few....some people may be lactose or gluten intolerant and only have chips and cheese to choose from. Like the convenience of online ordering but could use a few tweets to perfect item ordering and rewards.

The ordering part of the app works great and is well-organized. The feedback submission page is entirely borked on mobile though and causes the app to freeze :( Editing 2 years afterward: It would also be wonderful if I could autofill my credentials from my password manager to log back into the app after it has performed an update.

Does the job, app has become dated and needs revision. Needs better support for efficient menu navigation, order revisions and scheduling, and modern payment methods. Devs: Don't overthink it and delay years - do an uplift in phases starting with easy payments ...and refunds. Look at taco bell refunds for what not to do. They charge even if the store is closed and require you to ask for a refund.

Edit 2024: This app has come a long way since having to order in 15min increments; still room for improvement. UI is still a bit clunky and rewards with special deals (2x or BOGO) can be hidden until checkout. Free/discounted chips is probably the least enticing reward/perk, imo. Would like to see a different option. Old Review circa 2022: Unnecessarily Redesigned. New looks are completely different, like going from dark to light mode where most other apps are going in the opposite direction.

Needs a fix! Tried to order breakfast for delivery. The closest Qdoba (2.5 miles) doesn't do breakfast but the next one over (2.8 miles) does. The app defaults to the closest location when doing delivery (even though it's closed), thereby blocking my ability to order breakfast delivery. Besides that it's kinda slow and constantly needs updates. But the point system is nice and usually I can get my food ordered. Please fix this!
