I like the ability to order food for pickup. The QT Kitchen exceeds expectations for a gas station/convenience store. However, the map doesn't load the stores I pan to with reliability. If I am coming home from far away, it's nice to time the order for pickup so that I have it hot and ready when I arrive. Not always possible if the location I want isn't loading.

Sometimes just can't order. And for favorites remembers store, but not time. And you CAN'T change it. You have to start all over, which often requires restarting the app, if not the phone. It obviously knows I'm nowhere near that store, yet it chooses Now as the time. Such a witless design. And I still can't order everything I want, so still have to go stand in the queue that no longer has an obvious queue. QT used to be a great store. Used to be. QT's response below means they won't fix the it.

The absolute worst app I have ever used, there is so many things wrong with this app it's hard to know where to start. If you can actually create an account, you have gotten further than most and if we're successfully able to place any kind of order you are in the 1%. There should be a negative rating for this app. Also if you contact quik trip with your issue they will just have YOU CALL THEM and try to fix it yourself.

Constant problems. Always getting errors it seems. The coupons are nice but these bugs make me just want to not bother. Error when you add more than one kitchen item, error when checking out, error for Google pay/cc telling you that you can't pay in-store, but when you actually select pay in-store it allows it??? Missing many items and it seems to want to always cancel the items in your bag if you aren't quick enough for it. Just horribly user unfriendly. Need to work on these issues

Could be worse, but certainly could be better. The majority of the bad user experience (UX) is the fact that they have no loading animations, so when you change tabs, tap a pending order, or tap an offer and it needs to load content from the server, nothing shows or happens. When attempting to redeem an, "Offer", tap the offer; nothing happens until it (silently) downloads the content. If you tapped the offer 100 times, then you eventually get 100 screens with the offer. Add loading animations!

Tried the on-lot delivery option but pretty disappointed in the experience. I ordered and paid online so I didn't expect to wait too long for the order, plus it was early morning and the kitchen wasn't busy, but it took 40 minutes total (20 minutes to get there, another 20 for the order)AND I ended up going in anyway. The store didn't even bother to contact me about the order. I have used the app to order pick-up inside and that worked pretty well, but I probably won't use that feature again.

It works about half the time. It's doesn't send this "digital gift" when you place an order. I just ordered and picked up a pizza, nothing sent and my app is up to date. It's missing the basics that other similar places have mastered with their apps like color and make of vehicle or assigned parking spots. No alternative options on ordered food, constantly have to update a location, can save orders while searching stores for pickup. Like QT's in general, but the app is lacking

A very useful app, overall. My major issue with it is the fact that I have to have location services on in order to do anything. Even if I set a store as favorite and am logged into my account, it no longer shows up. Unless the store spontaneously moves on its own, it is always going to be in the same place. With all of the news about companies taking advantage of location data, you really shouldn't be forcing people to potentially risk their security to use your app, when it is unnecessary.

This app is okay. They really really really need to fix the flashing that occurs when loading their messages. Every time I click something it has to reload and flash flash, then items are loaded to the list. Come on, please cache or use local storage or something. This isn't hard. Or at least lazy load the list so you don't have to refresh the ENTIRE UI.

The app is useless, at the moment. I am very disappointed. Several years ago, when the app was first released, I downloaded it. I used it quite often while working on the road. Last year, I had to uninstall to make room in my limited phone memory for another app for work. This week, I decided to reinstall and order a pizza. The app is glitchy. I could not login, for starters. That's fair. It's been a year. But you can't create an account, either. Both times, an error code pops up. Fail.

The app is easy and convenient but there is one big problem. You can't repeat favorite orders at a different location than the one you saved it at. When trying to edit the store location, it empties your cart. What's the point of saving favorites if you can't quickly order the same items at ANY QuikTrip? Also, it would be nice to be able to provide feedback on individual QT locations through the app. Worst experience so far at the Scottsdale & Hancock location this morning.

Terrible experience. We always end up just ordering at the store. Buy an item and it doesn't let you add stuff like it's designed to. Then I buy one grilled cheese, planning to next get a bacon egg and cheese, and I get looped back to the start of the menu after each single item. It's just not worth the trouble. I have tried it at least half a dozen times, with success only once.

I've continued to use this app despite the issues. There has been no improvement. The interface still sucks especially when you are customizing a food item. It crashes, notifications/ads for deals pop up only once you've opened the app. The worst part is not even being able to submit orders. No explanation outside of error with some code. It's basically Russian roulette whether you'll even be able to order. When this happens I as well as others simply use the kiosk in the store. Terrible.

App works well enough to place orders, but the function that brings you back to the main menu after adding an item to the order is infuriatingly annoying if I'm trying to add multiple things from the same product category. Also, this may be a regional thing, but the list of items available to order for pickup is disappointing (though only displaying the most common items may be due to lack of live inventory management). Will continue to use, but will update rating if QoL changes are made.

The worst mobile ordering app I have ever used. Constant issues, first I couldn't place an order AT ALL. So in the process of setting up an account, every time I type too fast it sends the cursor back one space. You are forced to use google or apple pay until you make an account, and google pay simply does not work with the app well, likely because they've integrated it poorly. Also sometimes the text just runs off the screen and you get to guess what it says. Better off just ordering inside...

I like the app. However, it needs to be tweaked. I found a problem with the map. I have two stations set as favorites. When on a road trip and 1,000 miles away from home, using the current location function on the map always includes my home favorites, which zooms the map out to include them. I then have to re-zoom the map to my current location.

Failing in the most basic aspect of an app, entering an email address, is unacceptable. I love QT, but the data entry is badly flawed. After you type the first character, the second character appears before it and gets capitalized, showing that the wrong field type is being used or the input settings are incorrect. If you keep typing, the rest of the characters will appear in order, but when you go back to correct the first, that will start over. It affects the password as well.

Doesn't work. I've tried logging in with 2 different emails, paying with 3 different cards without an account, and nothing works. All I get is error messages. Complete waste of time. Suggest you make ordering through your website an option, as you can't call orders in to the nearest location when your app crashes. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Terrible. This app no longer works properly with Android OS. It needs to be patched. 1. Forgot password screen does not work properly. You can type your email, but the request and cancel icons do not work when you try to press them. They are there for show at the moment. 2. Whenever you try to type information in, it will randomly move the type bar back one character, which, if you don't notice and continue typing, will give you a scrambled mess of words. 3. Error codes get thrown often

Having a problem with the new version of the app on my Pixel 7 pro - when I would open the previous version I would see a small red dot on the 'offers' icon to let me know there was something new, but on the current version I don't get anything like that (I think the new 'offers' icon is supposed to turn red?), then when I close the app I see a small dot on the app icon that doesn't go away until I force-stop the app. I hope they get this big figured out with the next version.
