Last update in 29 June just doesn't work. It shows a pdf that the device is not compliant with security policy requirements or rooted, which is nonse. My device has never been rooted or has any strange applications. I've been using the app for more than 6 months and just this update is not working now!!!

Edited: I gave it only one star now as the app doesn't work probably at all. The login sometimes works and other times no. It's slow and has very limited features. I can only view my accounts and transfer money between them. Transfer money to other accounts is essential feature which only possible via the website which is not user friendly. I hope you improve the mobile app for better user experience for your customers.

Very poor application, kept crashing every few days saying that my phone is insecure. It is not only my problem, but also a problem for many clients. How come the app developers think!! Please fix that issue as soon as posible. We expect developing the app and adding more feautures to it, however, in reality it is not even working well.

It's a poor app, no real internet banking: only checking your account status and few personal services. complaining concerning a specific issue failed to work out. You cannot do any transfers or payment transactions to another account in an external bank or even in the same bank. I wish this app to be improved in order to be adequate to the daily use and save the hassle to go to the bank.

I registered myself and it went successful, yet when i try to log on i get "error processing request" message every time, even changed the password and tried still the same thing. When i called your support service all they said that the servers are down save they don't know when will things get up and running, which i find very inconvenient answer. A whole day has passed and i still can't log in to my account.

Worst banking application ever. I don't care about UI, it's doesn't even work most of the time! Especially when it's needed the most! Error! No Data Found! Proxy Error! All of these are examples of the numerous examples I get when trying a simple transfer of funds between within my account!

I logged into my account through your Android app. The problem is when I click on accounts tab; it shows me a message of "no account data found"!! I can't show my accounts or pay my credit card. However, my accounts and everything works just fine on the desktop website. I wonder what is the purpose of this app if it's not properly working!!

I just downloaded the app for first time and it keeps crashing, i reinstalled it and it keeps crashing, i wanted to make account in qnb but i can't because the app is broken

Extremely buggy app with an awful GUI. When you change your password, it says not to use any of your last 5 passwords, which is a major security concern. Random errors occur when trying to transfer money (even between my own accounts). App stopped working altogether starting Android 12. This app was released almost five years ago with promises of new features every couple of months. Since then, no new features had been added and the original features are as clanky and unserviceable as day 1.

App is not working, it's redirecting to a pdf saying my phone is not secured enough!!! Edit: It works but you need to turn off developer options. So this is the review after I used the app, I would say that it's buggy and the purchase system is bad UX is bad it's slow even slow in updating the transaction history, and pending transactions take very unpleasantly long time and then the date of purchase becomes the date of approving the pending transaction, it becomes a useless date.

Horrible performance!! Due to the very slow response of the app it can make dramatic changes when you are dealing with figures and transfers. very week app, but better than nothing for such not that much reliable bank. Take care!! The app error messages are very few and if found not sufficient to explain what is the issue so you are on your own why it didn't work.

Awful app, you have to uninstall it many times, and then reinstall it before it works, probably too many clients in use. Has to be fixed Immediately as we don't want to go to the bank to finish our tasks

Very bad experience almost when I chose account it show no account even after I reopen the app The crashed alot of times by showing loading circle without and change
