Your apps do not allow one to upgrade their account, it says i have to add dob, but it doesn't allow for it,i tap it and i can't input anything in the bar for it,fix this in the next upgrade.

The app is faulty and doesn’t work well. After downloading and installing it, I couldn’t open it. I’ve made several attempts to uninstall and reinstall the app, but it still doesn’t work.
