This App always working fine with me since I started using it, I had to repeat the process only when I got new phone.

Horrible experience. Took me 2 months to receive my activation codes and it doesn't work while signing in from desktop

Always gives me wrong OTP after changing my cell phone i am trying to contact qnb call center but without any benefits really it is poor application

Very bad, hard to complete the process BM and NBE Tokens are easier than QNB one. I am so sad and angry for this experience.

not working on s10 Android 9.0 says that "the app is developed for an older android version" , contacted the developer last week and they didnt bother replying.

This app crashes every few days, which requires to contact the bank call center and ask for re-activation. Worst app ever.

This application is really the worst.. I've been trying to activate the mtoken for almost 3 days now and it always gives wrong token and even the CS couldn't help.

Everytime I type in the OTP into the internet banking service, I get an error. I always have to call 19700 for help. Very bad user experience.

The application is not working on my Oppo A93. It has the latest version of Android 11. The camera is not capturing the QR code. Even the manual activation does not accept the first otp. It sucks!

After using new mobile with android version (9) I can't even open the app and I am receiving the following message "This app was built for an older version of Android and my not work properly. Try checking for updates or contact the developer" with no updates available. Kindly advise.

This application is never about security. It is about how a place can be so stupid. Every time I remove a SIM card, I just have to go through the same process of applying for a new activation number. please just try to find reasonable ways. I understand how your development team can be so poor. But, you make enough money already. Hire a better team.
