Excellent customer service, they almost always deliver ahead of schedule and their drivers and riders are so polite. Plus its a Jamaican company run by an awesome woman.....its a no brainer.

I love quickplate, however the app has never worked for me. I've always had to complete my transactions on a laptop, never on the app.

Saved my life a thousand times. excellent choice of foods, really efficient delivery service and good resolution services in case something has gone wrong. I also resisted using the mobile app but now I am loving it.

10/10 would recommend. Easy to navigate and the text updates vs having to check the app for updates makes tracking my order easier for me.

Started off good then was disappointing. Don't expect anything if you have food allergies and they bring you something you're allergic to instead of what you ordered, or your order is missing items or just completely wrong.

Actually stupid no good service keeps saying can't access area and no refund after I paid and still haven't gotten my order absolutely worst don't waste you time.

Just downloaded the app, it shows the various 4 steps but the image is enlarged so you can't really read all of what's there (can't pinch, can't zoom out, just swipe to the other steps) and when I scroll to the end of the list nothing else happens. Even when I close and reopen the app nothing else will happen
