If I could give this card minus 5 stars , I would. Money from preauthorizations were never credited back to my card over 800 Dollars!! Spent hours trying to get my money and was told it would be put back in 10 days Never happened. Terrible customer service they say they don't handle this card and transfer you to am automated system where u can do nothing!! I want my 800 Dollars back! It's been almost 2 months!!

Hilariously Unprofessional. When inquiring about setting up a new account, this is the response I received: Hello there, Intuit regularly monitors accounts for security, and we have made a business decision to close your account. Please locate another service for your banking and payment processing needs. Kind regards, Caitlyn, Intuit Support Specialist This was for a new LLC, with a new EIN. Like most others probably looking at using this app/service/bank. There should have been no issues.

Yeah I'll be sticking with Wells Fargo for my business needs. I gave this a shot and it failed to meet my expectations from day one. I'm currently on hold in the fourth transfer for someone who can help with proof of account to send to my factoring agency. When even a copy of a voided check would suffice and cannot be supplied, it is exceptionally disappointing. Anything other than payments or requests for payment seemingly can't be done without a subscription to another Intuit online service.

We've been QB online customers for years. I logged in & the next page stated that the app wasn't quite ready yet. Uhhh, that's a little confusing considering how many people have clearly already used & rated the app. As with all the other QB apps I've downloaded, this one proves to be just as useful - which is to say - not useful at all.

Actually I have to go back on everything i said about this app ..i thought this was a great app with helping me out with starting and running my business...untill for no reason I receive my debit card and get ready to set it up to find out that my account has been closed and my debit card wont work..i received a email explaining nothing?? Didn't explain why they closed my account and why that i never got to even set up my debit card to use..I really thought this was a great app but i was wrong

I keep having double posted transactions and when I call they say it it credits back to my account but it never does. Probably close to $1000 throughout the last year... currently my balance is $53 off of what it should be As the same transaction is in pending and posted. I can only access it through quick books online not through this app because it swears that they can't open an account for me although I've been using this account for almost a year. Is also no way to dispute a transaction.

I have YET to get this APP to open. Customer Service is a joke. I've been emailing them and got a response in the beginning, and now nothing. FIX THE ISSUE!

Horrible experience!!!! Stay away. They don't know how to do basic accounting addition and subtractions. When ever there's a problem, you get transferred overseas to someone in india. They won't help you. Run run run....

A quick book money is fine except you have to have a money payment in order to use the invoice. if you don't you cannot use the invoice for payment. + you pay $2.9 credit, debit, PayPal and vemmo.

Can't even get the app to open. I sign in and it says authorizing and then goes back to the sign in screen then asked me to sign up for the card over and over very annoying. I would expect much better from QuickBooks

My account was closed with no notice and I can't find out why or get help. Money was still able to be sent from my etsy to the account but I can no longer access it and I'm trying so hard not to have a panic attack over it. I need that money. This needs to be fixed.

So far the experience with this bank (and the app since that is all they have) has been my worst with any institution. They lack any form of communication. I have to call numerous times since the "help" feature in the app is anything but, just so I can be told different thig s by different people. I just want the money that was sent to me over a week ago. All I get is " they are reviewing it". 🤷🏼♂️

I am done with Intuit. They encourage business owners to see up a business debit card. They did not set up my account correctly, even though then send me a debit card, so now I don't have access to the money deposited in it by my customers. It is extremely difficult to get a person on the telephone and when I do, that person is not helpful. I did not recommend this app or their products.

The app crashes all the time or freezes up. With no desktop version and the app failing sometimes you just can't access your account or money. They need a desktop version desperately. Plus the transaction reporting is so bad and doesn't give enough detail. Worst of all, payments take forever to clear!! It is ridiculous and is a huge inconvenience to daily business. Quickbooks is a terrible company. I'm going back to Square.

It was great when I first got it. Being able to send quick collect invoices was the best feature. Now I can't even get it to open. Even after the update a couple of days ago, restarting the phone, even uninstalling and reinstalling, it still is not working. If I didn't have quickbooks business app and online use, I would be SOL getting paid. What is going on intuit?

I've never run into a more buggy app. You can't even log in! It just keeps giving an error message and looping back to the sign in screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried logging in directly instead of using my fingerprint, I've tried having it send a code. Nothing works!

Couldn't even log in after set up, I Uninstalled the app and re installed and it still won't let me in. I tried setting it up again, it tells me I already have an account. Gonna move on and probably find something else that does what I need it to, which is creating invoices and receiving payments. That's literally all I need. This is frustrating.
