When the app is working it is great, lots of surveys and quick payouts. Surveys are often quite interesting , in the past it has been my favorite survey app. HOWEVER, it has been very buggy lately!!!! Was locked out for an extended periods of times twice within the past few months. Now it is sending me a message saying I am not eligible to participate for one of several reasons, none of which apply to anything I have done. Wish it would get fixed and stay fixed.

ETA...I've been unable to log into my account for a few weeks now and every time I try contacting customer service, I get an error message saying that they're experiencing technical problems. I really need to log into my account! HELP!! I've earned a lot of gift cards from this app! Haven't had any issues on my Samsung Galaxy s10 Plus with this app either..it doesn't freeze, lock me out, etc. Easy, fun way to earn gift cards!

I've been using this app for three years, without much issue, but now all I get is issues. I do survey, after survey, and finish them, and get nothing in return but an error screen. I went from redeeming $20 a day, to nothing in a week. Really, really disappointed, to have to uninstall the app for good. The update just cost y'all some good loyal people.

At first I thought this app wasn't legit or would not be any good. But after a while of taking surveys (that are better answered if you are older than or at least 13), you either get a good $2 or $0.10 if the survey wasn't fit for you. It's worth it if you want a $10 Amazon gift card and that only. A few things that could make it better though, because it is not perfect, is adding more rewards to redeem instead of just Amazon $10 gift cards. Sometimes you don't even get surveys. Which sucks.

This app was great, now all of a sudden nothing works. It's very rare now that I actually make it through a survey without some issue coming up. The part where you can answer questions to try and find new surveys doesn't work at all. I will try to answer the qualifier questions, but I will hit continue and the circle spins for a minute, then it doesn't do anything. I can only take surveys that it says I'm already qualified for. Even those have been working less and less. Whatever this last update did killed the app. It's very frustrating. Please revert back to an older version.

I was originally vey happy with this app. I was able to complete multiple surveys and cash out for amazon gift cards. However, the last time I tried to cash out I received a message that they were having issues. After reaching out to their customer service, I received an email saying that my account would be closed due to inconsistent answers and that I can only have one account. which I disagree with. Last week the exact same experience happened to my husband. Dissapointing.

This app has went downhill, tremendously. I had been using it for 8 straight years, faithfully. I would earn well over a $1000 in gift cards, every year. Now, I can barely qualify for a survey and most surveys are repetitive so you can't complete any if you've already tried and been disqualified. Sad, to see one of the best if not the best survey apps go down the toilet.

Good if you have time. But more and more surveys are 20-35 minutes. I've gotten all the way to the end of a 15-20 minutes survey only for it to give me error or something went wrong. And wont pay out for the survey. Half the time I don't qualify for the survey. Would love this app so much more if the glitch/error was fixed. Update: I had $10.70. When i tried to redeem for my giftcard it rejected it and said something went wrong. So it rejected the gift card redemption but still subtracted $10.

The app worked for about 2 weeks. Then it suddenly started freezing in the middle of surveys. I reinstalled the app a few times only to have the same issue. Then I was told there was an issue with the account and to contact them. When I contacted them, I was told that the account had been locked due to 'unusual activity'. Which I can only assume means not being able to finish the surveys that I was frozen out of, since support never bothered to answer my response.

I've had this app for quiet some time, 2+ years I believe. WAS my favorite apps for giftcards since you could cash out as soon as you hit $10 and got the code immediately. Now I can't even get into the app, I get technical error, can't contact them either because it won't send an email, its a never ending loop of Technical Error. This year I've had many issues with the app.

I really liked this survey app for the past couple of years! Their response was always prompt and appropriate, previously. Just recently, I ALSO received a " locked out" message because of certain survey responses not being correct(?????), not to my knowledge. I believe it is because of the MANY updates that I've had to install and uninstall in the past few months. I have seen other recent reviews about this same concerning issue, unfortunately. It is "quick thoughts " loss!

My previous review in 2017 was "Super easy to use, rewards add up quick!" I've since changed my review in 2019 because I tried to redeem a $10 award, received an error message, my account was zeroed out and then locked out. When I attempt to retrieve or change a password, I never receive an email and I've not yet received a response from my initial contact with customer service about the error message when redeeming a $10 award. I'll be deleting the app. Don't waste your time.

It's AMAZING, I rarely give out 5 stars to any app, but I must say, this app is completely legit, I love it so much, the Pros, you get 10 cents of you don't qualify, you can choose to get surveys daily, weekly, or monthly, you get the gift card instantly! For the Cons, it has a bad design, there are only 2 gift card options, Amazon and ITunes, you need a verification code, which slows down the process. All in all, this app is amazing, I think you should give it a try!

I'ven using this app with no issues for a while now. All of a sudden I can't get in and I have $10+ awaiting me to redeem. I've emailed twice, maybe three times and finally receive a response saying they'll get to it in 2-3 business days?? This is ridiculous!!! Just received an email saying my account has been I definitely suspended. I've used this app with no issues but I guess if people are redeeming too many Amazon gift cards, you'll eventually get cut off.

I've had this app for a few years (different phones due to upgrades but only ever the same account). I've successfully gotten a few gift cards. However, it seems after a certain point they have suddenly decided that my account should be flagged. That now my profile isn't accurate (it's all accurate, and I've always took care to be thoughtful and honest on surveys). So instead of paying out the final gift cards I earned, I'm SOL and will not be receiving them. Do not recommend this app as their customer service is a joke.

Don't know what exactly they are updating when they update the app. It can't be fixing anything because it's been almost a year since they messed up the app, a year and the bug on the insurance question that keeps you from progressing is still here. I would love to be able to take a survey that will probably give me an error code after completing it, but you can't even get into the survey because of bugs that should've been fixed 5 updates ago.

It's an nice app, and an easy way to earn some quick cash when money is tight. Takes about and hour or two to earn 10$, but I don't necessarily mind. I've made a good chunk of money using this app, I'd say a good 80$ to 90$ bucks for sure. The only downside is that they'll sometimes mark your account for "suspicious activity" for zero reason, but if you email them they'll usually fix it. Overall, it's a nice app if you have a little bit of time on your hands.

This was one the best survey app I had ever used. Downloaded in 2020. Lots of surveys, great customer service. I was rewarded for being a loyal user. I made nearly $3k in 7 months, it was awesome. Then nearly a year ago, they "updated" the app, and completely ruined it. They no longer have the 2 dollar minimum completed survey reward, the surveys themselves are longer and pay less, they allow you to answer 90% of the questions, and then boot you for not being a good fit. Wish it would go back.

This app sucks. If a miracle does happen and you get a survey it will crash or something will happen. I've been waiting to get enough survey to get a $10 gift card for months. Don't waste your time. Update...still sucks. Downloaded it again and nothing. I need .45 to make $10 and been waiting close to a year for a survey. Don't waste your time. I un-installed and tried again and same issues. Contacted them through emails and no response. Update. Still worthless and a complete waste of time.

I'm a long time user of the app. Have had a generally good experience. But over the last year or so, it has gotten buggy (e.g. click on a 10 min survey and it brings you to a 30 min survey). The last straw for me though is now they require you to send in a photo of yourself and your ID to Veriff to redeem rewards. I will not be doing that and am no longer using the app.
