If there is less than 1 star i would give to this crashy and bugy app. After update it doesn't even open any more So annoying that you can't even have another wallet.

Why there is no option to manually enter the amount I need to recharge in FAWRY services(Telecom and Internet)? You only provide me with fixed amounts to use (10,30,60,100, ...etc) If I need to recharge by 80 EGP, I need many steps 1-recharge with 60 EGP 2-wait 10 minutes ( as you are not allowed to recharge for the same number within 10 minutes) 3-recharge with 10 EGP 4-wait another 10 minutes 5-recharge for 10 EGP So to recharge I need almost 25 minutes And this is a very time consuming

It ia a worse app I couldn't open it, and even after calling customer service, they recommended to uninstall then reinstall it, which already done too many time, but nothing happened they're unprofessional

The app takes a very long time loading and when it opens it all the transactions declined!!! Awful service.

Sometimes take a long time and can't be logged in then appear this message " registration failed " !! And I have to wait a long time ( manny hours ) to can login again !!

Too many bugs , and unable to create my account also i visited the branch twice , and called customer service ,, terminal app login after one minute ,, this message always open when i tray to login.

The last update is bugged the app doesn't work I have uninstalled then reinstalled it more than 3 times , tried delete caches , erase data nothing works the app just got ruined !! Fix it !

The last update is so bad it doesn't work and I need to use it because there is money on it. Please solve the problem is necessary and for the work I have tried it on more than one device. And I need the previous version because it is good

Last update is the worst one Keep crashing down in every process and logout from the account. A bank dealing with billions and has zero experience to employ a great programmer to keep the customer satisfied. I'll change this bank asap.

It's been 2 days and the app won't open ,it gives me white screen and nothing more ,I reinstalled it and still the same issue ..please fix it !!

Always shows a message of "no internet connection" in all cases even if there is a downloading is running in the background. It's a shame to be a giant bank like QNB and don't have developers to run this simple application.

Worst service ever. Thieves. After i deposited wallet with money. I failed to send money to somebody else wallet. I suffered to reach cuatomer service after hours of trial. When i finally reached them they told me after putting me on hold that they cannot know the reason of declining my transaction. They added that they sent inquiry to responsible dep. And i shall call back within two days to know the reason. They added that i cannot take back the money i put in my wallet unless through ATM.

The basics are good but still need more developments to cover all electronic payment methods and be much effective, Edit:- Latest INTERFACE update is awful and bad , the previous interface was perfect

when I installed this app for the 1st time , It was working good & I've made many transactions on it , paying my bills and recharging my mobile credit. for 1 week ago I couldn't even recharge my quota through fawry and the Error message appears says that the service is currently unavailable. please fix it .

The application is not starting at all, ive tried to uninstall and then re-install like 5 times with no use at all!! The bank is not giving any option to access the wallet services through web page, it's this stupid application or nothing!!!!

"This application is very poor, it frequently encounters errors and we have to contact customer service. Its capabilities are limited and there are no features to help customers communicate with multiple entities. I don't know if the developers read user comments and ratings for the application, and where is the management that follows up?"

It became worse than before as I couldn't open it, and even after calling customer service, they recommended to uninstall then reinstall it, which already done too many time, but nothing happened looks like it is technical issue but they are not familiar with the solution which let them replied with unconvinced respond

If there is less than one star, I would choose it. At first, it was very slow, and now it doesn't even start. I tried calling the customer service, but their response was to uninstall the app and reinstall it, which I had already tried more than once before calling them. They are unprofessional. This is a frustrating service.

Always couldn't open, if open very slow, plus it applies fees for every transaction
