The worst experience ever every time i try to log in it doesn't work , 1st it tells me the password or username is incorrect even it's correct so i change the password then i try again i have to write the otp which it takes 6 hours to be sent

Very poor experience... Very basic app for a financial service... Add ui, fingerprint, pin code, more animations, it needs to be smoother... Overall qnb is a big bank for such a dull experience

It's really annoying every time I log in , and it keeps saying pass is wrong many many times and after two hours it works with same password pls fix these problems

I can't even create an account, everytime i choose my city it tells me that the service isn't available, tho if i choose another city it go on, hopefully you can fix that issue soon

1) Navigation is extremely slow regardless of my network internet speed. 2) Would be nice if you can include a dark mode theme.

The betoken authorisation process is really difficult and painful to use. It requires a lot of patience or several calls to the hot line for technical assistance. Please use a single user friendly application without complex authentication processes. Please avoide Betoken.

The app is laggy, unresponsive most of the time , and fells very cheap. As a qnb client I should at least have modern looking "functional" app.

Total waste of time and MB's on Downloading it ..... Very useless for non bank customers .. registration is not working at all ..... Non relevant to the TV add at all , as if the add was made for an app and they published it but forgot to add any service in it 😂😂😂

The application is good but it is really disappointing to login every time, you should add login by fingerprint or by a pin which would be easier, also the UI need to be improved it is really outdated.

App needs debugging , it's not responding properly. It needs Front end work . And smooth widgets with accurate performance. When you done fixing it let me know please . Good luck and wish you all success

App quality is really low and cheap No fingerprint, buggy, lacking important features, poor overall experience , Interface is really outdated and dull. App is so basic for a banking service technically the worst in the industry so even telda is way better. Honestly they should overhaul the whole app

This App Needs : (1)» a lot of improvements in all the main and sub-screens in the app. (2)» improving the speed. (3)» adding other services such as the main application for QNB mobile banking services for other accounts outside the QNB Bebasata app. Please work quickly on these improvements and add them to the QNB Bebasata app.

I've been using this banking app for several months now, and I'm still amazed by how user-friendly and efficient it is. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to find what I need. The security features are top-notch, and I feel confident that my money is safe. I especially love the ATM deposit feature, which has saved me countless trips to the bank. The customer support team is also excellent and always quick to respond to my questions. It's the best banking app I've ever used.
